프랜차이즈 사업에 있어서 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 고객의 편의 제공 및 프랜차이즈의 수익 구조에 큰 영향을 준다. 프랜차이즈 사업에 있어서 중요한 점은 다양하게 존재하는 지역 정보들을 효과적으로 이용하는데 있다고 할 것이다. 현재 국내 사이트에서 구축되어 있는 지역 정보 관리 시스템은 분리된 해당 지역 정보만 제공하고 있는 실정이다. 즉, 통합된 체계의 정보 서비스가 되지 않고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문의 부 프로세스에서는 지역 사업을 하는 데 있어 필요로 하는 다양한 지역 정보를 데이터 베이스화하고 그에 따라 여러 가지 형태의 UI(User Interface)를 제공하고, 또한 상점에서 사용하는 사용자 프로그램의 개발과 상점의 특성을 파악하여 그에 맞는 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 부 프로세스의 개발의 기반 구조가 되는 관리자 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. 즉, 지역 사업을 함에 있어 초기 데이터 구축 및 사업권 영역의 확장 및 관리라는 측면을 고려할 때 각 지역을 관리하게 될 MF(Master Franchise)와 F(Franchise)가 협력하여 현지의 현실감 있는 정보를 즉 시적으로 반영하며 구축해 나갈 수 있는 관리자 시스템을 개발한다.

Nowadays PMIS (Project Management Information System) based on web is widely applied to communication, collaboration and community in construction jobsite for various organization such as subcontractors, general contractor, engineering company, supervisors and client. However, individual PMIS in jobsite is prone to be troublesome issue for integration and exchange of information regarding project management in corporate and may result in conflict of data application. The main reason should be lack of information strategy plan such as company master plan for information. This research shows a critical success factor that a big construction company of Korea establishes procedure and method for information strategy plan. In addition, It is to suggest how to be implemented PMIS architecture and execute business process innovation in corporate level. This research expects contribution that many construction companies reduce mistakes to be implemented management information system and to optimize system in corporate level.

국가연구개발사업은 연간 4조원이 넘는 국가예산을 연구개발부문에 투자하는 사업으로 이 사업의 효율적인 관리는 국가과학기술 경쟁력 제고에 직결된다. 그러나, 현재 국가연구개발사업의 관리는 부처별로 분산되어 이루어지고 있기 때문에 종합적인 정보자원의 획득과 사업관리에 어려움이 있으며 연구개발사업의 중복투자가 발생되는 문제점이 있다. 이에 국가연구개발사업의 부처간 정보장벽을 해소하고 효율적이고 포괄적인 국가연구개발사업의 기획 및 관리가 이루어지며, 대국민 정보 서비스가 실현된 국가연구개발사업 종합정보시스템이 구축되었다. 이에 본 논문에서는 국가연구개발사업 종합정보시스템 개요에 대해 설명하고, 본 시스템의 성공 요인 및 기대효과에 대해 논하고자 한다.

기후변화 가속화와 국민의 높아진 서비스 요구 수준에 따라 농업용수의 관리방식을 현장인력의 경험적 물관리 방식에서 계측정보 기반의 과락적 물관리 방식으로 전환의 필요성이 대두되어, 2001년부터 농업기반시설 내 무인계측, 원격제어 기능이 탑재된 물관리자동화 시스템을 보급하는 농업용수관리자동화사업을 시행하였다. 농업용수관리자동화사업은 사업시행 초기 연구 결과, 농업기반시설 무인계측 및 원격제어 시스템 보급으로 인력에 의한 관행적 물관리 대비 수리시설의 관리 효율성이 크게 향상되어 유지관리 인력의 절감 및 용수수급의 적정성이 개선될 것으로 분석되었다. 하지만 영농환경의 변화에 따라, 당초 분석결과와 달리 자동화사업 추진과 한국농어촌공사의 유지관리 인력 규모 간 뚜렷한 상관성이 보이지 않는다는 정책기관의 지적이 발생하고 있다. 현재 4차산업기술이 산업 전 분야에 걸쳐 일어나고 있으며 농업분야에도 ICT, LOT, 빅데이터 기술이 도입되어 새로운 가치를 창출하고 있다. 농업용수관리 분야에 있어서는 데이터를 활요한 수요자 중심의 지능형 물관리 사업이 추진되고 있으며, 일정규모 이상 저수지 및 양수장 농업용수 공급량 측정 계측기의 설치가 추진중에 있다. 그러나 현재까지 이러한 설치된 계측장치들의 활용방안에 대해서는 뚜렷한 결과가 도축된 바 없으며, 현재 많은 예산과 인력이 투입되어 설치·운영되고 있는 계측장치들의 활용 방안에 대해서 연구가 필요한 실정이다. 2018년 2,228개 농업기반시설물에 자동화시스템을 설치 완료 하였으나, 각종 장비의 비표준화, 효과대비 고비용, 잦은 통신두절 등의 기술적 문제로 인해 현업부서의 수자원관리 업무에서 자동화시스템의 활용성이 저조한 것으로 관측됐다. 본연구에서는 국내 수자원 계측제어 기술 동향 및 운영환경 조사 결과를 기초로, 기술적 측면의 농업용수관리자동화사업의 개선사항과 4차 산업기술의 농업용수관리자동화사업의 적용방안을 제시 하여 농업용수관리자동화사업 중장기 계획 개정등 향후 정챡수립시 참고 자료로의 활용과 농업용수 효율적 활용과 관리를 위한 TM/TC 미래추진 방안을 제시로 정확하고 신뢰도 높은 농업용수 관리 체계를 구축 하고자 한다.

Due to the variety of processes that are mainly influenced by the modification of law and regulations, it is difficult to propose a formal procedure of urban renewal projects. In addition, conflicts among various participants and stake-holders have made urban renewal difficult to manage. Needs for new systems to support management of this type of projects have been raised. This system should enable users to manage program aspects as well as projects given that the urban renewal consists of several projects. According to analysis of current context, the requirements of the system are classified as follows: a method to create flexible systems to cope with various process; functions to provide data on cost and schedule; user-friendly visualized tools enhancing understand of non-experts or less-experienced participants. This paper summarizes the background, requirements, concept and model of the system. Currently, prototype systems have been developed. Regarding outputs presented so far, potential benefits of the system are presented as well.

Recently, utilization of PMIS(Project Management Information System) is in high demand as it is desired to advance the construction market through cost reduction and quality improvement within the given schedule. However, PMIS developed by individual projects are mostly evolving around construction progress status due to the temporary nature of development period and use of the system by project executers is no more than perfunctory that results in limiting the effective communication between the project owner, project manager and constructor. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to review the PMIS developed so far, and present the direction for an effective PMIS.

Generally, construction management is classified into two categories in the construction industry; CM for fee and CM at risk, most project is executed by the construction supervision including construction management in CM for fee field in Korea. The division of work scope is complicated among construction manager(CMr) and difficult to implement the construction management efficiently by CMr. in this case. Therefore, it is desired to apply the specialized Project Management Information System(PMIS) systematically include construction management procedure. We propose the future development of construction management on construction site based on the analyzed problem with PMIS and guideline and CM concept on construction site, composition of CM procedure through this Jeonju World Cup Stadium CM project.

In this paper, we analyzed the business process and management characteristics of the university financial support project to define the function for the integrated information management system of the university financial support project. To this end, we reviewed the characteristic and business process of university financial support project and defined six common functions. In order to establish an integrated system applying the derived functions, the first things to be done need to standardize the business management system considering integration and to arrange the accounting regulations. Based on the functions and implications defined from this paper, we think that it will be helpful to design an integrated information management system for university financial support project.

The development of a UIS driven by muncipal governments has been expanding through the wide application of GIS since NGIS project initiated. City of Inchon has developed a sewage management system as the first-year product of the long-term UIS project. GIS auditing process has been adopted to secure the credibility and stability, and to minimize the critical failure factors for building the sewage management system. So far, the auditing method generally used for developing information system in general purposes has been applied to the GIS field due to the absence of proper method for GIS auditing only. This study proposes major differentials in terms of the auditing between GIS and general information system based on the results from auditing Inchon´s sewage management system. The major results from this study would contribute to the establishment of the methodology and accompanying documents for the proper GIS auditing.

최근 알제리는 선박건조사업을 국가 기간산업으로 구축하기 위해 노력하고 있으며, 이들을 관리하기 위한 선박안전관리 시스템이 시급히 필요한 상황이다. 하지만 현 알제리의 선박안전 관리 시스템은 과거 프랑스 식민지 시절 마련된 제도를 사용하고 있고, 급격히 변화된 각종 국제 해사기구의 제도 및 협약 수용이 미비한 실정이다. 우리나라의 선박안전제도는 과거 일본의 것을 그대로 답습하였으나, 경제적 성장 및 조선산업의 성장, 세계선복량의 증가에 따른 기술 개발과 제도개선으로 과거의 제도로부터 탈피하여 우리 실정에 적합한 선박안전관리 시스템을 서서히 구축하고 있다. 이에 알제리 정부는 우리나라의 이러한 변화와 선박관련 기술 발전에 주목하여 우리나라의 선박안전관리 시스템을 벤치마킹하기 위한 사업을 추진하게 되었다. 금번 알제리 선박안전성 제고사업은 우리 공단과 한국국제협력단(KOICA)간의 용역계약에 따라 추진되는 사업으로 알제리 교통부의 요청과 KOICA의 알제리 현지 타당성 조사를 거쳐 이루어진 사업으로 크게 알제리 선박안전법령 등의 개선, 알제리 연수생 초청 교육 및 선박검사 시 필요한 검사 기자재 등의 제공사업으로 이루어져 있으며, 공단의 선박안전관리분야 Know-how를 알제리에 제공함으로써 알제리 선박안전 관리체제 마련에 일조하고, 향후 해사안전 분야에서의 알제리와 우리나라와의 협력관계를 발전시켜 나가는데 목표를 두고 추진되고 있다.
