인간의 생활이 날로 윤택해지고 다양화되며 과학기술이 발달됨에 따라 쾌적하고 거대한 공간에 대한 요구가 커져 가고 있다. 이러한 대공간의 종류에는 종교건축 집회장, 공항 터미널, 역사, 스포츠 시설(실내 체육관, 수영장 등), 공연장, 호텔 등의 대 연회장, 사무소건물 등의 아트리움, 공장 등이 있으며, 우리나라에서도 이미 여러 곳에 대공간의 건물이 건립되었고 앞으로도 보다 많은 대공간의 건립이 예상되고 있다.

This study is to examine the emission rate of $CO_2$gas as the environmental load in office buildings. After the investigation of monthly consumption of each energy source(electricity and natural gas), it is analyzed that the $CO_2$emission rate of 34 office buildings surveyed is 22.4kg-$c/m^2$.year, which consists of 17.5kg-$c/m^2$.year by consuming electricity, and 4.9kg-$c/m^2$.year by consuming natural gas. And the $CO_2$emission rate of each load in those buildings consists of 68% emitted by general electricity, 16% by cooling load and 16% by heating load. It is also proposed that the $CO_2$emission rate of cooling and heating load is profoundly pertinent to the variation of outdoor temperature.

Economize the energy, further study is highly needed at the very beginning stage of the building plan. To fulfill this study, research of the buildings in Busan will be carried out, and find out the relations between pure load of buildings and capacity of heat & cooling equipment. Therefore this study is suggesting better idea of calculating capacity from having a thorough grasp of the problem with comparing and analyzing of extra-factor.

사무소는 물론 초고층 아파트에까지 철골구조에 의한 공사가 시행되고 있다. 이처럼 상업용 사무소 건물의 경우 초고층 일 수밖에 없으며, 철골구조공사는 필수적이다. 공사공정 및 잠재위험은 그만큼 증대 될 수밖에 없다.(중략)

This study aims to provide the basic data useful in assessing indoor-noise and designing sound devices in office buildings of HVAC system. The measurements of HVAC noise were carried out in office room and mechanical room. The performance of absorptive chamber and side branch was also estimated in the office buildings which have HVAC noise problems. The results of experiments show that the NR value of indoor HVAC noise is rather higher than that of ISO recommendations at the frequencies below 500Hz. In addition, the results indicated that the absorptive chamber attenuates noise over broad band frequencies and side branch reduces noise at the special resonant frequency.

사무소, 주상복합건물, 호텔, 백화점, 공항, 병원의 용도별로 다른 6개 건물의 배수통기 설계사례를 소개하였다. 최근 생활수준의 향상과 산업 발전으로 점차 물 사용량이 증가하고 있으며, 배수 종류 또한 다양해지고 있다. 이에 수반해서 생기는 배수를 건물내에 체류시키지 않고 신속히 배제하는 배수설비와 배수설비의 기능을 완수하기 위해 설치되는 통기설비의 적정 설계방안을 모색해보고자 한다.(중략)
