우리나라는 1960년대부터 실시된 조림 정책을 통해 산림이 점차 울창해지고 있어 산림 내 연소물질이 증가되어 산불 피해 강도가 점차 높아지고 있다. 산불방지에 대한 예방차원으로 피해를 저감시키거나 위험을 완화시키는 대표적인 임업적 기술을 적용하는 방법으로 방화림 조성과 방화선 구축을 들 수 있다. 방화림 조성은 산림내 연소물질 관리 또는 수종을 갱신하여 산불확산으로부터 화재강도를 낮추어 산림의 산불위험성을 낮추는 방법이다. 대표적인 기술로는 간벌과 가지치기, 하예작업, 활엽수림 조성 등의 방법이 있다. 방화선 구축작업을 임내 연료물질을 완전히 제거하여 산불이 확산되지 않도록 구축하는 작업이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 일본과 중국의 산불 방화림 조성과 방화선 구축 사례를 조사 분석하여 국내 적용 가능한 기술을 선별하고자 하였다. 그 결과, 산불에 강한 수종을 선발하였고 산불에 강한 숲 조성 방법 및 방화선 구축 방법 등을 도출하였다. 이에 본 연구 결과를 토대로 산림내 주요사찰, 기간시설 및 군사시설 등과 같은 주요시설물이 산불로부터 안전하게 보호되고 피해를 최소화하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

Though any method in various software development methodology is selected and used in performing IT project, there are quite a few problems in applying it to the project environment, thus customizing effort as a reasonable method is continuously demanded. Therefore, the study attempted to track a basic frame formation process of quality management model applying the software development methodology based on SDLC that is widely used. The study analyzes and modelized an empirical cases of a financial company that is relatively highly rated by expert groups through a variety of trial and error and continued supplementation for it for a long time. And in addition to it, it analyzes cases of public institute project, derives problems, and also proposes a guideline related to creating artifact.

This is a case study that sought to consider whether taping, which focuses on instability of the sacroiliac joint, is a potential intervention method that may be helpful for low back pain. In the case of a 58-year-old participant, we summarized the notable results from a taping training session that a man with a history of back surgery due to disc herniation and stenosis participated in to reduce ongoing pain. As an intervention method, tape was applied between the 2nd and 4th sacrum on both sides from the spinous tuberosity. It was stretched to a tension of 80% and attached past the sacroiliac joint, and then the ends were raised at about 45° on both sides and attached toward the gluteus medius muscle. Then, along the erector spinae muscle from the iliac crest. Bilateral taping up to the level of the 10th rib was applied. Through this intervention, positive case results were observed from both VAS and ODI test tools, with VAS recorded as 5 to 0 and disability index recorded as 13 to 0, respectively.

According as quantity of information is augmented rapidly in World Wide Web, users are investing more times finding correct information to on. Search function that a search agent is personalized according to user's preference degree or search objective to solve these problem should be offered. Therefore, a search agent accumulates experienced knowledge connected with user's past search in this research. When new query was given, search agent offered learning function of intelligence that decides category group through estimation method of similarity using this knowledge. So this paper showed that case based search can bring superior result in the correctness rate than other search method.

The management of user requirements for information system development is a key element. The traceability has been studied in a specific method as using a traceability table or SOA related to the requirement management. But there are few case about proposing a objective and quantified evaluation method and judgement criterion for none-technical business managers. This researcher has proposed, easy to access by unprofessional and objective and qualifiable, evaluation methods and criteria of Judging for adequacy of requirements reflection in the development process of information system for the government office through a previous case study. In this study, I will give consideration to study the limitations of previous studies and improve the evaluation formula for measuring the reflection of the requirements and derive, reviewed to provide a variety of criteria for each business, through business case analysis.

본 논문에서는 카운셀링을 원하는 사용자가 카운셀러와 전자메일을 통해 상담을 원할 때 사용자의 상담 내용에 근거하여 유사한 사례를 검색해 주는 시스템을 제안한다. 제안방법은 문서의 계층적 클러스터링과 용어 적합성 피드백을 상담 사례 검색 시스템에 적용시켜, 상담사례에 나타나는 단어의 출현 빈도와 유사도를 통해 트리 구조를 형성하고, 이 트리 구조를 통한 하향 탐색을 수행한다. 하향 탐색을 하는 도중 노드의 매칭함수의 값이 서로 유사하여 노드 선택이 어려울 경우, 사용자에게 질의를 통해 용어를 제시하고, 사용자의 피드백을 통해 입력된 사연 내용의 가중치를 개선하여 내용에 가장 부합되는 문서를 탐색한다.

국내의 플로팅 건축 사례의 경우 철근콘크리트 보다는 바지선과 같은 형식의 폰툰이 주로 사용되고 있다. 반면 유럽의 경우 철근콘크리트 폰툰의 사례가 많고 상대적으로 많은 장점을 갖고 있는 것으로 알려져 있다. 유럽 사례를 통해 철근콘크리트 폰툰의 유형을 구분하고 상부시설과의 상관성을 분석함으로써 플로팅 건축 계획에서 계획방법론으로서 활용 가능성을 검토 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 국내 · 외 인터넷 도메인네임 분쟁의 유형을 사례별로 분석하여 도메인 사용권을 둘러싼 분규를 해소 및 예방하고, 국제적인 도메인네임 분쟁 발생시 국내 기업 등이 불리한 처우를 받지 않도록 하는 적정한 분쟁 해결 방법을 모색하는데 있다. 아직까지는 대부분의 국가에서 도메인네임 분쟁과 관련된 법이 제정되어 있지 않기 때문에 특정 회사명 또는 상표명을 사용하는 경우 분쟁이 발생하면 해당회사 또는 상표권 소유자에게 우선권이 있는 것으로 판결을 하는 추세이지만, 국내 ·외적으로 판결에 일관성이 있는 것은 아니다. 본 논문에서는 도메인네임 분쟁에 관한 법원의 소송 판례를 분석하고, 외국의 도메인네임 분쟁 해결 사례와 국내 사례를 분석하여 향후 분쟁 발생시 대처방안을 모색하도록 한다

Due to the rapid progress of IT utilization, many firms have been perplexed how to increase the productivity and efficiency of the Information System and also to reduce the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of IS Organization. This paper employs the lens of the competitive advantages through Information System Outsourcing (ISO) arrangement. And also the concept of the "Utility Computing" of IBM-VNS. The Information Outsourcing System(ISO) is the fully or partly endorsed IT Outsourcing method, that supplies IT infrastructure, application system and system maintenance service, as well for the company networks. Many companies have implemented their own Information System. But some of the projects were not successfully carried out. We found many reasons for such a unsatisfaction with the quality of the new Information system. In this paper we select the "HanGlas Group" as the Case Study for Information System Outsourcing to overcome such difficulties. Through this Case Study we will learn the positive and negative aspects of ISO based on Utility Computing.

The systematic testing is frequently regretted in recent web applications because of time and cost pressure. Moreover developers have difficulties with applying the traditional testing techniques to testing web application. The approach of creating test cases for a web application from a sequence model is proposed for the rapid and efficient testing. Test cases for web application are extracted from call messages (including self-call messages) of UML (Unified Modeling Language) sequence diagram. A test case consists of messages, script functions, or server pages and additional values. Moreover a simple testing tool for web application is proposed. A URL for testing web application is created and executed by this testing tool. The URL consists of server page address and additional values. This test tool is made using Microsoft Visual Basic. The efficiency of proposed method and tool has been shown using a practical case study which reflects the development project of the web application for supporting member management.
