경기도 안성시내 강변공원에서는 '남사당 짱! 바우덕이 짱!'이라는 주제로 '2010안성남사당 바우덕이축제'가 열렸다. 올해 바우덕이 축제는 9월 6일, 전야제인 곰뱅이트기 의식을 시작으로 12일까지 6일간에 거쳐 개최됐다. 축제의 꽃이라 할 수 있는 남사당 6마당놀이와 아이를 동반한 가족이 함께 배울 수 있도록 몸으로 배우는 풍물놀이, 줄타기 체험 및 악기 강습, 살판, 탈놀음 등으로 구성된 멋진 공연은 관객들에게 뜨거운 환호를 받았다. 또한 조선시대 옛날장터를 재현하여 체험, 교육장소로 제공했으며 1,500명 이상의 풍물인이 참여하는 '바우덕이 전국 풍물 경연대회'등 축제기간 내내 200개가 넘는 이벤트가 펼쳐졌다.

편집자주:대한민국 국회의사당의 신축설계를 둘러싸고 그동안 많은 물의와 논란을 야키케 하였다. 이러한 현상은 우리나라 건축계의 현실을 여실히 나타낸 것이라 보겠으며 그 진행되었던 설계과정이 어떠했던간에 지난 2월5일부터 2월8일까지 신문회관에서 일반에게 공개되었떤 이후로는 일단 문제는 우리의 권외에서 매듭이 지어졌다 하겠다. 국회의사당 신축설계야 말로 그 의의로 보나 우리 한민족의 일대 커다란 사업이니 만큼 그동안 설계를 위해서 노력을 아끼지 않으신 안영배 회원께서 그 동안의 많은 애로와 또 건축사들이 한국적인 현실에 직면하지 않으면 안되었던 상황을 오늘 본회지를 빌어서 발표하게 되었다.

This study is to present an improvement of security for the National Assembly by survey of persons who use the National Assembly facilities. Most of respondent said that their security consciousness level is above average, and they know National Assembly building is National Major Facility First class but they did not know well what the Major Facility First class is. Many of respondents thought security design of National Assembly building is inadequate, so reinforcement of access control management is necessary. For reinforcement of access control management, security gate and preparing of some obstacles are required. They said that they could put up with inconveniences incurred as a result of reinforcement of access control management, that could be affected positively for the reinforcement. The recognition on the necessity of security education is high, but there is no proper security education program. For practical security education, contents and different method followed by different facilities user should be considered.

최근 기후변화로 인한 집중호우가 발생함에 따른 도시 저지대홍수의 대표적인 사례로, 외수위 상승으로 인한 내수 침수 발생과 배수위(backwater) 발생은 상류 저지대의 내수배제 불량으로 인한 홍수피해가 주된 원인 중 하나로 판단된다. 저지대 내수침수사례로는 서울 강남 및 서초 일대 지역이 대표적이며, 내수침수해 저감을 위한 다양한 치수 사업이 제안된 바 있다. 반포천의 경우 반포천 상류 저지대의 홍수 저감을 위해 중·상류 지역의 유역변경계획이 수립되었다. 또 한, 사당천의 경우 이수-과천 복합 터널을 건설, 홍수 저류지를 조성하여 도심지 상류 침수 저감 계획을 수립하였다. 반포천은 한강의 제1지류로서 제2지류인 사당천과 함께 대표적인 도시하천으로서 상습적으로 내수침수가 과거에 빈번히 발생하였다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 1차원 동수역학 모형인 HEC-RAS 모형을 사용하여 반포천 및 사당천의 계획홍수량 변화에 따른 반포천 유역 합류부에서 계획홍수위의 배수효과 발생 및 내수침수피해의 저감효과를 분석하였다.

장대같은 비가 죽죽 내렸던 8월의 끝 무렵. 당뇨와 함께한지 올해로 20여년이 되어가는 박문기씨(70세)는 아침 일찍부터 서울 지하철 4호선 사당역으로 출발했다. 지난해에 이어서 올해도 당뇨캠프를 가는 버스가 사당역에서 출발하기 때문이다. 당뇨캠프의 출발은 서울의 한 곳을 정해 100여명의 참가자들과 스텝진들의 모여 당뇨협회에서 대절한 버스로 출발한다. 참가자들 중에서는 부부, 친구, 가족과 함께 온 당뇨인들도 있고 혼자 참여해 캠프기간동안 친목을 쌓는 사람도 있다.

As local flash flood exceeding planned capacity occurs frequently, localized preparedness and response to flood inundation are increasingly important. Using XP-SWMM model and GIS techniques, this study analyzes inundation areas by local flash flood and develops rainfall standards for evacuation with the case of Sadang-Cheon area, a local stream and its nearby highly populated watershed in the southern part of metropolitan Seoul, Flood inundation areas overflowed from drainage systems are analyzed and mapped by amount of rainfall that is derived from reference levels of stream flow. Rainfall standards for evacuation are comprised of 'watch' (40mm/hr) in preparing for near-future inundation and 'evacuation' (65mm/hr) in responding to realized inundation. The methods suggested by this case study may be applied to other urban areas for sound flood prevention policy measures and thus risk minimization.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the Manpower status of nurse in the Health Centers from 1985 year to 1986 year, Pusu and Kyung Nam area. As the results through the analysis of collected data, the following conclusion has been reached. 1. The number of nurses who worked in the Family Planning in Pusan was largest and the number of nurses in Kyung Nam who worked for Consultation Clinic was the largest both in 1985 and in 1986. 2. Population per Health Center by year; Population per Health Center in Pusan area increased from 351,681 persons 1985 year to 357,884 persons, 1986 year In Kyung Nam area population per Health Center increased from 130,247 persons, 1985 to 130,252 persons,1986 year. 3. Population per Public Health Nurses by year; Population per PHN in Pusan area increased from 30,058 persons, 1985 to 31,120 persons, 1986. But in Kyung Nam area population per PHN decreased from 22,500 persons, 1985 to 16,747 persons, 1986. 4. Activities of Public Health Nurses by clinic; The order of priority activities by PHNs was family Planning in Pusan area and M.C.H in Kyung Nam area. 5. The target population per Public Health Nurse; The target population of M.C.H was the most in Pusan, 1985. In Kyung Nam area the most target population was M.C.H., 1985 year. 6. Number of service per Public Health Nurse; In number of service per PHN, the hightest health nursing service activity in Pusan and was M.C.H in Kyung Nam area.
