So, the analysis on ship's collision causes are very important to prepare countermeasures which will ensure the safe navigation. This study analysed the ship's collision data over the past 10 years(1991-2000), which is compiled by Korea Marine Accidents Inquiry Agency. The analysis confirmed that ‘ship's collision’ is occurred most frequently and the cause is closely related with human factor. The main purpose of this study is to propose risk control countermeasures of ship's collision. For this, the structure of human factor is analysed by the questionnaire methodology. Marine experts were surveyed based on major elements that were extracted from the human factor affecting to ship's collision. FSM has been widely adopted in modeling a dynamic system which is composed of human factors. Then, the structure analysis on the causes of ship's collision using FSM are performed. This structure model could be used in understanding and verifying the procedure of real ship's collision. Furthermore it could be used as the model to prevent ship's collision and reduce marine accidents.

Purpose: The purpose of the study was to evaluate the status of safety accidents and importance-performance analysis (IPA) between regular and non-regular employees in industry foodservices. Methods: The participants were regular employees (n = 119) and non-regular employees (n = 163) in industry foodservices in the Jeonbuk area. Demographic characteristics, status of safety accidents, safety education, and importance and performance status were assessed using a self-administered questionnaire. Results: Approximately 66.4% of regular employees and 53.4% of non-regular employees experienced safety accidents (p < 0.05). Types of safety accidents of regular and non-regular employees were mostly burns, and causes were mostly from their own negligence. Approximately 98.3% of regular employees and 95.1% of non-regular employees experienced safety education. Approximately 88.9% of regular employees and 96.8% of non-regular employees received safety education from dietitians. Approximately 41.9% of regular employees and 50.0% of non-regular employees had difficulty applying the contents of safety education due to lack of time during work. As a result of IPA, regular and non-regular employees were aware of the importance of the following and performed them well: 'Clean the floor of the work place', 'Arrange in the work area', 'Wear safety shoes', 'Check for heater cord', and 'Safety cooking when using oil'. On the other hand, they were not aware of the importance of the following and performed them insufficiently: 'Check for the MSDS', 'Aware of chemical signs', 'Wear protection gloves etc.', 'Do stretching exercise', and 'Using ancillary tools'. Conclusion: Therefore, it is necessary to improve the consciousness of dietitians for effective application of safety education contents, development of contents, especially MSDS, and related things.
Recently, much attentions are paid to the risk associated with increased uses of medium size radiation sources in medical and industrial fields. In this study, radiation risks to the worker and to the general public due to $^{99m}Tc$ generator were assessed for both normal and accident conditions. Based on the event tree technique, exposure scenarios for various situations were derived. Uncertainty analysis based on the Monte-Carlo technique was applied to the risk assessment for workers and members of the public in the vicinity of the work place. In addition, sensitivity analysis was performed on each of the five independent input parameters to identify importance of the parameters with respect to the resulting risk. Because the frequencies of normal tasks are fat higher than those of accidents, the total risk associated with normal tasks were higher than the accident risk. The annual dose due to normal tasks were $0.6mSv\;y^{-1}$ for workers and $0.014mSv\;y^{-1}$ for public, while in accident conditions $3.96mSv\;y^{-1}\;and\;0.0016mSv\;y^{-1}$, respectively. Uncertainty range of accident risk was higher by 10 times than that of normal risk. Sensitivity analysis revealed that source strength, working distance and working time were crucial factors affecting risk. This risk analysis methodology and its results will contribute to establishment of risk-informed regulation for medium and large radioactive sources.

Enlargement and speed-up of a ship and diversification of ship's type have served to greatly increase the importance of marine transport means. It's reported that accident occurrence frequency of collision is high next to engine damage among the ship accident types, and that the accident ratio according to human factors is also high. In addition, ship accidents come to occur caused by complex cause factors rather than a sole cause factor, it is necessary to investigate the cause factors through the written verdict. This study proposed the cause factors of collision ship accident on the basis of human factors in collision ship accident among the written verdicts provided by the Korean Maritime Safety Tribunal, and inquired into the cause factor and effect through the correlation analysis of accident occurrence factors. Also, this study predicted the collision accident through analyzed the major cause factor of the occurrence at the zero minute when collision on the basis of the time taken from the time point of detecting collision of ships to the time point of collision occurrence. This study used commercial software-Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS Ver21.0) to do correlation analysis. For time analysis, this study analyzed the cause factor and time by analyzing the time taken from the time point of detected ships to the time point of collision occurrence on the basis of the written verdicts. The study analysis showed that there were many cases of collision ship accidents occurrence caused by more than two sorts of cause factors, and that the case (zero minute) where there is no time to spare for collision avoidance accounted for 36.1 %, and negligence in guard or surveillance of the other ship, and sailing while drowsy, or drinking was a contributor to an accident. Poor watch keeping is very strong relationship with pool ready for sail.

The purpose of this study is to find out the connection between the safety awareness of elder who lives alone and the residential environment, and to find and derive improvement measures to enhance safety awareness through the frequency and type of accidents of the elderly living alone between them. This study surveyed a total of 67 senior citizens living alone in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si with the help of 22 life-care workers. A survey was completed using a safety awareness diagnostic tool. As a result of analyzing the accident experiences of the elderly living alone according to the residential environment, there were significant differences in the type of accident and the location of the accident. In addition, through a survey on the safety consciousness of the elderly living alone, we newly found out that there is a significant relationship between the time out and safety consciousness.
The purpose of this study was to identify the influencing factors of satisfaction for clinical practice, critical thinking disposition on clinical competency in nursing students who have experienced non-face-to-face clinical practice. The participants in this study were 163 nursing students at four university. A on line survey was conducted from January 2021 to February, 2021. The data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, scheffé test, pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis by SPSS 22.0 version. The results of this study indicate that satisfaction for clinical practice, and critical thinking disposition have an influence on clinical competency in nursing students. The total explanation of clinical competency was 60.6%. Based on this, it is suggested to develop a program to improve clinical practice satisfaction and critical thinking tendency to increase clinical performance of nursing students who have experienced non-face-to-face clinical practice.
The purpose of this study is to confirm the effect of nursing process education applying action learning on the critical thinking tendency, self-leadership, and self-directed learning ability of nursing college students. A total of 96 subjects were studied, and data collection was from September to December 2021. For data analysis, the frequency, percentage, and corresponding sample t-test were used using spss/win 23. Results show that self-directed learning ability(t=-3.76, p<.001) was significantly improved. In addition, critical thinking disposition and self-leadership(r=.730, p<.001), critical thinking disposition and self-directed learning ability (r=.701, p<.001), self-leadership and self-directed learning ability(r=.734 p<.001) had a statistically significant positive correlation between them. As a result of this study, it can be seen that the nursing course education applied to action learning has a positive effect on the self-directed learning ability of nursing college students. In the future, research is needed to confirm the effects of various teaching and learning methods.
This study is to analyze the 2289 students questionnaires from 3rd to 9th grade students in order to analyze the students' perceptions change aspect by their grade about the frequency and type of students' question during various science class context. After the class contexts proposed in the questionnaire subcategorize into 19 subitems about 4 areas of class content, class pattern, class material and class process, this study examined the frequency and type of students' question during a science class by each item. The results of this study were as follows. First, the type of students' question was that the most frequent was understanding question and the second was memory question and these both types were half frequency. There was no special tendency related the change of students' question type by school year. Second, the frequency of 4th grade students' question was the highest among other school year students and the frequency of students' question was lowered by the higher school year. The change of students' question by school year was the biggest between 3rd and 4th grade. The class strategies for improving the class effect reflect that the various and active students' question by class context and school year stimulates students' thinking and also builds up the active class environment.

This study examined the status of resident evacuation sites notified to nearby communities, centered on business sites subject to the risk management plan of Incheon, Siheung, and Ansan. Through an analysis of the meteorological data, the direction of improvement of the site selection process for the safe evacuation of chemical accidents was studied. Among a total of 111 evacuation sites, 30 schools were selected the most, and 2-3 sites were usually selected for evacuation. As a result of an analysis of the Incheon meteorological data of 2016, the frequency of occurrences was 18.8525% in the NNE wind direction, 18.0328% in the NNW wind direction, 12.2951% in the WSW wind direction, 9.0164% in the SSE direction, 8.4700% in the SW direction, 6.5574% in the W direction, and 5.7376% in the S direction. The NNE wind direction showed the highest frequency, but the other winds showed a relatively high frequency, indicating that the annual wind direction was not biased toward one side.
