  • Recently, researches on augmented reality(AR) are actively being conducted, and on addition of AR in social network system has become a necessity. In this paper, we propose GPS-based AR system for social network. This proposed system adds the recent check-in coordinates by automatically synchronizing a friend list in facebook and represents those added location coordinates in a real-world environment by using AR. Marker-based AR system that was commonly used by existing users consumes too much storage space and processing frequency for driving handle devices. But, location-based AR application can solves the disvantages of the standard marker=based AR system. Therefore, this proposed system allows an user with iOS hand devices to use GPS-based AR system by automatically searching the optimal speed for wifi and 4G. This will improve social network service.

  • Social network analysis was performed on 545 job descriptions in 32 university libraries in Seoul, and drew the job distribution and their relations. Furthermore, for finding the differences according to scale of libraries, this study performed secondary analysis by dividing them two groups. Results show that large scale library show lower density and loose connectivity than small scale library. And while jobs of small scale library were clustered 3 groups, large scale university cluster 4 groups containing 1 technical job and 3 diverse user services. And the jobs that has high specificity, such as catalog or classification, shows high degree centrality in the case of small scale library. Whereas in large scale library they show lower degree centrality, so it can be said that these jobs were performed somewhat independently in large scale libraries.

  • Subspace clustering for online data streams requires a large amount of memory resources as all subsets of data dimensions must be examined. In order to track the continuous change of clusters for a data stream in a finite memory space, in this paper, we propose a grid-based subspace clustering algorithm that effectively uses memory resources. Given an n-dimensional data stream, the distribution information of data items in data space is monitored by a grid-cell list. When the frequency of data items in the grid-cell list of the first level is high and it becomes a unit grid-cell, the grid-cell list of the next level is created as a child node in order to find clusters of all possible subspaces from the grid-cell. In this way, a maximum n-level grid-cell subspace tree is constructed, and a k-dimensional subspace cluster can be found at the kth level of the subspace grid-cell tree. Through experiments, it was confirmed that the proposed method uses computing resources more efficiently by expanding only the dense space while maintaining the same accuracy as the existing method.

  • Software-Defined Networking (SDN), which has emerged to overcome the limitations of existing network architectures, makes routing management simpler and more efficient through a central controller. SR (Segment Routing) is a flexible and scalable way of doing source routing, and defines the information path of the network through a list of segments arranged in the packet header. In an SDN environment, the performance of each router is almost the same, but packets tend to be concentrated on routes that are frequently used depending on routing algorithms. Routers in that path have a relatively high frequency of failure and are more likely to become bottlenecks. In this paper, we propose a routing algorithm that allows the router, which is a resource in the network, to evenly process packets in the SDN with SR, so that the administrator can utilize the resources in the network without idle routers, and at the same time facilitate the management of the router.

  • Looking at the understanding of scientific concepts from a linguistic perspective, it is very important for students to develop a deep and sophisticated understanding of words used in scientific concept as well as the ability to use them correctly. This study intends to provide the basis for productive knowledge education of scientific words by noting that the foundation of productive knowledge teaching on scientific words is not well established, and by exploring ways to teach the relationship among words that constitute scientific concept in a productive and effective manner. To this end, we extracted the relationship among the words that make up the scientific concept from the text of science textbook by using quantitative text analysis methods, second, qualitatively examined the meaning of the word relationship extracted as a result of each method, and third, we proposed a writing activity method to help improve the productive knowledge of scientific concept words. We analyzed the text of the "Force and motion" unit on first grade science textbook by using four methods of quantitative linguistic analysis: word cluster, co-occurrence, text network analysis, and word-embedding. As results, this study suggests four writing activities, completing sentence activity by using the result of word cluster analysis, filling the blanks activity by using the result of co-occurrence analysis, material-oriented writing activities by using the result of text network analysis, and finally we made a list of important words by using the result of word embedding.

  • Soseon means a table setting without meat and fish. It seems to have been influenced by Buddhism and is mentioned in Joseon Dynasty records. This study aimed to investigate the use of Soseon and its relationship with Buddhism in Joseon, which emphasized Confucianism and refused Buddhism. This study was conducted on the Joseon Dynasty Annals database and records of royal food literature during the Joseon Dynasty. In Joseon, Soseon was seen in 186 cases and its cases were found during the early days than the late days of the same Dynasty. It was carried out at funerals for subjects and relatives(61.82%). national ceremonies(21.51%), envoy receptions(11.29%), and auspicious ceremony(5.38%). Meat dishes were replaced by tofu, seaweed, rice cakes, and cookies in the Soseon for national rituals. The table setting of Soseon consisted of a main dish, side dishes, and desserts. A comparison of the Soseon table setting between Gilrye and Hyungrye showed Chae, Gaejang and Dasik belonged only Gilrye table setting. The major food was Noodles, Tang, Chae, Yumilgwa, Yugwa, Dasik, rice cakes and fruits. Soseon menu was cooked flour, tofu, seaweed, shiitake, pine nut, sesame oil, honey, etc. Tofu, flour, and seaweed were referred to in the documents in relation to Buddhism. This study shows that the Soseon is a vegetarian diet form in Joseon affected by Buddhism from Goryeo. Therefore, this study is expected to be used as basic data for the study of Buddhist food culture of royal rituals in the Joseon Dynasty.

  • As heavy precipitation rates have increased due to climate change, the risk of landslides has also become greater. Studies in the field of disaster risk assessment predominantly focus on evaluating intrinsic importance represented by the use or role of facilities. This work, however, focused on evaluating risks according to the external conditions of facilities, which were presented via debris flow simulation. A random walk model (RWM) was partially improved and used for the debris flow simulation. The existing RWM algorithm contained the problem of the simulation results being overly concentrated on the maximum slope line. To improve the model, the center cell height was adjusted and the inertia application method was modified. Facility information was collected from a digital topographic map layer. The risk level of each object was evaluated by combining the simulation result and the digital topographic map layer. A risk assessment technique suitable for the polygon and polyline layers was applied, respectively. Finally, by combining the evaluated risk with the attribute table of the layer, a system was prepared that could create a list of objects expected to be damaged, derive various statistics, and express the risk of each facility on a map. In short, we used an easy-to-understand simulation algorithm and proposed a technique to express detailed risk information on a map. This work will aid in the user-friendly development of a debris flow risk assessment system.
