This article is aimed at evaluating the comic industries cluster in the cartoonists' perspective in terms of benefits, innovation milieu and loyalty. This article surveyed the 105 cartoonists in the Bucheon comic industries cluster, which has been established since 1998. As a result of analysis, cartoonists evaluated the comic industries cluster in term of facilities, knowledge and information, and social relationship in the positive way. However, the business network with the comic companies, the other contents industries is not established. The communication and collaboration between the cartoonists and local communities is not active in the Bucheon comic industries cluster. In addition, while comic industries cluster is effective in terms of city branding, the comic industries cluster is not effective in terms of economic impacts. In general, cartoonists' loyalty to the comic industries cluster is highly evaluated. The five factors such as knowledge, policy, urban regeneration, facilities are very significant in terms of the cartoonists' loyalty. This article concludes with a discussion of the sustainable strategies of the comic industries cluster in the context of creative city through comic resources.

This paper proposes a virtual and invisible private disk (VIPDISK) technology equipped with the secure storage devices. As a software based security technology, it can create hidden partitions on any data storage device which can not be identified by the windows OS, so the program running on it, does not have any evidence of the existence of the hidden storage space. Under inactive state, it maintains an unexposed secure partition which can only be activated with a matching combination of a unique digital key and a user password to open the decryption tool. In addition, VIPDISK can store data to secure storage device with real-time encryption, it is worry-free even in the case of lost or theft. Simulation results show that VIPDISK provides a much higher level of security compared to other existing schemes.

Polyimide membrane system was designed for manufacturing nitrogen-enriched gas, and basic technical data was suggested for appling this system to controlled atmosphere storage. The permeability characteristics of pure oxygen and nitrogen could be explained by dual-mode sorption model. There was substantial decrease in the permeation rates of oxygen, which is the more permeable gas, through the polyimide membrane due to the presence of nitrogen in comparison with pure oxygen. However, the permeation rates of nitrogen was increased by the presence of oxygen. The ideal separation factor was in the range of 5 to 6 in the range of temperature and pressure difference studied, and the separation factor of air was lower than the ideal separation factor. The increase of ideal separation factor with increasing temperature is due to the fact that the activation energy for oxygen is larger than that for nitrogen. Nitrogen concentration decreased rapidly with increasing product recovery, and it was found that this is a major operating factor to obtain nitrogen concentration required for controlled atmosphere storage. A relation equation, by which nitrogen concentration in storehouse can be predicted, was suggested under the establishment of a hypothetical model for controlled atmosphere storage process using polyimide membrane system.

This paper proposes a power efficient 2-dimensional DCT/IDCT architecture driven by input data to be processed. The architecture achieves low power by taking advantage of the typically large fraction of zero and small-valued input processing data in video and image data compression. In particular, it skips multiplication by zero and dynamically activates/deactivates required bit-slices of fine-grain bit partitioned adders within multipliers and accumulators using simple input ANDing and bit-slice MASKing. The processed results from 1-D DCT/IDCT do not have unnecessary sign extension bits (SEBs), which are used for further power reduction in matrix transposer. The results extracted by bit-level transition activity simulations indicate significant power reduction compared to conventional designs.

This study conducted a group reminiscence program for the elderly who use the elderly daycare center. And this study verified the effectiveness of the elderly's mental health related quality of life to identify the relationship between the participating elderly and the non-participating elderly in a group reminiscence program. To this end, in order to examine the effectiveness of a group reminiscence programs for the elderly using the daycare center on MHRQoL, and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was compared with the non-equivalent control group pre-post test design. The research results are as follows. First, the experimental group that conducted the group reminiscence program in this study had a higher quality of life than the control group that did not participate the group reminiscence program. Second, significant results were found in vitality and mental health in the sub-factors of MHRQoL of the experimental group, and emotional role restriction and social function did not show significant results. Based on the results of this study, to develop and improve programs that encompass the entire sub-areas of MHRQoL, and to implement programs that positively affect the psycho-social intervention for the elderly persons. Finally, it was suggested to link and cooperate with senior welfare centers and general social welfare centers.

프리스트레스트된 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재는 장경간이 가능하고 공장생산으로 품질관리가 용이하다. 그러나 프리스트레싱 텐던이 화재에 노출되는 경우 일반 철근에 비해 급격하게 강도를 상실해 구조물의 붕괴로 이어질 수 있다. 국내의 경우 실험에 기초한 내화성능에 대한 연구는 활발히 이루어지고 있으나 그에 반해 성능기반 설계법이 활성화 될 때 요구되는 수치해석적인 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 문헌조사를 통해 이전에 수행된 실험 데이터를 통해 현재 외국에서 활발히 사용되는 수치해석 프로그램을 검증하고 수치해석 모델링을 통해 각각의 내화시간에 따른 적절한 피복 두께를 제안하였다.

As e-commerce has been activated and internet has been used as usual, higher efficient search engine must be used to promote the value of information and take possession of the market place. all e-commerce user seller and buyer want to competitive goods Although these needs, search results are still much to be desired. In this paper, I will suppose two ideas which are abbreviation result and making blacklist. Abbreviation result is to hide results with common factors and making blacklist is to reduce null links of search results, which makes many useless results. This routine is made of making blacklist, check list, reduce list and append list.

The creation of a RFID/USN environment has increased rapidly due to the activation of ubiquitous security environment suitable for RFID/USN environment but has failed to comply with the speed of security threats. Therefore, this thesis presents MSNR suitable for RFID/USN. The MSNR presented showed an increase in the processing rate of 1.3 times compared to the existing AES and showed 2 fold improvement in performance in terms of the overall system efficiency. Therefore, MSNR is considered to be a password algorithm suitable to overcome the conditions of environmental resource conditions, such as RFID/USN.

오늘날 인터넷 및 정보통신의 발달로 인하여 전자상거래가 활성화되고 있으며 기업들은 웹에서의 전자상거래를 위하여 e-카탈로그를 제작하여 사용하고 있다. e-카탈로그는 종이 카탈로그에 비하여 제작 비용이 적게 들고 발송 비용이 들지 않으며, 카탈로그를 필요로 하는 업체나 개인이 신속하게 카탈로그를 받아볼 수 있는 등 여러 가지 장점을 가지고 있다. e-카탈로기는 현재 웹 표준으로 자리잡아가고 있는 XML로 제작되고 있는 추세이다. 또한 최근에는 유선 인터넷 뿐만 아니라 무선 인터넷에 대한 요구 및 수요가 증가하면서 유선 인터넷에서 사용하던 문서를 무선 인터넷에서 사용하고자 하는 요구가 늘고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 .NET에 기반한 XML-WML 문서 변환 시스템을 제안함으로써 플랫폼이나 OS의 영향을 받지 않고 사용할 수 있으며, 다른 응용프로그램과의 유연성 있는 통합도 가능하도록 설계되었다.

현대의학의 발전에 힘입어 의료정보의 양과 질적인 측면에서 한의학의 정보화는 매우 빠르게 확장 및 향상 되고 있다. 그러나 서양의학에 비하여 한의학의 의료정보 활용은 상대적으로 적은 게 사실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한의학 정보 활용의 활성화를 위해 한의학 관점에서 논의되고 있는 인체의료정보 획득을 위한 인터페이스 구현에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 환자의 신체 통증부위 상태정보를 획득할 수 있도록 웹 환경에서 비주얼 인터페이스를 통한 정보 획득 설계 방안에 대해 살펴본다.
