바이어스 광과 측정 주파수에 따른 태양전지 양자효율 측정

  • 태양전지의 양자효율이란 입사되는 광자 수에 대한 태양전지에 의해 수집되는 캐리어 수의 비를 의미한다. 본 연구에서는 결정질, 다결정질, 비정질 실리콘 태양전지 양자효율 측정 정확도 향상에 대하여 연구하였다. 태양전지 양자효율 측정에 어떠한 변수들이 영향을 미치고 정확한 측정을 하기위해서는 측정을 어떻게 하여야 하는가에 대한 실험을 하였다. 태양전지 특성분석은 실제 사용 환경에 맞도록 표준측정조건(standard test condition: STC)에서 측정한 데이터를 사용하여야 한다. 이 표준측정조건은 AM1.5G 스펙트럼, $100\;mW/cm^2$의 강도 및 온도 $25^{\circ}C$에서의 측정을 말한다. 조건에 맞지 않는 측정을 할 경우 어떠한 변화가 있는지와 어떻게 측정을 하는 것이 정확한 측정인가에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 바이어스 광의 강도와 쵸핑 주파수에 따라 측정을 진행하였고, 태양전지의 분광반응도(spectral response: SR)를 측정하여 이를 이용하여 양자효율을 계산하였고, 양자효율 결과를 토대로 분석을 진행하였다.

  • 최근 정보통신기술의 발전과 인터넷의 폭발적인 사용자 증가로 인해 전자상거래가 활성화되고 있다. 또한 다양한 전자지불 시스템의 등장으로 이와 관련된 시장이 급성장하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 급성장에 비해 전자지불 시스템에 대한 표준화 작업이 더디게 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 표준화에 필요한 요구조건 창설개체 역할 및 기능을 설명하고 전자지불 시스템의 한 부분인 네트워크형 전자화폐 표준(안)을 제시한다.

  • Any attempt which requires banks to consider non-documentary conditions would destroy autonomy principle and increase the risks of the bank in L/C transactions. Therefore, non-documentary conditions are disregarded in the letter of credit. This provision was first introduced in UCP500, but later, ICC Position Paper No.3 added that if L/C requires documents related to non-documentary conditions, it cannot be disregarded. While the language in UCP600 is basically the same as that in UCP500, there is a difference between the two in that the former disregards the documents related to non-documentary conditions even if they are required by L/C. However, it should be remembered that international standard banking practice does not disregard all of non-documentary conditions. It recognizes the validity of some non-documentary conditions which it is not feasible to change into documentary conditions. That is, such non-documentary conditions as can be determined from an index specified in the guarantee or identified from the issuing bank's own records or their normal operations are recognized as valid in legal cases. ISP98 and UR00758 do not consider these as non-documentary conditions. The applicant should be cautious not to include non-documentary conditions in their applications.

  • 본 연구에서는 가스 하이드레이트의 미래 상업생산을 위한 연구활동으로 동해 울릉분지 현장시료를 채취하여 가스 하이드레이트 함유토의 열전도 현상에 관한 연구를 실시하였다. 두 종류의 현장시료를 이용하여 메탄 하이드레이트를 생성하여 공극비 및 포화도에 따라 조건을 달리하여 실험을 수행하였다. 열전도도 측정을 위하여 Transient Plane Source (TPS) 기법을 이용하였다. 현장시료의 사용에 앞서 예비실험으로써 F110표준사를 사용, 비교 분석 자료로써 활용하였다. 하이드레이트 생성 확률을 높이는 기법으로써 불포화시료를 동결, 해동 후 가스를 주입하였으며 동결된 불포화 시료의 열전달양상의 변화를 함께 고찰하였다. 실험결과, 하이드레이트의 포화도가 증가함에 따라 함유토의 열전도도의 증가함을 알 수 있어다. 거의 동일한 물과 GH의 열전도도에도 불구하고 하이드레이트 결정화 작용으로 동일한 포화도의 불포화 시료와 비교하여 약간의 상승을 보였다. 또한 공극비 및 흙을 구성하는 미네랄의 성분에 따라 열전도도의 발현 양상이 상이함을 관찰하였다. 이에 차후 하이드레이트 생산을 위한 현장 측정 및 전산 모사시 이에 관한 고려가 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Analysis of Geophysical and Geotechnical SPT Data for the Safety Evaluation of Fill Dam (필댐 안정성 평가를 위한 물리탐사와 SPT 자료의 분석)

  • Electrical resistivity survey is widely used to investigate the stability of center-core type fill dam against the seepage phenomenon. In this study, we analyze the resistivity information obtained on a earth fill dam and compare it with the geotechnical SPT result. The analysis shows that the zones showing low resistivity value generally have low N value. However, some zones with high resistivity pattern do not accompany the increase of N value, and even showing low N value. These results imply that the direct identification of resistivity value to the real status of the core material of fill dam is impossible, and a highly resistive zone may be in serious status due to the effect increasing the resistivity value by the piping condition. Therefore, multiple exploration should be planned to reduce the uncertainty in application of geophysical methods to dam safety evaluation.

Microbiological Quality Assessment of Kimbap According to Preparation and Cooking Condition and Identification of Critical Control Points in the Processes (김밥 조리조건에 따른 미생물 품질 평가와 중요관리점의 관찰)

  • This study was performed to assess the microbiological quality of kimbap (rice balls rolled in laver) prepared in two conditions (normal condition or clean, sanitized condition) and to support a practical application to identify critical control points (CCPs) in the preparation and cooking processes of kimbap. Kimbap, raw materials of kimbap, utensils (knives, cutting board, and kimbal which is made of bamboo), and hands of food handlers were examined microbiologically. Airborne microbes in the kitchens were also evaluated. Escherichia coli, Salmonella and Staphylococcus aureus were not detected in all samples. The aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria levels of all samples in clean, sanitized condition were much lower than those in normal condition. More aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria were counted in unheated raw materials of kimbap than in heated raw materials. In both conditions, the levels of airborne microbes of the kitchens were satisfactory. The aerobic bacteria and coliform bacteria of kimbap prepared in clean, sanitized condition were one hundredth levels of those of kimbap prepared in normal condition. However, fecal coliforms were detected even in the kimbap prepared in clean, sanitized condition. The results indicate that microbiological contamination of kimbap may be mainly originated from the contaminated unheated raw materials, utensils, and hands of food handlers, and also possible cross-contamination during preparation. The CCPs for kimbap preparation and cooking were handling of unheated raw materials, cleaning and sanitizing utensils, and hand washing of food handlers.

  • As many seismic codes for various facilities are changed into a performance based design code, demand for a reliable nonlinear response-history analysis (RHA) arises. However, the equivalent linear analysis has been used as a standard approach since 1970 in the field of site response analysis. So, the reliability of nonlinear RHA should be provided to be adopted in replace of equivalent linear analysis. In this paper, the reliability of nonlinear RHA is reviewed for a layered soil layer using Loma Prieta earthquake records in 1989. For this purpose, the appropriate way for selecting nonlinear soil models and the effect of base boundary condition for 3D analysis are evaluated. As a result, there is no significant differences between equivalent linear and nonlinear RHA. In case of 3D analysis, absorbing boundary condition should be applied at base to prevent rocking motion of the whole model.

Influence of Starvation and Humic Acid on Soil Microbial 2- Hydroxypyridine Metabolism (토양 미생물의 2-hydroxypyridine 대사에 미치는 기아상태와 부식산의 영향)

  • In this research, 3-hydroxypyridine(2-HP) metabolic ability of starving Arthrobacter crystallopoietes cell and the effect of humic acid on the metabolism of this starving cell were evaluated. 2-HP metabolic ability of exponential phase cell (acclimated cell) was much higher than that of lag phase cell (unacclimated cell) during starvation period. After 3 days of starvation, 2-HP half-life of the acclimated cell was 14 hours and that of the unacclimated cell was 46.5 hours. Humic acid enhanced the stability of 2-HP monooxygenase of starving co]1 and, after 2 days of starvation, the residual activity rate of this enzyme of the microbial cell starved in humic acid solution was 12% while the rate for control condition was 1.5%. After 14 days of starvation, 2-HP half-life for control condition was 43 hours and that for humic acid condition was 1.25 hour.

대기압에서 실리콘 양자 점 제조 및 비휘발성 메모리의 응용

  • 상온/상압의 분위기에서 코로나 분사 합성법을 이용하여 반도체 실리콘 나노 입자를 제조하였으며, 실리콘 입자의 전기적 특성을 관찰하기 위해 p-type 실리콘웨이퍼 위에 실리콘 나노 입자를 증착시켰다. 이때, 제조된 실리콘 나노 입자의 크기는 약 10 nm이었으며 기하표준편차는 1.31로 단분산성을 나타내었다. 이러한 조건에서, 실리콘 나노 입자의 양자 점 효과를 이용한 비휘발성 반도체 메모리를 제조하여 메모리효과를 분석한 결과, flat band voltage의 차이가 약 1.5 Volt 발생함을 확인하였다.

  • A set of standard triaxial testing was performed to identify underlying physical processes and inherent limitations in the determination of critical state parameters in sandy soils. The experimental test results showed that the critical state friction angle for a given soil is constant regardless of drainage condition while the critical state line on the e-log p'space is significantly affected by drainage condition mainly because of insufficient strain attained in standard triaxial tests and strain localization effects in udrained tests. It appeared that the best method to determine critical state parameters in laboratory testing is to use homogeneous loose specimens under drained shear condition. In addition, a reference state parameter was suggested to design tests that will avoid dilatancy or strain localization effects in drained tests.
