Guidance Law to Control Impact-Time-And-Angle Using Time-Varying Gains (시변 이득을 이용한 비행시간 및 충돌각 제어 유도법칙)

  • This paper presents a new homing guidance law based on well-known BPN to achieve an impact time constraint as well as an impact angle constraint. The guidance commands are synthesized by introducing an additional command to control impact-time. The structure of the additional command has a BPN-based loop multiplied by time-varying gains being proportional to the time difference between the required time-to-go and the estimated time-to-go by BPN. Moreover, the proposed homing loop converges to BPN as the time-to-go error is reduced. The performance of the proposed guidance law is evaluated by the computer simulations.

  • This paper presents a homing guidance law of anti-ship missiles using flight path angle to achieve an impact time constraint as well as an impact angle constraint. the independent variable in the nonlinear engagement model is change d from the flight time to the heading angle of the missile. The proposed guidance law can home a missile to the target with zero miss distance as well as satisfying both of the impact angle and time constraints. The performance of the proposed guidance law is evaluated by the computer simulations.

  • A lot of studies on the survivability of missiles have been widely studied, since the technology of modern warships equipped with state-of-the-art defense systems has been improved. The survivability of missiles can be improved by attacking a target simultaneously using multiple missiles. For this reason, impact time control guidance (ITCG) laws have been widely studied. This paper deals with the effect of time-to-go estimate to ITCG laws. In this paper, two kinds of time-to-go estimate are first introduced in two-dimensional and three-dimensional environment and then ITCG laws are derived using the time-to-go estimate. Numerical simulations are performed to analyze the performance of the designed ITCG laws and the effect of time-to-go estimate is discussed.

  • This paper proposes a guidance law for missiles with control time constraint. Because the proposed guidance law is based on a time-to-go polynomial, it has a generalized form. Also, acceleration of the proposed law converges to zero at the end of the control time, which reduces the sensitivity to the time-to-go estimation error and can increase the flight stability when the separation of the missile appears. A prediction method of the time-to-go is proposed for implementing the proposed law, and the possibility of application to the midcourse and terminal guidance phases is dealt with for exoatmospheric interception. The characteristics and performance of the proposed law are analyzed throughout various simulations.

  • This paper on the assumption that the target is stationary and the velocity of missile is fixed value. In three dimensional space. Using flight path angle to simultaneous control impact-time-and-angle base on a homing guidance law. The independent variable in the nonlinear engagement model is the flight path angle of the missile. The propose homing guidance law can see the controllability of impact-time-and-angle. And also can see the processing of the missile arrive at the target. It is applied to several salvo attack scenarios. The performance of the proposed guidance law is verified by simulations.

  • Recently, the concept of Urban Air Mobility (UAM) has expanded to Advanced Air Mobility (AAM). A tilt rotor type of vertical take-off and landing aircraft has been actively studied and developed. A tilt-rotor aircraft can perform a transition flight between vertical and horizontal flights. A blade pitch angle control system can be used for flight stability during transition flight time. In addition, Individual Blade Control (IBC) can reduce noise and vibration generated in transition flight. This paper proposed Disturbance Observer Based Control (DOBC) and Time Delay Control (TDC) for individual blade control of an Electro-Mechanical Actuator (EMA) based blade pitch angle control system. To compare and analyze proposed controllers, numerical simulations were conducted with DOBC and TDC.

  • 항공기가 평형상태로 비행하는 도중 돌풍과 같은 외부교란을 만난 교란상태운동은 선형화된 미분방정식으로 표현되며 비교적 짧은 비행시간동안의 비행은 선형시 불변계가 된다. 돌풍은 Gauss-Markov확률과정으로 모델링 되며, 항공기가 돌풍을 만난 교란상태운동은 시스템론적으로 보면 백색잡음이 성형필터를 거쳐 계에 입력되는 것과 같다. 초기의 설계방법은 고전적인 주파수영역에서의 해석방법을 사용하였으나 1960년대에 최적제어이론이 도입되면서 평가함수를 사용하여 원하는 비행특성을 얻는 방법을 사용하게 되었다. 그 후 계에 입력되는 외란과 측정시의 잡음으로 인한 불확실한 측정량으로부터 최적상태변수의 추정을 위해 필터링이론을 도입한 확률제어이론을 적용하여 자동조종장치를 설계하게 되었다. 이때까지는 연속제어계로 설계되었으며 그 후 측정신호를 샘플링하여 연속제어계와 등가의 이산제어계를 사용한 자동조종장치가 등장하였으며 이 경우 설계기법으로는 연속제어계를 사용하고 실현시킬 때는 디지털컴퓨터를 사용하였다. 이는 제어하는 동안 계의 계수와 제어법칙을 바꾸어 줄 수 있는 이산제어계의 장점을 이용하지 못하므로 처음부터 계를 등가의 이산계로 보고 제어계를 설계하는 방법이 도입되었다. 이 때 샘플링간격의 결정과 Quantization 영향이 설계시 고려되어야 한다.

  • The flight controller should meet the flying qualities, stability margins, and time response requirement according to the class of a target aircraft or UAV. Classical design process of PID controller is a very time consuming process and needed trial and erros. The best way is to apply the multi-disciplinary optimization algorithm to meet the numerous constraints of controller requirements. This paper presents how multi-objective parameter optimization (CONDUIT) can be used to determine many design parameters of lateral stability and augmentation system for roll and heading controller of the small UAV. To verify the effectiveness of applying the optimization method, designed controller using optimization are compared with the baseline controller that is designed only considering the time responses.

위성비행소프트웨어 개발문서 작성의 자동화를 위한 Doxygen 활용 방안

  • 위성비행소프트웨어는 위성의 하드웨어와 임무 탑재체 및 서브시스템이 통합되어 궤도상에서 위성임무를 수행할 수 있도록 원격명령 및 측정데이터의 처리, 자세 및 궤도제어, 열제어, 전력제어 등의 기능을 수행한다. 위성비행소프트웨어의 개발과 같이 규모가 큰 소프트웨어는 여러 개발자가 참여해야 하고 각각의 개발자들이 작성 코드를 통합하여 빌드하고 문제 발생 시 대처하기 위하여 세부적인 설계 및 개발내용을 단계별로 문서화하는 작업이 수반되어야 한다. 기존의 위성비행소프트웨어 개발과정에서는 이러한 문서들 중 전체 위성비행소프트웨어의 단위 코드별 입출력, 수행기능 등의 상세 설계 내용을 기록하는 SDD(Software Design Description)는 개발자가 작성한 코드를 기반으로 수작업을 통하여 작성되었다. 이러한 작성방식은 작성자의 입력오류가 발생할 수도 있으며 소프트웨어 개발과 별도로 수작업이 요구되어 문서작성에 소요되는 시간적 손해가 발생하게 된다. 유럽에서는 이러한 문제점을 보완하기 위하여 C, C++, C#, JAVA, VHDL 등 다양한 언어를 사용하는 소프트웨어 개발에 적용 가능한 자동적 문서작성 도구인 Doxygen이 널리 활용되고 있다. Doxygen은 PDF, HTML, Latex, RTF 등 다양한 출력 포맷도 지원한다. 본 논문에서는 Doxygen을 활용하여 위성비행소프트웨어 개발문서의 작성 시 소요시간을 단축하고 소스코드로부터 해당 설계 내용을 추출하여 자동적으로 문서를 작성할 수 있는 방안에 대하여 소개한다.

  • The control design for attitude and yaw rate of 40 % scaled SMART UA Vhas been performed. Analytic selection method for a control gain is proposed to meet the design specification of desired time response considering stability margin. The sliding mode attitude controller is also proposed and compared with the simulation results of a linear controller. Additionally, a velocity and height tracking controller is devised to prepar for the flight test.
