In recent years, the number of public e-Marketplaces have grown according to the leap-frogging advancement of network technology based on open communication architecture named Internet. However, the transaction volume through public e-Marketplaces have been an immaterial increase, and some well-known sites closed their businesses. This study proposes the public e-Marketplace as an e-Business system which has been recognized the most strategic application of business information technologies (Barrett & Konsynski, 1982; Cash & Konsynski, 1985), and suggests some future strategic and technological direction which supports a firm's transaction infrastructure under internet architecture. For this purpose, it reviews evolution of business information technologies.

플랫폼은 산업 전반에 걸쳐 막강한 영향력을 행사하며 비즈니스 생태계를 변화시키고 있다, 이러한 변화의 흐름에 따라서 플랫폼 기업의 가치가 빠르게 상승하고 있으며 좋은 플랫폼 기업을 발굴하여 육성하는 것이 곧 국가경쟁력 향상으로 이어지고 있다. 플랫폼 비즈니스 기반의 기업은 플랫폼 특성인 네트워크 효과와 수확체증 현상이 영향력을 발휘하기 전인 사업 초기에는 충분한 수익 발생이 어렵고 승자독식의 산업구조로 인해 치열한 선두 경쟁을 강요받고 있기에 기업 성장을 위해서는 투자유치를 통한 자금을 확보할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구는 플랫폼 비즈니스 기반의 기업에 대한 투자자의 투자결정요인을 도출하고 각 요인 간의 중요도 차이를 분석하여 투자를 준비하는 플랫폼 기업에게 투자자의 관점을 이해하고 사업을 검토하는 데 참고할 수 있는 시사점을 제시하여 플랫폼 기업의 투자유치 성공률을 제고 및 플랫폼 생태계 활성화를 목적으로 하고 있다. 투자자의 투자결정요인과 플랫폼 가치평가에 관한 선행연구를 바탕으로 플랫폼 기업에 적합한 14가지의 투자결정요인을 도출한 뒤 계층화를 통해 플랫폼, 시장, 창업자/팀, 재무, 제품/서비스의 5가지 주요 요인을 선정했으며 투자자를 대상으로 AHP 분석기법을 활용한 1:1 쌍대비교 설문을 진행하였다. 연구 결과 가장 높은 중요도를 나타내는 요인은 플랫폼 특성으로 확인되었으며, 이는 본 연구에서 선정한 플랫폼 특성인 플랫폼 규모, 핵심 참여집단 확보 여부, 가치 고착 용이성, 확보한 데이터 가치가 플랫폼 기업의 가치평가에 적절하다는 것을 시사한다. 추가로 플랫폼 기업에 대한 투자경험 유무로 그룹을 나누어 중요도를 비교한 결과 플랫폼에 투자한 투자자가 그렇지 않은 투자자에 비하여 플랫폼 기업이 확보한 데이터 가치에 대해 높은 중요도를 두고 있다는 것을 확인했다.

Social Network has been known as friendship basis human relation service in online network. But a broad sense of Social Network can be explained as a mechanism which makes web evolve to information-ecosystem by human relation and network data which has been generated by the mass of people's cooperation and interchange. Social Network has been expanding their domain from friendship basis relation service to broad social relationship focus of matter of concern. It has been applied to diverse domain. Library community begins to take an interest in Social Network concept to apply user's interchange for information. This paper considers the concept of Social network and it's appliance to a library service. For the more, suggest basic element for vitalizing library user's Social network.

The competition aspect of business has been transformed from competition among companies to competition among ecosystem, and has been grown to platform based business, which is defined as ecosystem among business. Coming to the spotlight with the advantages of platform business combined software and hardware like Apple, platform business have been emerging in many fields. In this research, we define platform and platform based business, and then review related researches. After this, we review four representative research methodologies which are Yin(2011)' s case analysis research, Eisenhardt(2007)' s case analysis research, Romano etc' s web based qualitative data analysis method(2003), and Creswll(2010)' s open coding technique. And then, we suggest this research' s natural methodology combined with the advantages of four research methodologies. Based on our research methodology, we choose three high commercialized categories, which are smartphone platform business, social platform business, and search engine platform business. And then, we choose seven companies in three categories with success cases & failure cases, and analysis each case in perspective of our research methodology. And then, we suggest critical success & failure elements. Based on our findings, we suggest three strategic elements for the longevity of platform based business. Finally, we suggest the limitations of our research and further research issues.

In general, furniture industry, with its high foreign dependency, has serious logistics issues that are commonly raised in such countries as Korea, China and Japan. This leads to my different possibilities & ways of rationalizing the logistics systems that utilize port hinterlands. Thus the purpose of the present paper is to create new logistics systems which will work effectively across the three countries. In this research study, we came up with 2 logistics models in which the port hinterland of Busan serves as the distribution center for furniture industry, and the models were suggested as the cooperative logistics business systems for the North-east asian region. In the proposed models, 'Busan furniture logistics center' has the dual functions of 'the cross-docking center from China to Japan' and 'the assembly & delivery center for furniture imported by Japan'. To have this logistics business center materialized, we propose that policy-level supports from the relevant port authorities be provided in the following three aspects: overseas investment promotion focused on the furniture industry of Japan, protection & enhancement of competitiveness for the port of Busan, and uilization plans for the new port hinterland of the city.

LTE 시스템에서 이동성 관리란 단말의 아이들 상태에서 수행되는 셀 재선택 기능과 단말의 통신중에 수행되는 핸드오버 기능을 모두 포함한다. 특히, 핸드오버 기술은 '통신중 끊김없는 서비스 보장'이라는 단순 기술형태에서 UMTS, HSPA 및 CDMA2000-1X 등 서로 다른 네트워크간의 컨버전스를 통하여 효과적인 트래픽 로드 분산 사업자의 초기 시설투자 부담 감소, 그리고 가입자의 자유로운 네트워크 선택 및 이에 따른 저렴한 요금 혜택 등 사업자와 가입자 모두에게 새로운 비즈니스 모델을 제공하는 복합 기술 형태로 진화되고 있다. 본 고에서는 LTE/LTE-Advanced 시스템에서 무선링크 측정, 타깃 셀 결정, 패킷 손실 관리, 타깃 셀로의 통신로 스위칭 등 일련의 고속 제어절차를 통하여 packet lossless-, timeless- 및 seamless- connectivity가 기능하도록 설계된 핸드오버 기술 전반을 무선 액세스 네트워크 관점에서 다룬다. 본 고에 사용된 정보 소스는 3GPP LTE 표준 문서에 기반한다.

내부 시스템을 통합하는 비즈니스 관점에서 발전하던 웹 서비스가 모든 가정 내 통신과 가전제품을 연결하는 홈 네트워크와 같은 외부 시스템으로의 적용이 확대되면서 정차 보편화 되어가고 있다. 이런 외부 시스템으로의 적용을 위해서는 웹 서비스와 홈 네트워크 장치 간의 정보를 변환하고 제어하는 미들웨어 개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 홈 네트워크의 자동 탐지 및 제어를 위한 UPnP 표준 기술과 서로 다른 플랫폼이나 언어로 작성된 어플리케이션 통합에 대한 표준 메커니즘을 제공하는 웹 서비스 기술을 이용하여 홈 네트워크나 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 분산 어플리케이션 개발 및 연계를 용이하게 하는 미들웨어를 설계 하고 구현하였다. 이 미들웨어를 임베디드 타입으로 개발함으로써 셋탑박스 또는 가정 내 모든 디바이스들에 내장 형태로 구성이 가능해짐으로 확장성을 제공한다.

초기의 산업제어시스템은 독립적인 네트워크를 구성하고 있어서 외부 네트워크와는 분리되어 있어 안전하다는 의견을 갖고 있었으나, 악성코드에 의한 우회적 공격이 발생함으로 단순 공극(Air-gap) 정책으로는 대처하는 것에는 한계가 드러났다. 또한 정보통신(ICT: Information & Communication Technology) 기술의 발달로 산업제어네트워크는 비즈니스, 정보공유 그리고 유지보수를 위하여 외부 네트워크와 연결이 필요하게 되었다. 이로 인하여 ICT의 보안 취약점도 전수되는 상황이 되었다. 그러나 산업제어시스템은 독립적인 플랫폼과 제어기술로 구축되어 있어서, ICT의 기 개발된 보안 메카니즘이 그대로 적용될 수 없다는 것이 문제로 인식되고 있다. 산업제어시스템 보안을 위하여 단품의 보안 제품이나 서비스로 대응하는 것으로는 보안강도를 충족하지 못하는 것이 일반적이며, '심층 방어' 체계를 구축하여 종합적이고, 체계적인 보안대책이 필요하다. 이와 상응하여 산업제어시스템 영역에 최적의 보안 수준을 유지하기 위하여 장비의 호환성을 제공하기 위하여 표준화 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 이에 현재 진행되고 있는 표준화 동향을 분석한다.

정보가전들을 제어하기 위한 많은 미들웨어들이 존재하고 있으며(예 : Havi. Jini, Lonworks, UPnP), 또한 계속 진화하고 있다. 이에 따라 다양한 정보가전들에대해 특화된 새로운 미들웨어들은 계속해서 등장하게 될 것이다. 또한 비즈니스 시장에서 주로 사용되어오던 웹 서비스가 정차 홈 내부의 서비스로 확대됨에 따라 댁 내의 가전들과 댁 외의 웹 서비스를 상호 연동하기 위한 미들웨어가 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문은 이질적인 홈 네트워크 미들웨어 상호 연동을 위한 통합 구조 방식에 대해 고찰하고, 이질적인 홈 네트워크 미들웨어들을 통합하여 정보 가전들을 제어 및 연동하고, 진화하고 있는 홈 네트워크 미들웨어들의 유동적인 특성을 반영할 수 있는 사용자 중심의 시나리오 기반 통합 구조의 설계에 관하여 설명한다.

전 세계적인 국제교류 활성화와 물동량 증가로 인하여 선박으로 부터의 정보를 직접 또는 실시간으로 획득을 요구하고 있다. 그러나 현재 선박에서의 통신은 고비용 저효율의 네트워크만을 이용함으로써, 즉 기존 선박과 육지의 기지국 간 통신 방법은 통신 거리 및 속도, 비용적인 측면에서 한계를 보이고 있고, 먼 거리 해상에서는 위성을 이용하여 고비용의 통신비용이 발생하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 ad-hoc 네트워크를 해상운송에 적합한 해상용 ad-hoc 네트워크 기술을 소개하고, 이 기술을 활용한 서비스를 제안한다. 이를 통해 저비용의 해상데이터 통신망과 위성 통신망의 연계를 통해 실시간 정보 활용이 가능하며, 화물관리 및 운용에 필요한 물류비용을 감소시키고, 물류생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있다.
