국내 신발산업(Footwear Industry)은 주로 외국의 대형 바이어에 의존적인 형태로 생산하는 주문자 상표 부착 생산방식이 대부분을 차지하며, 신발 제조에서 인건비가 차지하는 비중이 절대적이어서 대형 바이어들이 중국, 베트남, 인도네시아 등의 저임금 국가로 신발 생산기지를 옮겨가고 있다. 이로 인해 국내 신발산업은 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 것이 사실이다. 또한 국내의 신발제조기업들도 상당수 해외에 생산공장을 운영하고 있으며, 국내 생산공장은 그 규모가 굉장히 축소되어 있거나 혹은 연구개발 및 부품 조달기지로서의 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 신발산업의 환경에 변화에 대해 산업 차원에서 대응할 필요성이 있다. 앞으로 국내 신발산업이 성장하기 위해서는 전체 공급망의 협업체제를 갖추는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 공급망 네트워크 구조를 분석하여 비효율적인 부분을 개선해야 하며, 기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 새롭게 정립하여 혁신해야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 신발산업의 공급망 네트워크 구조를 분석하여 개선 모델을 제시하였으며, 공급망에서 대부분을 차지하는 신발 완제품 제조기업과 부품 제조기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스를 분석하여 개선된 비즈니스 프로세스를 제시하였다.

최근 기업의 경영환경은 매우 급격히 변화하고 있으며 지속적인 고객가치 향상에 대한 압력을 받고 있다. IT투자의 가장 중요한 목표는 더 이상 단순히 생산비용을 낮추는 것이 아니고 최적화된 대량 생산을 위해 디지털로 연결된 세상에서 고객들과 파트너들에게 기업의 유용성을 높이는 데 있다. 따라서 기업들은 BPM을 통해 확장된 기업의 프로세스를 자동화 하고, 통합하고 최적화하기 위해 모든 역량을 집중하고 있다. 또한 RFID 응용시스템을 통해 기술적 측면에 접근하여 비즈니스 확장을 위한 시스템 개발에 주력하고 있다. 그러나 기술적 측면, 비즈니스 프로세스적인 측면 조직적인 측면을 함께 고려하여야 성공적인 기업 역량을 이룰 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존의 BPM 에 RFID 시스템을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 접근 모델을 제안하였다. 이 방법론을 통해 비즈니스 프로세스 분석에서부터 시스템 분석 및 설계에 따른 시간 비용, 품질, 및 고객의 만족 수준에 혁신적인 개선을 이끌어내는 접근 방법론을 기대할 수 있다.

섬유산업은 다품종 소량생산 및 납기단축을 요구함으로써 기업간 실시간 정보협업 (재고유무, 공정진행 등)이 필수 요소로 대두되고 있으며, 이를 해결하기 위하여 섬유산업 특성을 반영한 효율적 정보 협업시스템 개발 및 보급을 목적으로 SCM 정보시스템 구축을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스를 모델링하였다. 또한 기업에서 현재 사용 중인 ERP 외 신규 SCM 구축에 따른 기존 사용자 거부반응을 최소화하기 위하여 기존 사용 중인 ERP시스템에 부착하여 정보협업이 가능한 표준 게이트웨이 모듈과 자체 시스템이 없는 중소 영세기업을 위한 Saas기반SCM으로 분류하여 비즈니스 프로세스를 설계 및 프로토타입을 구현하였으며, 기업 데이터 연계를 위한 거래문서정보 표준화 도출을 통하여 수평적 정보협업 업무통합 비즈니스 프로세스를 설계하였다.

BPM 시스템의 활용이 확대되고 BPM 표준의 채택이 일반화되어가면서, 차츰 BPM 시스템의 관리와 유지보수 및 활용을 극대화할 수 있는 방안에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 여기에는 비즈니스 프로세스 질의 언어의 표준화가 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 비즈니스 프로세스 질의 언어는 마치 데이터베이스 관리 시스템의 SQL처럼 BPM 시스템에 대한 표준적인 접근 및 개발이 가능하게 해주며, 궁극적으로는 BPM 어플리케이션의 개발 생산성과 유지보수성을 향상시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문에서는 아직까지 표준화에 대한 명시적인 결과물이 제시되지 않고 있는 비즈니스 프로세스 질의 언어에 대한 기존의 연구 결과를 살펴보고, 어떠한 설계 요소들이 포함되어야 할지를 제시하고, 이를 BPM 시스템에 도입하기 위해 필요한 참조 아키텍처를 제안하고자 한다.

XML이후 컴포넌트를 중심으로 개발된 통합 애플리케이션과 함께 서비스를 중심으로 한 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐가 새롭게 웹서비스를 확장시킨다. 웹서비스를 기본으로 하는 구조이면서 보다 IT 기반을 개선하고 비즈니스 요구에 보다 빠르게 응답할 수 있는 서비스지향 아키텍쳐에서 각 컴포넌트들의 서비스의 효율을 높이기 위한 여러 가지 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기업간 비즈니스 프로세스통합을 위해 가치를 적용한 P2P프로세스를 모델링한다. 기존 프로세스간 인터페이스를 통합하고 체계적이며 가시적인 모델링을 서비스 지향 아키텍쳐에 적용하여 보다 가시적이고 효율적인 아키텍쳐를 제안한다.

The advance of information technology has changed the business environment, and the business process between the trading partners has been evolved with these changes. However, the business process between trading partners requires human interface for interchanging information or making a decision even though they collaborate each other or are coupled tightly, and this interrupts seamless business processes between them. To overcome this limitations, a new concept of self-integration has been emerged. The self-integration means a true integration among enterprise applications without human interface, and it might be the future direction of integrations. In this study, we introduced the concept of self-integration environment and business process model for supply chain planning. And, we analyzed the negotiation processes and classified the negotiation patterns for integrated supply chain planning in self-integration environment, and then we proposed a generic business process model for negotiation of extended and integrated supply chain planning by integrating the suggested negotiation pattern with business scenarios.

The business based existing BPMN model is a lack of service oriented modeling techniques. Therefore, it requires a layered technique of service oriented business modeling so that can meet the design for a complex application system, developing a system based on SOA. In order to enhance reusability and modularity of BPMN business model, this paper proposes a metamodel and business modeling process based on this metamodel that can hierarchically build a BPMN model. Towards this end, the XL-BPMN metamodel hierarchically established based on MDA and MVS styles are first defined. Then a BPMN service modeling process is constructed based on modeling elements of this metamodel according to the modeling phases. Finally, the result of a case study in which the proposed method is applied to an online shopping mall system is discussed. With the use of well-defined metamodel and modeling process, it is hoped that it can be shown that a service dominated and layered BPMN business model can be established, and that the modularity and reusability of the constructed BPMN business model can be maximized.

A web-based information system, that is a dominant type of information systems, suffers from the “web crisis” in development and maintenance of the system. To cope with the problem, a technology of reengineering to web-based business process, which is one of web engineering, is strongly needed. In this paper, we propose a BPN(Business Process Net) model and reengineering guides along with an application example, which are used for modeling web-based business processes and migrating to web-based information system. BPN model is a type of not only a Beta-distributed stochastics Petri net, but also an executable Activity diagram. BPN is modeled by using the Use Case analysis method and the Beta-distribution. The later is used for the purpose of modeling the uncertainty of execution time and cost of a business process. BPN model and reengineering heuristics might be used as a formal common model for business process specification languages, and analysis and design method for Web-based Information system, respectively.

현재의 소프트웨어 개발 패러다임은 전체 시스템에서 독립적인 업무 또는 기능을 수행하는 단위이고 유지보수에 필요한 교체 가능한 모듈로 재사용성과 대치성을 제공하는 컴포넌트기반 개발(CBD:Component Based Development)이 연구되고 있다. 기업이나 조직은 웹을 통한 비즈니스 기능의 확대에 따른 효과적이고 빠른 개발과 적용을 요구함에 따라, 에이전트를 통한 유연한 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 영역에 대한 에이전트의 효과적인 개발과 적용을 위해 컴포넌트, e-비즈니스 에이전트, 자원, 관리 관점을 고려하여, e-비즈니스 에이전트지향 컴포넌트기반 개발 프로세스(ebA-CBD:e-business Agent oriented Component Based Development)를 제안한다. 특히, e-비지니스 에이전트의 식별과 명제를 위해 ebA-CBD 매트릭스, ebA Architecture Model과 ebA-Spec.을 제시하며, 사례를 통해 프로세스의 이해성 및 사용성을 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 화주/차주간 물류중개의 문제점들을 극복할 수 있는 보다 효율적인 인터넷 기반 물류중개 개념을 제안한다. 이러한 개념을 구체화하여 하나의 실제적인 비즈니스 모델을 정의하고 이를 토대로 필요한 정보시스템을 개발하기 위해서는 모델링 방법론을 활용한 비즈니스 프로세스 분석이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 최근 정자상거래 분야의 표준 모델링 방법으로 급부상하고 있는 UMM(UN/CEFACT Modeling Methodology)을 활용하여 화주/차주간 물류중개에 대한 비즈니스 프로세스 분석을 수행한다. UMM을 활용하여 이와 같은 분석을 수행해본 결과, UMM이 참여자간 협업이 중요시되는 전자상거래 분야의 비즈니스 및 정보시스템 모델링을 위한 효율적인 분석 도구로써 이용될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.
