In this paper, we have proposed a system for creating business rules efficient in the market the SI industry. It has implemented a system that will have to be able to than to create a rule using the PPT and word simply, to proceed more smoothly communication of civil service staff and between developers. The system used in this paper, it was an object of the invention is to present a template, so as to create a document to match this template. The presented combined input tools to present a template for creating a document themes business rules to allow explicitly enter text in response to the template user.

비즈니스 룰(Business Rule)은 하나의 목적을 성취하기 위해 조직에 적용하는 운영, 정의, 제약으로 구성되는 하나의 규칙이다. 이를 효율적으로 통합 관리하는 시스템이 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)이다. 대학에서의 졸업사정은 학사과정의 마지막 단계로 여러 복합적 충족 여부를 검사하는 과정이다. 학교의 전반적인 규칙이나 해마다 교육과정의 변화가 있어 프로그래밍 구현이 어렵고, 졸업사정시스템을 전산화하기 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 비즈니스 룰의 장점들을 활용해 변화를 빠르고 정확하게 반영하는 BRMS를 이용하여 졸업사정시스템의 설계를 제안하고자 한다.

기업내부에 존재하는 비즈니스 룰은 정형화되고 집중화된 하나의 시스템으로 구축되어 있는 것이 아니라 여러 서브시스템이나 실무자의 경험속에 산재되어 존재한다. 산재되어 존재하는 비즈니스 룰을 정형화된 형태로 집중관리가 가능하도록 구축한 도구가 BRE(Business Rule Engine)이다. BRE는 비즈니스 룰 관리를 빠르고 용이하게 하여, 기업의 경쟁력 향상에 매우 효과적인 기여를 한다. 하지만 BRE도입시 고려해야 할 품질특성을 판단할 뚜렷한 기준을 가지고 있지 못 하기 때문에 고가의 솔루션인 BRE도입에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국제 표준 ISO/IEC 9126를 기반으로 BRE가 갖추어야 할 품질특성을 정의하고 BRE 도입시 고려해야 할 품질특성을 판단할 수 있는 판별분석기법을 통해 BRE를 명확히 이해할 수 있는 품질평가모델을 제시함으로서 이러한 문제를 해결하고자 한다. 또한 본 연구의 결과는 실제 구축된 BRE 사례들에 대해 판별분석기법을 통해 검증하며, 검증된 품질평가모델의 활용방안을 제시한다.

The existing CBD development methods deal with the analysis phase in a superficial manner. Applying such a superficial analysis to business applications with a number of subsystems makes analysis models be inconsistent with levels and styles, only depending on experiences of the analysts. This inconsistent analysis might cause more serious problems during the subsequent development phases, resulting in the failure of the projects. In this paper, we propose a rule-based analysis pattern that provides an analysis template for business applications. This pattern analyzes the concepts of business applications by using external events and internal rules that process the events. Employing this pattern, a huge business application can be developed by a couple of co-analysts who work together in a consistent and systematic manner. This paper also describes an efficient way to develop business components with the suggested analysis pattern using banking deposit case study through UML Components development process.

To survive in the rapidly changing business environment, it is very important for companies to respond to the changing environment effectively as well as agilely. As an approach to appropriately respond to the changing environment, companies have developed and exploited various business rules and related knowledge and attempted to implement them through information systems. However, most of legacy information systems used in companies have suffered from the limitations that do not properly utilize and systematically organize the business rules. This study proposes an introduction of BRE (business rule engine) as a solution to cope with the limitations and explores its effect on organizational agility based the case analysis of "W" Investment and securities Co., Ltd.

최근 모든 상장기업에 도입이 의무화된 국제회계기준(IFRS : International Financial Reporting Standards)의 주요한 특징 중에 하나는 원칙 중심이기 때문에 꼭 필요한 원칙만을 규정하고 나머지는 기업들이 자율적으로 작성하도록 허용하고 있다는 것이다. 이러한 특징은 기업 스스로의 작성규칙을 합리적으로 관리하고, 처리의 적절성을 증명해야하기 때문에 기존의 획일적인 회계처리시스템으로는 이러한 회계처리규칙을 효율적 관리를 하기 어려운 문제를 안고 있다. 비즈니스 룰(Business Rule)을 관리하고 처리하는 BRMS(Business Rule Management System)는 이러한 회계처리 규칙들을 원칙과 자율적인 회계규칙들로 나누고, 상황에 따라 자율적인 회계규칙들의 적용과 적용결과를 모니터링하고, 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 BRMS의 비즈니스 룰에 의하여 처리되는 회계프로그래밍의 틀을 제시함으로써 정해진 회계원칙과 자율적인 회계규칙을 반영하여 회계를 처리하고 관리할 수 있는 방안을 제시한다.

Recently, there have been several researches on automatic object identification and distributed computing technology to realize a ubiquitous computing environment. Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID) technology has been applied to many business areas to simplify complex processes and gain important benefits. To derive real benefits from RFID, the system must rapidly implement functions to process a large quantity of event data generated by the RFID operations and should be configured dynamically for changing businesses. Consequently, developers are forced to implement systems to derive meaningful high-level events from simple RFID events and bind them to various business processes. Although applications could directly consume and act on RFID events, extracting the business rules from the business logic leads to better decoupling of the system, which consequentially increases maintainability. In this paper, we describe an RFID business aware framework for business processes in the Electronic Product Code (EPC) Network. This framework is proposed for developing business applications using business services. The term "business services" refers to generated events that can be used in business applications without additional data collection and processing. The framework provides business rules related to data collection, processing, and management, and supports the rapid development and easy maintenance of business applications based on business services.

In order to increase extendibility and reusability of components during component design, the variability discovered in a business application development needs to be defined to separate rules. That is because component adaptation techniques through redefinition of implementation classes and interface wrapping have limits to support the component reusability. Therefore, It's essential to design the component which takes into account the future reusability in the component development. In this paper, we extended the existing component architecture to incorporate rule components by separating variable properties from the components and defined the necessary syntax for the rule definition. In the case study, we built the business components for an insurance sales application and verified the component reusability through the rule redefining.

오늘날 B2B 전자상거래의 폭발적인 성장과 더불어 온라인 상에서 다수의 구매자와 공급자가 참여하여 다양한 형태의 거래를 수행하는 B2B e-Marketplace의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 하지만 현재 B2B e-Marketplace 상황은 front-end 부분의 단순한 키워드 기반의 제품 카탈로그 검색만 제공할 뿐, 공급자의 재고상황, 생산 일정 그리고 제품의 배송 및 구매자에 따른 판매자의 정책 및 전략 등의 back-end 부분을 고려하지 않고 있다. 따라서 B2B e-Marketplace에서 주문처리와 배송 과정을 효율적으로 처리하기 위해서는, back-end 부분에서 구매자가 요구하는 제품들에 대하여 공급자의 생산계획과 수요예측, 재고처리, 수송 및 고객관리 등에 관한 정책을 실시간으로 정확하게 반영하고 처리할 수 있는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 비즈니스 룰 시스템을 이용하여 공급자의 ATP와 CTP등의 생산계획과 비즈니스 정책을 실시간으로 반영하는 e-Marketplace 제품 추천 시스템을 제안하고 구현하였다. 본 논문은 공급자에게는 생산계획의 안정화, 납기 준수 율 제고의 효과를 제공하며, 구매자에게는 납기일의 불확실성을 제거함으로써 안정된 생산 및 판매계획 수립을 제공한다

오늘날 B2B 전자상거래의 폭발적인 성장과 더불어 SCM상에서 e-Procurement의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그 중에서 다수의 구매자와 공급자가 참여하여 다양한 형태의 상거래를 수행하는 3자 관리 모델은 점차 시장이 확대되어 e-Procurement의 핵심요소로 여겨지고 있다. 하지만 현재의 e-Procurement의 3자 관리 모델은 방대한 제품 정보 중에서 구매자가 원하는 제품을 정확히 검색할 수 있는 기능이 미비하고 구매 물량에 따른 할인 가격과 공급자의 배송 정책을 고려한 납기일을 실시간으로 구매자에게 제공해 줄 수 있는 기능이 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 구매 프로세스의 주요 기능인 공급자의 선택에 있어 공급자에 대한 신뢰성이 결여되어 구매자의 비즈니스 요구사항을 채워주지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 e-Procurement의 3자 관리 모델의 문제점을 해결하고 발전시키기 위해 (1)구매자의 제품 검색 시 시맨틱 웹을 이용한 카테고리 기반 검색 기법과 (2)비즈니스 룰과 웹서비스 기반으로 공급자의 가격 정책, 배송 정책에 따른 납기일을 고려한 검색, (3)구매자와 공급자의 단일 거래에 대한 서비스 품질을 측정하여 구매자에게 공급자의 신뢰성을 보장하는 제품 추천 e-Procurement 시스템을 제안한다.
