The purpose of this study is to develop a model for a medical information website for public library use. Applying the six processes of website development - planning, analysis, design implementation, promotion, and innovation as a research methodology, seven medical information websites are analyzed. The evaluating criteria includes interface layout, contents, function aspects. Based on the results, a medical information website is implemented. This developing methodology will help nonprofessionals in the medical information area understand interface and domain Information.

다양한 문화 활동 중에 음악 활동은 일반인이 가장 접하기 쉬운 영역이다. 이러한 음악 활동을 좀 더 쉽고 체계적으로 해야 할 필요성이 있다. 하지만 악보를 모르는 일반 사용자들은 악보에 대한 일종의 공포심이 있다. 마치 외국어에 대한 트라우마처럼 말이다. 하지만 연습이나 연주 시에는 본인도 모르게 가상의 악보를 따라서 연주를 하는 것이다. 반대로 악보를 보여주면 지레 겁을 먼저 먹기 십상이다. 이러한 사태를 미연 방지하고 나아가서 비전문가들도 자신의 음악을 소유하기 위해서 스마트폰의 어플리케이션을 이용하여 위와 같은 문제를 해소하고 개선하는 것이다.

도시 $CO_2$발생량의 대부분을 차지하는 건축분야 중 기존의 노후 된 건축물들이 대부분을 차지한하며 현재 정부는 기존건축물 그린리모델링 지원 정책을 계속하여 수립중이다. 그린리모델링이란, 친환경적 건축물을 만들기 위해 에너지성능향상 및 효율개선이 필요한 기존건축물의 성능을 개선하는 것을 말한다. 그린리모델링 프로세스 정립 목적은 비전문가 또는 전문가에게 그린리모델링 실시 여부 판단 및 방향설정, 비용 판단, 운영 방안 등의 가이드라인을 제공하고 이를 통해 시장 및 수요자 기반 그린리모델링 활성화에 있다.

This study tried to find out alternatives adjusting basic fare using customer survey. But it merely verified that train fare decision is made by government's role and market status. Also, it has a limitation deciding resonable fare of KTX that average cost and marginal cost calculation is impossible because Korean National Railroad does not follow 'Activity Based Costing'. It is rational fare decision that performing survey to railroad experts and general customers, and compare two results. Summarizing results of this study, 1. The hypothesis 'Experts' perceived fare level of KTX is higher than that of general customer. 'is carried. It suggests that following experts' opinion with general customer's is very rational method to decide fare level. 2. The hypothesis 'Experts expect lower level of fare discount rate than general customer.' is carried. 3. It is hard to decide priority among many kinds of discount for difference of two group's preference. However, following recent research project is maximized by discounting fare 30$\%$ on 40$\%$ of total passenger and expand number of discount kinds step by step are desirable.

In this paper, we proposed a method to display a hazard warning of hacking in the UX(: User Experience) concept level for non experts in the open Wi-Fi access area. According to the dangers of the AP raised by capture, we developed an application that provides a warning pop-up on the danger of hacking before using for APs that are distinguished by color and selected.

전화국사 내 교환기의 신설이나 증설 시에 최적의 열부하 산정이 필요하다. 이를 위해 전화국사의 특성에 알맞은 열부하 계산 프로그램을 윈도우용으로 개발하여 비전문가들도 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 하고자 한다. 프로그램 구성은 기본자료입력부, 전화국사의 자료입력부, 입력된 데이터를 이용하여 국사의 냉방부하와 냉방시스템의 용량을 계산하는 부분 그리고 출력부분으로 크게 4부분으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 프로그램을 이용하여 한국통신 중앙전화국 5ESS실의 냉방기기용량을 산정해 본 결과, 기존 냉방기기 69USRT의 49%에 해당되는 33.5USRT로 나타나 기존 냉방기기의 용량이 너무 과다하게 선정되었음이 판명되었다. 본 프로그램은 전화국사의 에너지 절약에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

지식표현의 도구초서 온톨로지 사용이 증가함에 따라 온톨로지를 구축하기 위한 온톨로지 구축 도구들도 다양하게 개발되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지의 온톨로지 구축 도구들은 개념화(conceptualization)한 지식을 형식화(formalization)하는 목적으로 개발되었다. 그러므로 온톨로지 구축자가 지식을 개념화하는 과정에서, 온톨로지의 특성에 따라 적절한 온톨로지 구축을 지원하는 시스템이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 특정분야의 전문가 또는 비전문가가 언어자원을 기반으로 지식을 개념화하고 형식화하여 온톨로지를 구축하는 온톨로지 구축 시스템(Ontology Construction System)을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템을 구현하고, 구현한 시스템을 활용한 실제 온톨로지 구축 실험을 통해 OntoCS가 온톨로지를 구축함에 있어서 능률을 높임을 알 수 있었다.

본 연구는 여러 종류의 직류서보코너에서 적용목적에 대해 최상의 성능을 발휘하면서 가장 높은 효율을 갖는 서보모터를 선정하기 위한 인간 전문가의 지식, 경험과 추론 능력을 갖는 전문가 시스템 개발에 관한 것이다. 제안한 프로그램은 비전문가가 적용시스템의 성능조건과 기계적 데이터만을 입력함으로서 고효율 서보모터가 선정되도록 하였다. 전문가 시스템의 추론기관과 지식베이스는 C 언어로 구현하였으며, 데이터베이스는 제조회사에서 제공한 직류서보모터의 카다로그로부터 구성하였다. 서로 다른 정격을 갖는 직류서보모터의 효율을 비교하는데 있어서는 속도-토크의 운전패턴에 따른 평균효율을 기준으로 하였다. 그리고, 서보모터 선정에 관한 수요관리의 전문가 시스템을 실제 사용되고 있는 여러 적용시스템에 대해 검증하여 신뢰성을 확인하였다.

Education paradigm is moved from traditional face-to-face method to cyber education environment. Therefore, we extracted the components of cyber education system and their detail functions through analysis on the workflow of education and learning standard technology. In addition, we think that template system will make a big role in order to deploy the cyber education system. Therefore, we designed the template system for cyber education. In this paper, we particularly describe both evaluation funrtion on course learning records and statistics function ell evaluation records.
