본 연구의 목적은 대표적인 6개 국립공원에 대하여 자연 및 문화자원의 이용가치와 비이용가치를 이선선택형가상가치평가법을 이용하여 측정하는 것이다. 측정결과 이용가치의 경우높게는 17,208원/1인(설악산국립공원)에서 낮게는 5,758원/1인(태안해안국립공원)의 범주로 나타났다. 또한 비이용가치의 경우 높게는 16,198원/1인(북한산국립공원)에서 낮게는 12,756원/1인(한려해상국립공원)의 범주로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 국립공원이 현재의 입장료(1,000원/1인)와 국립공원의 유지관리비(3.700원/1인)를 능가하는 상당한 정도의 이용가치와 비이용가치를 창출하고 있다는 사실을 지적해준다. 따라서 국민의 경계적 편익을 유지하기 위해서 정부는 국립공원의 유지. 관리비용을 계속 지원해야만 할 것이다.

This study estimates the willingness-to-pay(WTP) for conserving Sindu coastal sand dune and asset value of Sindu coastal sand dune by means of contingent valuation method. CV market scenario is designed to elicitate his/her WTP considering use value and nonuse value of Sindu coastal sand dune. The yearly WTP for Sindu coastal sand dune is 3,059 won(95% C.I. 2,591~3,612 won) in the case of a househodl, therefore amounts to 44 billion won(95% C.I. 37~52 billion won) for the whole nation. We estimate the asset value of Sindu coastal sand dune by 7.5% discount rate to be 587 billion won with 95% confidence interval of 497 to 693 billion won. The direct use value which has accounted for 13.4% is 79 billion won(95% C.I. 67~93 billion won), and the indirect use value which has accounted for 30.2% amounts to 177 billion won(95% C.I. 150~209 billion won), and the option value which has accounted for 19.4% is 114 billion won(95% C.I. 97~135 billion won), and the conservation value which has accounted for 37.0% amounts to 217 billion won(95% C.I. 184~256 billion won).

This article estimates the total evaluation of the festival and investigates the determinants of visitors' WTP(willingness to pay) for the festival. Hi Seoul Festival is a way to introduce Korean culture to other foreigners as well as to serve as an economic and cultural stimulus for Seoul. A contingent evaluation survey was conducted and a total of 763 useful samples were collected. The results show that the evaluation of the festival were different across three different WTPs which were calculated as 2,846 won, 3,321 won, and 4,838 won. The annual total benefits value is calculated as 433.767 billion Korean won. And visitors' sex and visitors' satisfaction(keep up festival, need to modify) was a important determinants of the WTP for a visit. These findings may provide guidance managers and practitioners who help maintain the Hi festival.

Recently, there has been an increasing social concern over the use of random reward game items. In this paper, we try to understand the effect of using random reward game on adolescents based on the survey data over a year. In addition, regression analysis was conducted to examine how socio-psychological variables affect the game addiction of adolescents according to use of random reward games. As a result of analysis, it was found that the random reward game use group had lower self esteem and higher material value than the normal game use group. Also, self esteem and material value have a significant effect on game addiction. And finally, the results and implications were discussed.

Design is an extremely critical and important for the prosperity and development of a corporation, and design for children's facilities can be said to be a critical factor not only from a commercial perspective but also one of the critical factors that can be beneficial to the physical, intellectual and emotional growth and development of children. To measure the economic value of publicly designed children's facilities established with the purpose of children's design education, this research study utilized the Contingent Valuation Method. This research study attempts to provide useful information for policy administrators on the usage of both publicly designed children's facilities with high use value and also high non-use value through economic value measurement. To achieve the objectives of this research, the Contingent Valuation Method that utilized both open-ended questions and also double-bounded dichotomous choice methodologies was used. The results of the pre-verification that used the open-ended questions results from 50 test subject participants and the double-bounded dichotomous choice methodology results from 530 test subject participants confirmed that the average annual per person expense was estimated to be KRW 12,463. The gross benefit amount figure estimated for all households in the nation was estimated to be about KRW 219 billion annually.

An archives collects and manages a variety of records and archives including information reflecting the phases of the times and has a role in society as archive information center. Also, archives support that users can efficiently search and use records. Although archives has a variety of records and archives, users and non-users has low recognition on it. This study aims to find factors why people don't use archives and analyzes requirements to utilize archives activation for users and non-users. To perform the goals, questionnaires were used to collect data from 148 domestic people. Also, this study used descriptive statistics and independent t-test to analyze the collected data. With the analyzed results, this study proposed suggestions to improve user's perception and factors for activation of archives.

The sandy beach along the east coast of Korea offers beautiful scenery with high-quality sand for leisure, and is also famous for the white-sand and pine-tree which is an important scenic resource. Furthermore, the sandy beach helps to maintain natural environment of the costal area and functionates as a disaster prevention system against high waves. There are two major value evaluation methods, Travel Cost Method and Contingent Valuation Method, to assess the value of coastal sandy beach. Contingent Valuation Method is considered to be more appropriate for simultaneous evaluation on the usefulness and the uselessness of the beach. But in order to apply Contingent Valuation Method to coastal sandy beach evaluation, close examination and investigation on the potential bias, such as on questionnaires, surveys and replies, are required. In this study, the characteristic of primary amenity of sandy beach users is investigated, in prior to evaluating the usefulness and the uselessness of the beach measured by contingent valuation method. The characteristic of amenity on major sandy beaches on the east coast of Korea is studied and compared by diverse value evaluation methods.

This study identifies the relationship between selection value, existence value, heritage value, pride, and show on satisfaction, and suggests cultural marketing and cultural policy suggestions for Jikji cultural assets to activate Jikji as tourism cultural assets. Was intended. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, Jikji cultural property officials should develop tourism products that can mix Jikji cultural properties with the image and attractiveness of Jikji cultural properties. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to education and public relations by city and county in providing local information, prices, and services for tourists to increase the satisfaction of tourists. Second, Jikji cultural property officials should suggest ways to create differentiating elements from tourism of other cultural properties. By emphasizing the existence, the existence value of Jikji cultural property should be increased. Third, Jikji cultural property officials should emphasize that Jikji tourism is more valuable as cultural heritage than now, and develop unique killer contents that can be boasted to others in tourism and present it to tourists. Fourth, Jikji cultural property officials should prepare a plan for local residents to recognize how excellent cultural heritage is. It should also be recognized that Jikji cultural property has high added value as a tourist factor. Lastly, Jikji cultural property officials should promote various jikji projects to local residents and tourists to increase their pride and awareness that Jikji cultural property exists in a certain area.

The records and archives center provide a variety of archival information services in an effort to get closer to the public. However, there are still some problems with regard to the lack of awareness of records and archives. In order to activate the use of archives, it is necessary to understand the users of archives. Given the problems, this study aims to investigate the awareness of records and archives in university students who are potential users of archives as well as to suggest methods to activate the use of records and archives reflecting the characteristics of university students' awareness. As such, this study surveyed 182 university students at J university. The questionnaire items referred to Market & Opinion Research International (MORI) (2003) as a part of the projects conducted by the Museums Libraries Archives Council (MLA) and Cho's study (2008). The questionnaire items consisted of four major areas: awareness of records and archives, experience with records and archives or reasons of not using them, requirements for the use of archives by potential users, and efficient method of promoting archives. As a result of the survey, most of the university students are indifferent to records. However, they recognized that it is highly important to manage records that are related to historical values and archives that are relevant to information values. In addition, they showed a positive intention to use the archives in the future; thus, it is highly likely for them to be converted into active users through appropriate services. Based on the results, this study proposed important considerations for activating the use of the archives to university students, and suggested methods to activate the archives in terms of user education, program development, and user segmentation.
