It is a time to change the investment system for performances of co-producing according to development of the environment of performing arts in Korea. If we keep producing performances through the conventional method of the investment, we soon fall behind because production costs will increase by extension of the performance period. Investment companies generally require to the production company the investment principal guarantee as a condition for a investment. Producing companies have been producing performance with only ticket revenue and money of investment companies without their own money. Those two unreasonable things have raised a risk. So first of all, it is necessary to account marginal cost instead of average cost to decide more exactly open-running of performance. Second, it is necessary to change total cost as an investment parameter to production cost to avoid the unreasonable demands, such as a principal guarantee to production company. Therefore, we have to accept the budget planning of the United States to account the marginal cost and the production cost.

The development of efficient Quality of Service (QoS) routing algorithms in high speed networks is very difficult since divergent services require various quality conditions, If the QoS parameter we concern is to measure the delay on that link, then the routing algorithm obtains the Least Delay (LD) path, Meanwhile, if the parameter is to measure of the link cast, then it calculates the Least Cost (LC) path. The Delay Constrained Least Cast (DCLC) path problem of the mixed issues on LD and LC has been shown to be NP-hard. The path cost of LD path is relatively mere expensive than that of LC path, and the path delay of LC path is relatively higher than that of LD path in DCLC problem. In this paper. we propose the algorithm based on estimated path for the DCLC problem and investigate its performance, It employs a new parameter which is probabilistic combination of cost and delay, We have performed empirical evaluation that compares our proposed algorithm with the DCUR in various network situations.

Constraint directed scheduling techniques, representing problem constraints explicitly and constructing schedules by constrained heuristic search, have been successfully applied to real world scheduling problems that require satisfying a wide variety of constraints. However, there has been little basic research on the representation and optimization of the objective value of a schedule in the constraint directed scheduling literature. In particular, the cost objective is very crucial for enterprise decision making to analyze the effects of alternative business plans not only from operational shop floor scheduling but also through strategic resource planning. This paper aims to explicitly represent and optimize the total cost of a schedule including the tardiness and inventory costs while satisfying non-relaxable constraints such as resource capacity and temporal constraints. Within the cost based scheduling framework, a cost propagation algorithm is presented to update cost information throughout temporal constraints within the same job.

An Image Infra-Red(IIR) seeker is widely used for precision guided munitions to provide intelligent and precise target detection in terms of high kill probability. However, there have been issues in determining the performance versus cost trade-offs due to high cost of seeker comparing to other units of the munitions. In this paper, performance/cost evaluations have been carried out to find the most cost-effective solution for developing the IIR seekers. The relationships between the critical parameters and cost are investigated to determine the optimal point which represents the low cost with high performance. It is expected that the presented approach will be able to be used for guidelines to select the appropriate IIR seeker for the given operating conditions and can be useful to estimate the cost effectiveness of the precision guided munitions at early design stage.

Existing edge discovery techniques only found edges of defined shapes based on precise definitions of edges. Therefore, there are many limitations in finding edges for images of complex and diverse shapes that exist in the real world. A method for solving these problems and discovering various types of edges is a cost minimization method. In this method, the cost function and cost factor are defined and used. This cost function calculates the cost of the candidate edge model generated according to the candidate edge generation strategy. If a satisfactory result is obtained, the corresponding candidate edge model becomes the edge for the image. In this study, a new candidate edge generation strategy was proposed to discover edges for images of more diverse shapes in order to improve the disadvantage of only finding edges of a defined shape, which is a problem of the cost minimization method. In addition, the contents of improvement were confirmed through a simple simulation that reflected these points.

급속한 성장세에 있는 서비스기반의 B2B전자시장에 대하여 본 연구에서는 서비스 이용기업의 서비스 지속적이용의도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하고, 이들 요인간의 관계를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 우리나라 대표적인 ASP 방식의 Web analytics 회사의 서비스 이용기업에 대한 실증분석을 실시한 결과 기존채널 교체에 관한 전환비용은 의존도에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 신규채널 수용에 관한 전환비용과 사용기간은 의존도에 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질은 ServQual을 사용하여 측정하였으며 이중 신뢰성과 공감성이 만족도에 유의한 영향이 있었지만, 응답성에는 유의하지 않는 것으로 측정되었다. 또한, 만족도는 의존도에 유의하게 나타났고, 만족도와 의존도는 서비스의 지속적이용의도에 유의하였다.

기업은 고객이 원하는 시기에 원하는 제품을 구매할 수 있도록 항상 준비가 되어 있어야 한다. 고객의 수요를 만족시키기 위하여 기업은 다양한 수요예측방법을 통하여 적절한 재고 수준과 수요예측을 하고 있다. 제조 기업의 경우에는 다른 산업에 비하여 정확한 수요예측과 낮은 재고 수준의 유지가 비용과 직접적인 연관이 있기 때문에 제조 기업은 경제적인 주문량 결정(Economic Order Quantity: EOQ)이 매우 중요한 문제이다. 주문량을 결정하는 방법에는 여러 가지가 있지만, 본 논문에서는 고객 지연을 방지하기 위하여 경제적 주문량 결정에 고객 지연과 관련된 비용을 포함시키는 것은 물론 고객 지연이라는 상황을 방지하는 노력의 한 방법으로 가격 할인(discount system)을 이용하고자 한다. 가격 할인을 이용하여 고객으로 하여금 빠른 주문을 유도하고 그로 인하여 고객 지연 상황의 발생을 줄여보려고 한다.

본 연구는 N스크린 서비스의 이용행태(교차이용, 개인별 단말기 보유량, N스크린 이용을 위한 지불금액, N스크린 이용시간), 콘텐츠 특성(채널의 다양성, VOD의 다양성), 기능적 요인(시스템품질, 인터페이스, 결제시스템), 비용에 대한 이용자의 인식이 이용만족도와 지속이용의사에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. N스크린 유료 경험이 있는 이용자를 대상으로 (N=498), 웹을 통한 설문조사를 한 결과, 이용만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 기능적 요인 중 인터페이스로 나타났으며, 결제시스템, VOD의 다양성, 채널의 다양성, 비용 순으로 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이용자 차원에서 서비스 만족에 영향을 주는 요인들을 밝혀냄으로써, N스크린과 스마트TV의 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 의의가 있다.

거래 시 발생하는 잔돈들로 인해 이용자들은 소지의 불편함이 있고 서랍속에서 잠자고 있는 동전들로 인해 연간 수억 원의 동전 발행 비용이 발생하고 있다. 본 시스템은 스마트 기기들을 이용한 사용자들을 대상으로 잔돈을 적립하여 기부하기, 선물하기, 구매하기 등의 시스템을 설계하고 이를 테스트하였다. 본 시스템은 기본적인 잔돈 적립 및 소비 기능 외에 가맹점이 확보되지 않은 상태에서 사용자 앱을 테스트할 수 있도록 설계한 부분과 SNS와 연계되어 커뮤니티를 활용할 수 있다는 것이 특이점이다. 본 시스템을 통해서 이용자들의 편의성과 만족, 동전 발행이라는 사회적 비용 절감, 기부문화의 확산 등을 기대하고 있다.
