In this experiment, we investigated the effects of various carbon sources and concentrations on the microtuber induction and acclimatization of the yam (Dioscorea cayenensis). First, the effects of the in vitro carbon sources and concentrations on the microtuber induction were examined. The highest efficiency of the microtuber induction was obtained in the 7% sucrose treatment, whereas the glucose treatment shows no effect on the microtuber formation. Secondly, the effects of the survival rate and the microtuber formation rate after the acclimatization were examined. The diameter (6.1 mm) and fresh weight (0.5g) of the tuberous root are the highest in the pretreatment of the 7% sucrose. Although the survival rate of the pretreatment of the low concentration sucrose (3% sucrose) is 100 %, the growth and development were inhibited. These results suggest the 7% sucrose treatment is appropriate for the yam microtuber formation and acclimatization. In addition, this protocol could be used for the propagation of virus- or disease-free clones and the multiplication of elite yam cultivars.

코로나 19로 인해 인류의 생존을 위협받고 주변의 많은 환경이 변화되고 있다. 사람과 사람이 만나는 당연한 일상이 이제는 위협으로 다가오고 있다. 비대면 생활이 일상화되어가고 있는 현재. 온라인 및 모바일을 통한 소통은 이미 우리의 삶 속에 자리 잡고 있다. 우리나라의 인터넷 환경은 매우 잘 발달되어 있어 우리의 생활 곳곳에서 활용할 수 있다. 이러한 인터넷 발달은 사람의 삶의 질을 높여주는 요소들에 도움을 주는데 그것이 바로 비대면 쇼핑이다. 비대면 쇼핑은 상품을 직접 보지 않고 온라인, 모바일, TV 등의 매개체를 통해 구매하는 형식이라 할 수 있다. 최근 코로나 19의 확산으로 인해 이러한 비대면 쇼핑을 통한 구매 활동은 점점 늘어났다. 비대면 쇼핑이 주된 쇼핑형태로 자리잡고 있는 현재. 비대면 쇼핑의 구매 결정에 대한 요인 분석은 소비자 측면에서 의미있는 분석이 될 것이다. AHP 분석기법을 이용하여 소비자 입장에서 비대면 쇼핑의 구매 결정요인으로 작용 하는 항목들에 대한 중요도를 분석하고자 한다.

A series of studies were carried out to establish micropropagation system, using airlift bioreactors (ebb $\varepsilon$ flood type, 5 L), of Lilium oriental hybrid 'Casa Blanca'. The bulblets with swollen basal plate were formed from bulb scales, then proliferated to bulblet clusters with swollen basal plate. Finally normal bulblets were formed from the sections. Bulblet formation and proliferation with swollen basal plate were not accomplished entirely in liquid culture of 5 L airlift bioreactors, but leafy bulb scales grew vigorously. Bulblet clusters with swollen basal plate were proliferated by periodic immersion culture. Bulblet proliferation was not affected by light, but scale leaves grew under light. MS medium containing 2.0 mg/L benzyl adenine (BA) and 0.3 mg/L indole acetic acid (IAA) was favorable to the bulblet proliferation with swollen basal plate. In liquid culture of 5 L bioreactors, bulblets from bulblet sections with swollen basal plate grew vigorously on MS medium with 70 g/L sucrose. It was effective for bulblet growth to replace the new medium after 8 weeks in culture during 16 weeks of cultural period. 15 g injection of bulblet sections as a cultural material was suitable for bulblet growth in 5 L bioreactors.

This study was performed to investigate the role of phytohormones in the bulbing of garlic in order to assess the yield and quality. The effect on endogenous plant hormones such as gibberellin (GA) content was also examined during growth stage i.e. clove differentiation to bulbing in garlic. More than 18 gibberellins in garlic were identified with extensive gas chromatograph-mass spectrometry-selected ion monitoring (GC-MS-SIM) quantitative analysis. The results showed that GAs were biosynthesized by both non C-13 hydroxylation pathway (NCH) and early C-13 hydroxylation pathway (ECH) in garlic plant. It was also revealed that NCH pathway leading to synthesis of bioactive $GA_4$ was the more prominent GA biosynthesis pathway than ECH pathway in which bioactive $GA_1$ was synthesized. Total GAs level was gradually increased from clove differentiation to bulbing and later decreased, which portrays the active role of GA in differentiation. The biosynthesis ratio of bioactive $GA_4$ and $GA_1$ concentration was similar to that of total GAs content, which was closely related with bulb development in garlic.

The effects of post-cultural addition of liquid medium addition to stimulate in vitro bulblet growth in Lilium oriental hybrid 'Casa Blanca' were investigated. The sections of bulblets with swollen basal plate (7 mm$\times$12 mm) were cultured on medium containing 60 g/L sucrose and 1 g/L activated charcoal for two months in dark, and then, liquid medium was added into the same vessels. The addition of liquid medium stimulated the growth of bulblets remarkably, compared to no addition of liquid medium. The liquid medium supplemented with 120 g/L sucrose and double strength of MS salts were the most effective on the growth of in vitro bulblets.

We compare various imputation methods for compensating wave nonresponse that are commonly adopted in many panel surveys. Unlike the cross-sectional survey, the panel survey is involved a time-effect in nonresponse in a sense that nonresponse may happen for some but not all waves. Thus, responses in neighboring waves can be used as powerful predictors for imputing wave nonresponse such as in longitudinal regression imputation, carry-over imputation, nearest neighborhood regression imputation and row-column imputation method. For comparison, we carry out a simulation study on a few income data from the Korean Welfare Panel Study based on two performance criteria: predictive accuracy and estimation accuracy. Our simulation shows that the ratio and row-column imputation methods are much more effective in terms of both criteria. Regression, longitudinal regression and carry-over imputation methods performed better in predictive accuracy, but less in estimation accuracy. On the other hand, nearest neighborhood, nearest neighbor regression and hot-deck imputation show higher performance in estimation accuracy but lower predictive accuracy. Finally, the mean imputation shows much lower performance in both criteria.

This experiments were conducted to investigate growth regulator concentrations and a period of chilling treatment for increasing the size of bulblets of Narcissus pseudo-narcissus cv King Alfred. Combination of 2.5 mg/L BA and 2.5 mg/L NAA remarkedly increased the diameter and growth of regenerated bulblets. Chilling period favorable for the growth of regenerated bulblets was found to be 8 weeks, and addition of 1.0 mg/L NAA alone to MS medium was the most effective for increasing the size of bulblet for the culture after the chilling treatment.

코로나19의 장기화로 인해 비대면 서비스에 익숙해진 사람들은 실시간 비대면 협업 서비스를 기존보다 더 다양한 방식으로 이용하고 있다. 본 논문은 비대면 협업 서비스를 능동적으로 이용하고자 하는 현대인들에게 가상현실을 기반으로 한 브레인스토밍 협업 서비스를 제안한다. 본 서비스의 유저들은 3차원의 가상공간에서 타 유저들과 음성뿐만 아니라 손짓과 같은 비언어적 표현을 통해 소통할 수 있다. 또한, 자신의 아이디어를 블록이라는 특정 매개체에 담아 마인드 매핑하는 과정을 실시간으로 타 유저들과 공유하며 원활한 협업 서비스를 경험할 수 있다.
