소형 복사방식 순차제조 비구면 렌즈 제조시스템 개발 (Development of a Small Radiant Sequential Production System for Aspheric Lens)

  • The fabrication method of aspheric lens is changed from machining to press molding so as to improve the productivity. In the case of the press molding method, the temperature control of the molding die is most impotent, because the temperature of each molding die determines the quality of lens. But any practical method for direct measuring of the lens temperature and the die internal temperature is yet unknown. Besides, in the case of the press molding system in which the heating and pressing and cooing of a die is done at one work station, the cycle time for the system is yet too long. The paper shows an improved structure of radiant sequential system in which the heating and pressing and cooing of dies is done at individual work station so as to cut down the cycle time. To know the die internal temperature, numerical results are given using ANSYS. An experimental radiant sequential system is developed and tested. Finally, the Taguchi method is applied in order to optimize the setting conditions of individual work station.

비구면 유리렌즈 성형용 SiC 코어의 DLC 코팅에 관한 연구 (A Research on DLC Thin Film Coating of a SiC Core for Aspheric Glass Lens Molding)

  • Technical demands for aspheric glass lens formed in market increases its application from simple camera lens module to fiber optics connection module in optical engineering. WC is often used as a metal core of the aspheric glass lens, but the long life time is issued because it fabricated in high temperature and high pressure environment. High hard thin film coating of lens core increases the core life time critically. Diamond Like Carbon(DLC) thin film coating shows very high hardness and low surface roughness, i.e. low friction between a glass lens and a metal core, and thus draw interests from an optical manufacturing industry. In addition, DLC thin film coating can removed by etching process and deposit the film again, which makes the core renewable. In this study, DLC films were deposited on the SiC ceramic core. The process variable in FVA(Filtered Vacuum Arc) method was the substrate bias-voltage. Deposited thin film was evaluated by raman spectroscopy, AFM and nano indenter and measured its crystal structure, surface roughness, and hardness. After applying optimum thin film condition, the life time and crystal structure transition of DLC thin film was monitored.

칼코게나이드계 비구면 성형렌즈의 기초설계 및 구조적, 광학적 글래스 특성 연구 (Basic Design and Structural and Optical Glass Characteristic Study of Chalcogenide Aspheric Lens)

  • An increasing interest towards the investigations of chalcogenide glasses has been observed in the past years. This interest is due to their specific properties, as well as to the possibilities for their application in different fields of science. The optical devices, working on the basis of photoinduced phase transition between amorphous and crystalline state in the chalcogenide glasses, are a perspective for the micro- and nano-electronics. Here we were analysis basic physical properties for Ge-As-Se and As-Se chalcogenide glasses samples for characteristic for a planning of chalcogenide aspheric lens. From differential DTA/TG results, activation energies of the crystallizations of $Ge_{10}As_{40}Se_{50}$ and $As_{40}Se_{60}$ were approximately 3.6 eV and 3.3 eV, respectively.

비구면 유리렌즈 열변형 보정에 관한 연구 (A Study on Thermal Deformation Compensation in the Molding of Aspheric Glass Lenses)

  • Recently, due to the tremendous growth of media technology, demands of the aspheric glass lens which is a high-performance and miniaturized increase gradually. Generally, the aspheric glass lens is manufactured by Glass Molding Press (GMP) method using tungsten carbide (WC) mold core. In this study, the thermal deformation which was occurred by GMP process was analyzed and applied it to compensate the aspheric glass lens. The compensated lens was satisfied that can be applied to the actual specifications.

  • Plastic array lens are cheap to manufacture; however, plastic is not resistant to high temperatures and moisture. Optical glass represents a better solution but is a more-expensive alternative. Glass array lens can be produced using lithography or precision-molding techniques. The lithography process is commonly used, for instance, in the semiconductor industry; however, the manufacturing costs are high, the processing time is quite long, and spherical aberration is a problem. To obtain high-order aspherical shapes, mold-core manufacturing is conducted through ultra-precision grinding machining. In this paper, a $4{\times}1$ mold core was manufactured using an ultra-precision machine with a jig for the injection molding of an aspherical array lens. The machined mold core was measured using the Form TalySurf PGI 2+ contact-stylus profilometer. The measurement data of the mold core are suitable for the design criterion of below 0.5 um.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 점포속성 지각이 의류제품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 및 비구매 요인에 관한 연구 (Effect of Internet shopping mall Attributes on Purchase Intention for Apparel on Internet)

  • The purposes of this study were 1) to identify predictors of consumers′ apparel purchase on Internet shopping malls and 2) to determine reasons that respondents didn\`t have purchase intention of apparel on Internet shopping malls. The data were collected via a self-administered questionnaire from 204 male and female students who experienced shopping for apparel on Internet shopping malls, living in Cheju and analyzed by factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, t-test and paired t-test. Two predictors were found regarding purchase of apparel on the "big box" Internet shopping malls which sells various product categories; apparel quality and fun of order process. On the speciality Internet shopping malls which sells only fashion goods, diverse apparel assortment and easy handling and fun of information search were identified as predictors of apparel purchase. Reasons that respondents didn′t have purchase intention of apparel on Internet shopping malls were summarized and labeled as: difficulty of decision making due to virtual shopping environment, insufficiency of diverse apparels, users′ unease handling, risk of incredible apparel quality, unfamiliarity of Internet shopping and risks of unsecurity. Difficulty of decision making due to virtual shopping environment was determined as the most important factor of reasons that respondents didn′t have purchase intention of apparels in website.

  • 본 논문에서는 두 매의 BD-2 렌즈와 비구면 회절 광학을 포함하는 F/1.2, 시야각 $15.2^{\circ}$$8-14{\mu}m$의 원적외선 파장대역을 가지는 광학계를 설계하였다. 이 광학계는 uncooled camera에 사용될 수 있으며, 광학계의 분석은 BSP로 진행되었다. 회절광학은 주어진 두께를 가지는 물리적인 면으로 취급하였으며, 분석결과를 출사동공법과 같은 기존 방법들에 의한 것과 회절차수 합성법에 의한 것과 비교하였다.

  • 대형 비구면의 측정을 위하여 자동무수차점 방식의 2매 구성 널 렌즈를 설계하였고, 제작과 정렬 오차에 따른 측정 정밀도의 한계를 이론적으로 분석해 보았다. 측정 정밀도의 한계를 결정짓는 주요한 공차 요소는 널 렌즈면의 불규칙도(irregularity)임을 확인하였으며, 불규칙도의 가공 정도에 따라 5λ/100∼4λ/1000 정도까지의 신뢰할 수 있는 측정 정밀도가 한정지어졌다. 이로써 실제의 정렬 오차 및 널 렌즈 제작오차까지 고려하여 신뢰할 수 있는 정밀도 한계를 제시할 수 있었다.

  • The aspheric lens has become the most popular optical component used in various optical devices such as digital cameras, pick-up lenses, printers, copiers etc. Using aspheric lenses not only miniaturizes and reduces the weight of products, but also lower prices and higher field angles can be realized. Additionally, plastic lenses are being changed to glass lenses more recently because of low accuracy, low acid-resistance and low thermal-resistance in the plastic lenses. Currently, one fabrication method of glass lenses is using a glass-mold method with a high precision mold core for mass production. In this paper, DOE (Design Of Experiments) and compensation machining were adopted to improve the surface roughness and the form accuracy of the mold core. The DOE has been done in order to discover the optimal grinding conditions which minimize the surface roughness with factors such as work spindle revolution, turbine spindle revolution, federate and cutting depth. And the compensation machining is used to generate high form accuracy of the mold core. From various experiments and analyses, we could obtain the best surface roughness 5 nm in Ra, form accuracy $0.167\;{\mu}m$ in PV.

충동구매 시 긍정적 감정형성과정에서 구매위험지각과 비구매위험지각의 역할 (The Role of Perceived Consumer Risk for Purchase and Non-Purchase in the Formation of Positive Impulsive Shopping Emotion)

  • This study focuses on how positive emotions form when consumers impulsively purchase fashion products. Examined are the novelty seeking situations and the fashion knowledge of consumers as influential factors that affect positive impulsive shopping emotions along with the mediating role of the perceived risk of consumers for purchase and non-purchase. An online survey was conducted for the empirical research with a questionnaire about the fashion impulsive purchases of a product within the last 2 months. A total of 555 surveys were collected from impulsive female buyers and 404 complete responses were analyzed. The results find that the perceived risk is identified into purchase and non-purchase perspectives. Purchase perceived risk influenced negatively on positive emotions of impulsive purchase and non-purchase perceived risk positively. The perceived risk for non-purchase versus purchase increased by the more fashion knowledge consumers had and the more they shopped as novelty seeking. The results imply that non-purchase perceived risk importantly mediated between the influential factors and positive affect for impulsive purchase. Based on the findings, this study proposed some marketing suggestions and thoughts about effective purchase stimulation.
