  • 본 논문에서는 배터리, 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터, 그리고 브러시레스 직류 전동기로 구성되는 마이크로 터빈 구동 시스템의 제어 방식에 대해 소개한다. 브러시레스 직류 전동기 구동용 인버터의 직류링크 전압이 가변되기 때문에 기존의 소신호 모델 기반으로는 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터의 과도 응답 제어 성능이 저하되는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 평균 모델을 이용하여 양방향 DC-DC 컨버터를 제어함으로써 과도 응답 제어 성능을 개선하였고, PAM 방식 제어를 이용하여 브러시레스 직류 전동기의 고속 센서리스 운전을 구현하였다.

  • This paper presents 1kW BLDC motor drive system and magnetic coupler for water thrust in ROV. In order to get a high performance and reliability, some design flow is proposed in this paper. The proposed system is verified by the experimental tests.

  • The purpose of study is a development of the high reliance electric driven water-pump that fuction is forcing the movement of water using basic design, proto sample and test at the cooling system. It was important to supply a coolant quickly and accurately for the requirement of flow rate at the system when we carried out the designs for BLDC Moter, Controller and water pump(Impeller, Volute Casing, Sealing Device) First, we attained ours purpose that the target efficiency for water pump was over 40% and then we are doing the optimum design for Brushless Motor and Controller that its target is over 55% of efficiency.

  • 본 연구에서는 2차원 자계 해석 프로그램을 이용하여 평판형 브러시레스 직류 전동기의 자계 해석을 위한 방법을 제시하였다. 정확한 자계 해석을 위해서는 3차원 자계 해석이 필요하지만 많은 시간 및 비용이 요구되는 단점이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 자계 해석을 위하여 3차원 문제를 해당 자석의 평균 반지름에 대한 원통방향의 단면으로 해석하여 2차원 경계치 문제로 축소시켰다. 본 방법을 이용할 경우 시스템의 크기 및 형태에 관계없이 정확한 2차원 자계해석 결과가 합리적으로 얻어지게 된다.

  • In general, to get the accurate switching point of power electronic components is dependent on a given rotor position by the encoder. However, a conventional encoder may not be used to detect position and speed of the developed motor due to the very high speed. Thus, an encoder that uses the hall effect directly was designed and applied. This paper presents the developed encoder that meet requirement of military purpose. To confirm the developed encoder, the experimental results are shown.

  • ADD is under development for the high speed motor. This paper describes the test results for obtaining the maximum output by leading angle of encoder. So we carried out the test for obtaining the optimum leading angle of encoder. Maximum output 80[Kw] at 20,000[rpm] was obtained at leading angle of encoder at near $22^{\circ}$. We confirmed the maximum output 106[kw] of 25,000[rpm] at leading angle of encoder at $34.6^{\circ}$.

  • ADD has developed a special BLDCM(brushless d.c. motor) that has small size and high power density. The model of BLDCM is like that of advanced nation. Design, production and test carried out by ADD and HYOSUNG Corp.. We simulated back EMF of phase, inductance of line and eddy current loss of rotor after we tested the motor at 80 Kw. According to analysis we have established the performance of 100Kw power recently. There are the same results that we designed.

  • The motor for torpedo propulsion is needed the compact and short rating high power characteristics. This paper describes the development of the motor through the theory and Finite Element Method(FEM) analysis for Brushless Direct Current Motor(BLDCM) of 7 phase 6 poles. Back EMF, inductance and eddy current loss were analyzed. The proposed methods like magnetic wedge acquired by these FEM analysis were introduced. Phase-leading angle using encoder was used. Test results on the motor of 7 phase 6 poles were showed the validity of proposed methods and phase-leading angle.
