  • As a makeup technique for a baby-faced image, there will be a difference in perception of the expression technique of baby-faced makeup according to general matters.' Two hypotheses were supported: 'There will be a difference in perception of the expression technique of baby face makeup depending on the general characteristics', and the makeup technique for creating a baby face image is an important function for both men and women, as well as appearance. As a 'physical resource' for social activities, it was confirmed that there is an improvement in the efficiency of the body and mind and an outstanding improvement in mental ability in daily life. Through the results of the study on 'expression of baby face image makeup', awareness and interest in baby face images are high, but research on the production of baby face images is needed. The need for facial expression elements for baby face makeup is expected to be used as basic data for developing baby face images, and this study focuses on external face management for baby face images and baby face makeup.

  • As population and generation structures change, more and more customers tend to avoid facing relation due to the development of information technology and spread of smart phones. This phenomenon consists with efficiency and immediacy, which are the consumption patterns of modern customers who are used to information technology, so offline network-oriented distribution companies actively try to switch their sales and services to untact patterns. Recently, untact services are boosted in various fields, but beauty products are not easy to be recommended through untact services due to many options depending on skin types and conditions. There have been many studies on recommendations and development of recommendation systems in the online beauty field, but most of them are the ones that develop recommendation algorithm using survey or social data. In other words, there were not enough studies that classify segments based on user information such as skin types and product preference. Therefore, this study classifies customer segments using machine learning technique K-prototypesalgorithm based on customer information and search log data of mobile application, which is one of untact services in the beauty field, based on which, untact marketing strategy is suggested. This study expands the scope of the previous literature by classifying customer segments using the machine learning technique. This study is practically meaningful in that it classifies customer segments by reflecting new consumption trend of untact service, and based on this, it suggests a specific plan that can be used in untact services of the beauty field.

People are creating another new lower culture, it's Sub Culture, that is, their own unique new fashion through the coordination status of a lower culture and its components to reveal the visual symbol of such garments and body decorations most clearly. The Punk formed as an reaction to 1960's hippie appeared as the most unpleasant image to the established generations with their ultimate resisting action and new aesthetic-consciousness. Their coordination by the use of the disorder and stimulative tool which gives abhorrence appears again as Cyber Punk being influenced by optical art and multimedia in '90s. • Diagnosis and management of customer's skin condition is an important essential function in the cosmetics and beauty industry. As the social media environment spreads and generalizes to all fields of society, the interaction of questions and answers to various and delicate concerns and requirements regarding the diagnosis and management of skin conditions is being actively dealt with in the social media community. However, since social media information is very diverse and atypical big data, an intelligent skin condition diagnosis system that combines appropriate skin condition information analysis and artificial intelligence technology is necessary. In this paper, we developed the skin condition diagnosis system SCDIS to intelligently diagnose and manage the skin condition of customers by processing the text analysis information of social media into learning data. In SCDIS, an artificial neural network model, AnnTFIDF, that automatically diagnoses skin condition types using artificial neural network technology, a deep learning machine learning method, was built up and used. The performance of the artificial neural network model AnnTFIDF was analyzed using test sample data, and the accuracy of the skin condition type diagnosis prediction value showed a high performance of about 95%. Through the experimental and performance analysis results of this paper, SCDIS can be evaluated as an intelligent tool that can be used efficiently in the skin condition analysis and diagnosis management process in the cosmetic and beauty industry. And this study can be used as a basic research to solve the new technology trend, customized cosmetics manufacturing and consumer-oriented beauty industry technology demand.
