The presence of an unbalanced mass is originated the common source of vibration in machines with rotating rotor. In this study, the unbalanced rigid rotor mounted on an overhang shaft is balanced using the static balancing procedure, and the compensation mass is estimated by the phase angle method and four run method. Also, the reduction of vibration level before and after balancing is examined. In the experimental results, it is shown that the vibration due to the unbalanced mass is decreased by eliminating the effect of the unbalance. Above all, the four run method is proved more effective on the ability of vibration reduction, in small unbalanced mass, the phase angle method.

This paper proposes the PLL method using positive sequence voltage which is estimated by full-order state observer to find an accurate phase angle under the condition of unbalanced utility voltage. The proposed method uses the full-order state observer instead of existing method(APF All Pass Filter) to find a positive sequence of a utility voltage and this proposed method improves transient response of an estimated phase angle when a three-phase utility voltage becomes unbalanced. To compare proposed method withexisting method, experiments have been done for a phase angle detection of utility voltage when a three-phase utility voltage becomes unbalanced. Their results show that transient state response of proposed method is improved.

This paper compares income and consumption for their relative effectiveness in measuring inequality. Although income inequality has received more attention in the literature, the permanent income hypothesis links consumption to welfare more directly than income. To the extent economic agents smooth their consumptions, consumption inequality is a better indicator for an economy's welfare inequality, and it is especially so when income volatility is high. The empirical analysis in this paper indicates that the income and consumption patterns among the Korean wage/salary worker households are quite consistent with the permanent income hypothesis. Further, it is found that consumption inequality tends to be lower than income inequality, and more importantly, that the two inequalities do not always vary in the same direction. These results call for stronger emphasis on consumption inequality in inequality literature.

3-레벨 T-type 인버터는 DC-Link 전압을 중성점을 기준으로 상, 하단 두 개의 커패시터로 나누어 사용한다. 이때 두 커패시터의 특성이 일치하지 않거나 스위칭 동작 패턴에 따라 불평형이 생겨 인버터 출력에 왜곡이 발생한다. 이러한 왜곡으로 인해 인버터 성능이 저하되고, 심해질 경우 스위칭 소자에 손상을 발생시킨다. 본 논문은 불평형 전압 차이를 간략화된 공간 벡터 변조 기법을 이용해 스위칭 시간을 보상하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 시뮬레이션을 사용하여 타당성을 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 전원전압 불평형시 권선형 유도전동기(wound-type induction motor)에 발생하는 토크리플을 저감하는 방법을 제안한다. 전원 전압에 불평형이 발생할 경우, 전류와 전압은 정상분과 역상분으로 표현되고 역상성분에 의해 고정자에 무효 전력리플이 발생하며 이 성분에 의해 유도전동기는 토크 맥동을 발생한다. 무효전력 리플 성분을 0으로 제어함으로써 토크 리플을 저감할 수 있다. 제안된 토크리플 저감 방법은 PSCAD/EMTDC 시뮬레이션으로 알고리즘의 타당성이 검증된다.

3상 전원에서 1차측이 지락 되거나 단락이 되면 2차측 전압은 불평형이 된다. 본 논문에서는 직렬 보상형 순시 전압 보상기에서 불평형 전원의 정상성분에 대한 위상각을 검출하는 새로운 알고리듬을 제안한다. 그리고 왜란 관측자를 통해 부하전류를 추정하는 방법을 제안한다. 위상각의 순시 검출을 통해서 정상성분과 동일 위상의 기준 전압을 만듦으로써 순시 전압 보상기에서 출력해야 하는 전압의 크기를 최소화 하였다. 제안된 알고리즘의 성능을 시뮬레이션을 통해서 검등한다.

본 논문에서는 전기로 부하에서 발생하는 무효전력 성분과 역상분 전류를 보상하기 위한 STATCOM(STATic synchronous COMpensator)을 Cascaded Multilevel Converter(CMC)로 구성하는 경우 역상분 전류 보상시에 발생하는 직류전압의 불평형을 보상하기 위한 방법을 제안하고, 이를 시뮬레이터를 통해 검증하였다.

This paper presents a general analytical method for analyzing mechanical unbalance response of unbalanced electromagnetic forces produced in induction motors with an eccentric rotor and a phase unbalance. The equations to be solved are a set of second order differential equations which give matrices with periodic coefficients that are a function of time due to the unbalanced electro-magnetic force. Unbalance response is processed by Newmark $\beta$ method. Two examples are given including an industrial application. The results show that the method proposed is satisfactory.

도서관 민원과 이용자 불평행동을 살펴보고, 사서의 직무 불안을 야기하는 이용자 불평행동에 대한 이론적인 접근과 조사를 통해, 도서관 현장에서의 블랙컨슈머와 사서스트레스의 상관성을 분석하고자 한다. 본 논문은 지금까지의 사서의 직무스트레스 관련 연구가 직무스트레스 요인분석, 직무만족과의 관련성을 분석하였다면, 사서 직무에 대한 업무 범위를 좀 더 세분하여 사서의 대민서비스 역할에 주목하고, 도서관의 불량고객의 유형을 파악하여, 감정노동 분야 및 소비자학에서 논의되어 왔던 불평행동에 따른 직무스트레스 부분에 대하여 심도 있게 접근하고자 한다.

2상 유도전동기를 구동하기 위한 2레그형 인버터에서는 직류링크 양단에 직렬로 연결된 2개의 커패시터에 걸리는 전압에 불균형이 발생하므로 이것이 전동기 상전류의 불평형과 토크리플을 야기한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상전류의 불평형을 간접 보상할 수 있는 PWM 제어 방법과 커패시터 전압의 균형을 제어함으로써 전동기 상전류의 평형을 유지할 수 있는 직접 보상 방법을 제안하였다.
