With the progress of medical treatment techniques of bleeding control, dental care of the patient with hemophilia has become more convenient. So many surgical treatments can be performed with out-patient. 2 cases of intraoral surgical treatment of children, one with hemophilia 3, sever, the other with hemophilia A, severe. While the former was treated under general anesthesia, the latter was treated under local anaesthesia. There are principles : 1. When a patient with hemophilia need dental treatment, the dentist must consult to his physician, pediatrician, or hematologist before dental treatment. 2. When the dentist make a treatment plan, there should be consideration of the general condition, cooperation of the patient and risk of the treatment needed. 3. Minimize the number of times of coming for dental treatment so that reduce the times that need replacement therapy of coagulation factor. And during the treatment, dentist should care for infection and bleeding.

This study aims at looking into constraints of physical activity amid "after school" programs operated by an elementary school of Incheon City. For this study, 330 elementary school students of Incheon City were sampled, and tested of descriptive statistics, explanatory factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha, One-way ANOVA, independent t-test, and confirmatory factor analysis by Raymore, Godbey, Crawford's questionnaire. First, examining difference of constraints in accordance with the demographic variables of physical activity participants. Second, analyzing probing and confirmative factors and reliance of leisure constraints for physical activity participants. Third, examining the relations of cause and effect between factors of leisure constraints of physical activity participants and participation.

Changes of pH, titratible acidity, undenatured whey protein contents and the rates of loss of available lysine in market milks were investigated to find out the effective indicators for identification and classification of different heat treatment. There showed no change of both pH and titratiable acidity among the heating methods in market milks. The contents of undenatured wheyprotein per 100ml serum were determined as 413.7mg(LTLT), 341.3mg(HTSP), 6.9mg(UHT pasteurized) and 96.6mg(UHT sterilized), respectively. Distinct differences of underatured whey protein contents accoriding to the heating method could be observed. The rates of loss of available lysine in heated milks compared to raw milk showed 1.4% (LTLT), 0.2%(HTST), 6.3%(UHT pasteurized) and 4.9%(UHT sterillized), respectively. The rates of loss of available lysine were not suitable to classify the UHT heating method.

This study is for empirical analyzing the ethical contents in using social media, such as what kind of ethical responsibility do the teenage users have, how do they recognize the ethical concept in producing or sharing the information and how these ethical factors affect their behavior of social media uses. After survey with the structured questionnaire, statistical analyses with available 227 cases are processed. As a result, there are 4 ethical factors in using social media which as included 'privacy', 'copyright', 'fullness', 'accuracy', 'truth-telling', 'fairness', 'relief of harmful effect', 'credibility', 'objectivity', 'impartiality', included 'moderation', 'respect', 'autonomy', 'control', 'care of mischief', included 'interactivity', 'multiplicity', 'anonymity', 'divergence', 'social community', included 'transparency', 'openness'. All these ethical factors are positive correlated to the level of social media users' opinion expression, opinion support, information leading, information searching. Especially, is the most effective factor to social media users' behavior.

The virtual bronchoscopy was implemented using chest CT images to visualize inside of tracheo-bronchial wall. The optical endoscopy procedures are invasive, uncomfortable for patients and sedation or anesthesia may be required. Also, they have serious side effects such as perforation, infection and hemorrhage. In order to determine the navigation path, we segmented the tracheo-bronchial wall from the chest CT image. We used the coordinates as a navigation path for virtual camera that were calculated from medial axis transformation. We used the perspective projection and marching cube algorithm to render the surface from volumetric CT image data. The tracheobronchial disease was classified into tracheobronchial stenosis causing from inflammation or lung cancer, bronchiectasis and bronchial cancer. The virtual bronchoscopy is highly recommended as a diagnosis tool with which the specific place of tracheobronchial disease can be identified and the degree of tracheobronchial disease can be measured qualitatively, Also, the virtual bronchoscopy can be used as an education and training tool for endoscopist and radiologist.

In this study, we propose a new Relative position pattern unlocking solution based on blind interaction, which is a new unlocking method, and compared it with existing unlocking methods to verify usability and security improvement. And verified the practical value of the proposed new unlocking solution. The relative position pattern unlock method is easily remembered than the numeric code method and is worth practical enough to show a degree of learning ease similar to the drawing pattern method. The new method is safer to steal than other two methods. It can be manufactured at a low cost and can also be used by special users such as blind people. Therefore, the practical value is relatively high.

1970년 초에 배럴당 1불하던 원유가가 지금은 120불을 상회하고 있다. 더욱 놀라운 것은 3년 전만 하더라도 40불 이하 수준이던 것이 불과 몇 년 사이에 3배 이상 급등해 버린 것이다. 우리는 아직 유가 100불 이상의 고유가 시대에 대한 고통을 실감하지 못하고 있지만, 빠른 시일 안에 대항한 형태로 우리를 불편하게 하고, 더가서는 사회 경제 문화 등 모든 우리의 활동패턴에 근본적 변화를 일으킬 것이라는데는 어느 누구도 이의를 달지 못할 것이다. 한편 90년대만 하더라도 친환경 건축기술은 선택적 사양으로 인식되어 왔으며, 일부 고급건물 또는 데모성격의 건물에만 반영되던 미래의 기술 분야로 간주되어왔다. 하지만 10년 남짓 지난 지금 우리 주변에서 가장 흔하게 접할 수 있는 용어 중의 하나가 친환경, 지속가능, 그린, 에코 등 이며, 최근 많은 건설사가 고민하고 있는 가장 중요한 이슈가 친환경 건축 관련 기술이 되어버렸다. 최근 유가의 급등세 보다는 더디다 할 지라도 몇 년 사이에 벌어지고 있는 제도적, 사회 경제적 변화 동향을 돌이켜 볼 때 건축계 또한 매우 빠른 속도로 변해가고 있으며, 부지불시간에 유가등급과 같이 변화된 환경에 놀라는 시기가 곧 도래할 것이다. 오랜 기간 에너지 및 친환경 관련 요소기술의 개발, 정부의 지원제도 확대, 보급 강화 등 각종 노력을 통해 이제는 건축 설계분야에서도 친환경건축물에 대한 저변이 크게 확대되었다고 볼 수 있다. 하지만 실상 우리주변에서 제대로된 친환경 건축물을 실제로 보고자 한다면 두손으로 꼽기도 힘들 정도인 사실에 놀라게 될 것이다. 이러한 배경하에 이번 연재에서는 그동안 오랜기간 떠들고 노력했음에도 불구하고 실제 제대로된 친환경 건축물을 우리 주변에서 찾기 힘든 이유를 건축실무자 측면에서 재고해 보고, 이에 대한 새로운 해결방안을 모색해 보는 계기를 갖고자 한다. 특히 많은 친환경 건축기술 중 최근 선진국을 중심으로 가장 큰 이슈가 되어 있고, 또한 건축사 입장에서 쉽게 접근하기 어려운 기술분야인 신재생에너지 건축응용 측면에서 다양한 최신 기술 및 실질적 접근방법과 사례를 주제별로 제시하고자 한다.

Although 3D stereoscopic movies had been paid attention to a few times since the 1900's, the interest had not been last. Most researchers pointed out the reason came from human factors because the early in the 3D technology growth had to develop technological possibility to realize 3D videos and ignore the importance viewers' perspective. In the 2D video research, many studies have explored the factors which make people got immersed or involved and felt visual fatigue, but they have not been the main issues in the 3D research until now. The present research believes human factor issue is one of the most important parts to accelerate 3D industry and thus, we try to make reliable and valid assessments to evaluate 3D video which are perceived characteristics, impression, and presence.

In this study, an implementation of a system for measuring more accurate blood pressure by non-invasive methods of oscillometric was performed to reduce errors and weaknesses of the existing invasive blood pressure measurement methods. The system is composed of pressure control, signal measurement and blood pressure signal processing units. To verify the validity of the system, tests of characteristics evaluations for pressure measurement unit, extraction of characteristic ratios for blood pressure estimation, blood pressure tracking by oscillometric method were performed. A group of five adult male was selected for the clinical test of the implemented system. The results of the oscillometric method in comparison with auscultatory method are that the maximum ratios of PAD of average, systolic and diastolic arterial pressure are 1.38%, 1.63% and 2.97% with SEP of 5.00, 3.72 and 4.34.

The person who gets a ALS(Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis) has language disability and physical disability together. A common first symptom is a painless weakness in a hand, foot, arm or leg, which occurs in more than half of all cases. Other early symptoms include muscle weakness of speech. In the early stage of this disease they can communicate with other persons, but it will become increasingly difficult. In our research we have designed and implemented communication tools for them. We have implemented Chunjiin(the Korean computer keyboard) at PDA(personal digital assistant). And we have also implemented software which is consisted of frequently used words.
