인공지능 관련 기술의 발달로 다양한 분야에서 인공지능 활용에 대한 관심이 고조되고 있으며 전문영역에서도 기계학습 기법을 활용한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 특허청에서는 분야별 전문지식을 가진 분류담당자가 출원되는 모든 특허에 국제특허분류코드(이하 IPC) 부여 작업을 수행하고 있다. IPC 분류와 같은 전문적인 업무영역에서 딥러닝을 활용한 자동 IPC 분류 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 기계학습을 이용하는 분류 모델에 분야별 전문지식을 직관적으로 반영하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 기반의 IPC 분류 모델과 전문지식이 반영된 분류별 어휘사전을 활용한 규칙기반 분류 모델을 병행하여 특허문서의 IPC분류를 자동으로 추천하는 방법을 제안한다.

전술 목적으로 세계 각국의 군에서 많이 사용하고 있는 레이더에 대하여, 그동안의 발전 과정을 고찰해 보고, 현재 각국 군에서 운용중인 레이더를 사용 목적별로 분류, 설명했으며, 2000년대를 향한 앞으로의 기술적인 발전 방향을 검토해 보았다. 레이더의 발전 역사를 초창기, 1940년대, 1950년대, 1960년대, 1970년대, 1980년대 별로 분류하여, 각 연대 별로 레이더에 관련된 기술이나 주요 개발 내용을 기술 했으며, 현재 사용중인 레이더를 지상 레이더, 함정 레이더, 항공기 레이더, 비 군사적 사용 분야별로 나누어 검토해 보았다. 그리고 끝으로 레이더의 기술적인 발전 방향을 레이더의 체계, 안테나, 송수신기, 신호처리 분야별로 핵심기술의 발전 추세를 개괄적으로 분석, 기술하였다.

The purpose of this study falls into the development of national skill system in environmental field. The jobs were classified by the commonly used terms in the field. Consequently there are three large groups, twelve middle groups which again narrow down to smaller jobs according to the relevant characteristics of each job in the group, and forty one jobs in total in the area. Six levels were identified for the definition of job level and the development of performance level by reflecting job levels by expertise. Under the consideration of the unique characteristics of the environment field, job levels were also defined in accordance with each area such as 'environment plan and assessment', 'measurement and analysis of environment', 'environment management', 'environment design and construction', 'environment health management', 'environment resources management', 'environment management and consulting', and 'environment education'. Based on these classification, the definitions of jobs and the standards of performances by jobs and levels were resulted in through a consultation consisting of experts in the environment industry and academy.

최근 소셜 네트워크 서비스상의 데이터를 실시간으로 분석하여 의미있는 정보를 찾아내기 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 특히, 스마트폰과 같은 스마트 디바이스를 이용하는 많은 사용자들이 실시간으로 발생하는 이벤트를 소셜 네트워크상에 게재하고 서로 공유하면서, 대중들이 관심을 가지는 토픽의 경우 굉장히 빠르게 확산되는 경향을 보이고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 SNS의 특성을 토대로 트위터상의 트윗을 분석하여 여러 분야의 토픽들을 카테고리별로 분류하고, 카테고리별 트렌드를 추출하여 실시간으로 시각화하는 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 트위터를 기반으로 SVM 분류 알고리즘과 Twitter-LDA를 통하여 트윗을 분야별로 분류하고, 각각의 트렌드를 이루는 대표적인 키워드를 선출하여 이를 기반으로 실시간 트렌드를 추출한다. 제안하는 기법의 성능을 평가하기 위해, 분류 특징 선택의 신뢰도를 측정한다.

Recently, the application of construction management system is being increased and various research activities by each specific field are going on many universities and research institutes. It is necessary to understand the latest research trends by each subject for keeping up excellent products in CM field. This study suggests a subject breakdown structure for classifying detailed technologies of CM field. And over 2,000 domestic and international papers in the last five years are analyzed for analogizing research trends by each subject. The analyzed results include research trends by year and strong and weak fields by each research subject of CM technology. Finally, this study suggests an improved countermeasure for guaranteeing sustainable research activation in CM field.

In this paper, we propose an ontology-based approach to measuring degree-of-interest in country by analyzing wikipedia usage data. First, we developed the degree-of-interest ontology called DOI ontology by extracting concept hierarchies from wikipedia categories. Second, we map the title of frequently edited articles into DOI ontology, and we measure degree-of-interest based on DOI ontology by analyzing wikipedia page views. Finally, we perform chi-square test of independence to figure out if interesting fields are independent or not by country. This approach shows interesting fields are closely related to each country, and provides degree of interests by country timely and flexibly as compared with conventional questionnaire survey analysis.

인터넷이 폭 넓게 보급되어 온라인 상에서 얻을 수 있는 텍스트 정보의 양이 급증함에 따라 산재해 있는 문서들에 대한 효과적인 정보 관리 및 검색이 요구되고 있다. 자동 문서분류란 문서의 내용에 기반하여 미리 정의되어 있는 범주에 문서를 자동으로 할당하는 작업으로써 효율적인 정보 관리 및 검색을 가능하게 한다. 특히 한국어 정보처리의 중요성에 비해 관련 분야의 자료들을 수집, 분류하는데 있어 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 논문에서는 한글 웹문서 자동 문서 범주화에 대한 수행단계중 각 분야에 대해 사전구축을 하고, 중복단어제거를 통한 보다 효과적인 분야별 문서분류를 제안하고자한다.

This study developed the subject guide by policy areas for advancement of policy information service, designed the system for constructing the policy-related resources, and tried to construct policy information resources on a trial basis. For the development and construction of policy areas subject guide, first, we divided the aggregated materials into top 9 types, and subdivided into 19 types. Second, we constructed the policy contents for subject guide service, based on BRM classification system which is functional classification of government. Third, a total of 6,305 were build in accordance with 133 BRM subject guide. As a result, it is said that the effectiveness of the policy subject guide developed by this study, were verified by constructing the experimental data.

This study is aimed to grasp the organization of Internet information resources and to infer the characteristics of resource search engines so that criteria may be established to classify and evaluate Internet information resources. In addition, the author has compared and analyzed interior design classification systems of directory sites of each subject that provide classification system based on the Internet, foreign sites to be used to search for information, and domestic information-specialized sites in order to set up models of interior design classification systems of directories of each Web subject. The systems have been analyzed against such four measures as comprehensiveness of the subject scope, logicality of classification systems, preciseness of subject terms, and effectiveness of searches. Information of interior designs is mixed with that of related fields, and so its information search and classification are not organized systematically. The author has analyzed such a problem so as to present models of search engine classification systems for interior design information classification after considering both academic and practical aspects.
