In this paper, we propose a design methodology of RESTful SOAP-based web services which try to solve extensibility problem of SOAP-based Web service by adopting REST concept into SOAP. And, we apply the proposed RESTful SOAP-based web services design methodology in constructing slip data processing web services, compare it with simple SOAP-based slip data web services, and try to propose a model for building Web Services in the future. REST is a model about architecture type of web distributed computing , the biggest distributed application in the world. In REST, identification of resources are made by URI, states(resources) are represented by document described by XML and transferred through HTTP our proposed RESTful SOAP-based web services are expected to contribute to constructing useful world wide web services which are essential in building E-Commerce society.

As the Internet usage with web browser is more increasing, the web-based malware which is distributed in websites is going to more serious problem than ever. The central type malicious website detection method based on crawling has the problem that the cost of detection is increasing geometrically if the crawling level is lowered more. In this paper, we proposed a security tool based on web browser which can detect the malicious web pages dynamically and support user's safe web browsing by stopping navigation to a certain malicious URL injected to those web pages. By applying these tools with many distributed web browser users, all those users get to participate in malicious website detection and feedback. As a result, we can detect the lower link level of websites distributed and dynamically.
In most existing distributed Web systems, incoming requests are distributed to servers via Domain Name System (DNS). Although such systems are simple to implement, the address caching mechanism easily results in load unbalancing among servers. Moreover, modification of the DNS is necessary to load considering the server's state. In this paper, we propose a new dynamic load balancing method using dynamic DNS update and round-robin mechanism. The proposed method performs effective load balancing without modification of the DNS. In this method, a server can dynamically be added to or removed from the DNS list according to the server's load. By removing the overloaded server from the DNS list, the response time becomes faster. For dynamic scheduling, we propose a scheduling algorithm that considers the CPU, memory, and network usage. We can select a scheduling policy based on resources usage. The proposed system can easily be managed by a GUI-based management tool. Experiments show that modules implemented in this paper have low impact on the proposed system. Furthermore, experiments show that both the response time and the file transfer rate of the proposed system are faster than those of a pure Round-Robin DNS.
