Policy base management system that can satisfy various user's request in distributed system environment recently and manage network resources efficiently is required. Described policy base management information consisted of ECA(Event-Condition-Action) rules so that efficient management of various communication network and consistent management policy may be available in this paper. Policy is consisted of Event, Condition and Actions to achieve when condition is satisfied. And we can present formality of dynamic function of management object as applying policy to ATM congestion control model been applying in real environment.

본 논문에서는 대규모 네트워크 환경에서의 분산된 침입탐지 시스템(Intrusion Detection System: IDS)을 망관리의 표준 프로토콜인 SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol)와 이동 에이전트를 이용해서 진보된 형태의 다중호스트/네트워크 기반의 침입탐지 시스템 프레임워크를 제시하였다. SNMP 에이전트는 호스트 기반의 침입탐지를 수행하며 분산된 호스트들에서의 이동 에이전트는 플랫폼 독립적인 네트워크 기반의 침입탐지를 함으로써 시스템의 유연한 확장성 결함허용 및 시스템의 동적인 구성을 가능케한다.

As Worm Virus & DDoS attack appeares, the targets and damage of infringement accidents are extending from specific system or services to paralysis of the network itself. These attacks are expending very frequently and strongly, and ISP who will be used as the path of these attacks will face serious damages. But compare to Worm Virus & DDoS attack that generally occures in many Systems at one time with it's fast propagation velocity, network dimensional opposition is slow and disable to deal with the whole appearance for it is operated manually by the network manager. Therefore, this treatise present devices how to detect Worm Virus & DDoS attack's outbreak and the attacker(attacker IP adderss) automatically.

The CORBA provides a object-oriented middleware that lets applications extend their range across networks, languages, component boundaries, and operating systems. Java can provide a potable object that works in any operating system. Mapping Java into CORBA helps large scale information system operate through the Web by using the mobile code property of Java and object component technique of CORBA. This development environment is called the Object Web. This paper proposes an architecture of OSI network management with a CORBA manager using Object Web and an CORBA/CMIS gateway which apply a CMIS-level gateway model to gateway. In this architecture, CORBA manager is based on Object Web and can manage MOs in the OSI domain. The gateway has a role to translate CORBA IDLs into CMIS services and vice versa. In addition, an OSI agent is abstracted into a CORBA agent.

Local Number Portability (LNP), an Intelligent Network (IN) service, provides the ability to retain existing telephone numbers when switching from one telecommunications carrier to another, from one region to another, or from one service to another. Local Number Portability (LNP), an Intelligent Network (IN) service, provides the ability to retain existing telephone numbers when switching from one telecommunications carrier to another, from one region to another, or from one service to another. LNP is a key service for increasing competition in the local telephone marketplace. Many countries are now establishing detailed rules for ensuring competition between network operators. Because many major carriers will deploy their own LNP databases, a single access point must be provided to effectively manage and distribute updates to the common regional LNP database. This is called Number Portability Administration Center (NPAC). Recently, CORBA is being accepted as one of the key technologies for developing distributed application systems. To use CORBA for managing IN services, several standard organizations are working towards the integration of IN, TMN and CORBA. In this paper, we present our work on applying the TMN and CORBA technology for the service management of LNP. We first propose a CORBA-based LNP service management system architecture, We then present the design and implementation of a LNP service management system using CORBA.

Recently, renewable energy-related power generation facilities have been surging due to the government's "Renewable Energy 3020", "Green New Deal", "2050 Carbon Neutrality" and "K-RE100" policies. Most renewable energy facilities are small and distributed, making it difficult to manage efficiently, and small distributed resources less than 1MW are having a hard time with participating in the market due to the limited sales and avoidance of trading. In particular, the intermittency of renewable energy has a significant impact on the stability of the power grid. The government is seeking to address volatility and intermittency issues through 'small distributed resource brokerage trading, and to expand the systematic resourceization and acceptability of heterogeneous large and small distributed resources. In this work, we intend to apply an AI-based power generation prediction model to a distributed resource brokerage trading system so that it can be utilized as a foundation platform for pioneering new energy business markets.

인터넷 이용의 기하급수적인 증가와 정보통신 기술의 비약적인 발전으로 인하여 과거의 정적인 정보의 표현 및 전달에 비해 택스트, 이미지, 오디오 및 비디오가 결합된 멀티미디어 서비스의 요구가 급격히 증가하고 있다. 특히 최근 초고속 통신망의 발달로 인한 인터넷 망 (network)상에서의 방송과 통신이 융합되는 추세 또한 가속화되고 있다. 이에 스트리밍(Streaming) 기술을 기반으로 한 멀티미디어 데이터의 서비스와 데이터 정보의 푸시(push) 기술을 결합하여 인터넷과 고속망상에서의 원활한 실시간 전송 서비스를 위하여 3-tier 방식의 인터넷 방송 서버 시스템을 제시하였다. 본 논문에서는 JMF(Java Media Framework)와 RTP를 이용하여 전체 미디어 서비스를 제공하여, VOD(Video on Demand) 및 실시간 방송 서비스를 제공하는 분산 멀티미디어 스트리밍 전송 시스템을 구현하였다. VOD(Video on Demand) 및 실시간 방송 서비스를 제공하는 분산 멀티미디어 스트리밍 전송 시스템을 구현하였다. VOD 서버, 실시간 방송 서버 및 푸시 서버에서 멀티미디어 컨텐츠를 제공하고, 클라이언트로의 효율적이고 안정적인 서비스를 위하여 미들웨어에서의 부하분배 및 채널 정보의 관리를 가능하게 하였다.

마이크로그리드는 소형 분산 에너지원(Micro-Source or Distributed Energy Resources: DER)으로 이루어진 분산전원항의 총칭으로, 다수의 수용가들을 위하여 수요지에서 전력을 생산 및 공급 하는 기술로 기본적으로 여러 수용가의 부하 및 분산발전기들이 하나의 덩어리(Cluster)를 형성하게 되는 새로운 개념의 배전망이다. 마이크로그리드를 간단하게 정의하면 "분산형 전원과 부하를 갖는 소규모 전력계통에서 복수의 전원 및 열원이 IT 관련 기술을 사용하여 일괄제어 및 관리되어 기존 전력계통으로부터 독립되어 운전할 수 있는 온사이트형 전력 공급 시스템"이라 할 수 있다.

VOD나 영상회의 등과 같은 실시간 서비스를 이용하는 사용자가 급속도로 증가함에 따라 QoS 보장이라는 새로운 요구사항이 등장하였지만 현재 인터넷의 Best-effort 방법으로는 QoS 보장을 완전히 지원하지 않고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법에는 망 차원의 QoS 아키텍처 이외에도 사용자가 원하는 QoS 보장을 위한 애플리케이션 레벨 QoS 정의와 DiffServ와 같은 새로운 망에서의 QoS 지원을 위한 체계적 정보가 필요하며 이러한 정보를 저장하고 관리할 실시간 서비스에 맞는 정보 저장소가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 대표적인 실시간 서비스인 VOD 서비스의 QoS 보장을 위해 필요한 정보들을 추출하여 디렉토리 객체로 정의하고, 효율적인 탐색이 가능한 확장된 디렉토리 시스템을 설계한다. LEAP(Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)을 이용하여 정보를 액세스하는 디렉토리 시스템은 저장소의 물리적 위치에 대한 제약 없이 정보의 분산 및 접근을 용이하게 하며, 논리적인 트리 구조에 따르는 빠른 검색을 가능하게 한다.

IMT-2000에서의 통합 메시징 시스템(Unified messaging System)은 음성메시지, 팩스 메시지, 이메일 메시지, 비디오 메시지 등과 같이 다양한 미디어 컨텐츠를 포함하는 메시지를 통합관리하며, 메시지간 매체 변환 기능을 수행하여 언제, 어디서나, 단말에 상관없이 메시지 서비스를 제공한다. 차세대 UMS라고 할 수 있는 IMT-2000 UMMS(Unified Multimedia Messanging System)는 전화망, 데이터망 및 이동통신망 등의 성격이 서로 다른 네트워크 및 각 네트워크 상에서 기존 메시징 서비스를 통합한 환경에서 각 단말에서 메시지 배달, 메시지 저장 및 메시지 통보 등의 기능을 제공하게 된다. IMT-2000 UMMS를 구성하는 기능 요소들은 토폴로지 설계에 따라 동일 네트워크 또는 분산 네트워크 상에 존재할 수 있다. 본고에서는 시스템 설계 시 트래픽 특성 및 이용자 성향을 고려한 효율적 시스템 배치 방안에 관해 기술한다.
