Fractionation and Physicochemical Characteristics of Caprine Casein by DEAE-Cellulose (DEAE-Cellulose에 의한 산양유 Casein의 분별 및 이화학적 성질에 관한 연구)

  • This experiment was carried out to study fractionation and physicochemical characteristics of caprine casein. Acid caseins obtained from caprine colostral and normal milk were analyzed by chymosin treatment and fractionated by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography with linear gradient and electrophoresis. Protein, fat and lactose of caprine normal milk were 2.70${\pm}$0.27%, 3.82${\pm}$0.51%, and 4.10${\pm}$0.29%, respectively. More non-protein nitrogen(NPN) was released by chymosin treatment from caprine colostral casein than normal casein. The electrophoretic pattern of caprine casein was not similar to that of bovine casein, Caprine normal casein was fractionated by DEAE-cellulose column chromatography with a 0.08${\sim}$0.18 M NaCl linear gradient into 5 pes with the proportion of 5.27%, 26.07%, 25.97%, 30.40% and 12.29%, respectively. In order to identify the pure fraction, the chymosin-treated caprine normal casein was fractionated by DEAE-cellulosecolumn chromatography with a 0.08${\sim}$0.18 M NaCl linear gradient into 6 peaks with the proportion of 17.06%, 9.10%, 17.85%, 20.11%, 27.03% and 8.85%, respectively.

  • Pinass densiflora natural forests of four local forms in Korea were studies to investigate effective biomass estimation method. Dimension analysis was used and three allometric regression models, such as logWt=A+BlogD, logWt=$A+B1ogD^2H$ and 1ogWt=A+BlogD+ClogH were applied to estimate biomass, The most accurate estimation was made by the regression model of logWt=A+BlogD+ClogH where Wt is dry weight, D is diameter at breast height, and H is tree height. However, dry weights of cones and dead branches were remotely related to tree size factor, such as D and H. In the interest of practical use. generalized allometric regressions for all samples trees of four stands were computed and analysis of covariance was used to compare the allometric regressions among the four stands. Based on the test criteria applied in this study, significant differences were found in terms of error variance and regression intercept, not in terms of regression slope. These trends suggest a generalized biomass regression is not valid for accurate estimation over a range of four local form stands.

Fundamental Studies on the Equilibrium and Kinetics for the fractional Distillation Reaction of Waste Organic Solvent (폐용제 분별증류 회수 반응의 평형 및 속도론적 기초연구)

  • Fundamental investigations were conducted far the recovery process of waste organic solvent by fractional distillation in the aspects of equilibrium and kinetics. Mixture of toluene and xylene, which were both being used in the largest amount as industrial organic solvent, was taken as the artificial waste organic solvent and their distillation behaviors were studied. The purity of recovered solvent was investigated by Cir Chromatography and shown to be in the range of 94~98%. Based upon equilibrium calculations, the changes in the Gibbs free energy, standard enthalpy, and standard entropy for distillation reaction have been estimated. The standard enthalpy changes for toluene and xylene were shown to be 44.833 and 47.044 kJ $mol^{-1}$ respectively, which were similar to their molar heats of evaporation. The activation energies of distillation fur toluene and xylene obtained from kinetic studies were 3.281 and 2.699 kJ $mol^{-1}$ and they were about one tenths of the standard enthalpy changes of distillation reaction. The highness of the purity of recovered organic solvents suggested the possibility that the recovered waste organic sol-vent could partly replace the original solvent.

  • 본 논문은 개체명 인식을 위해 CRF 모델을 이용해 분류를 수행했다. 개체명 후보를 개체명으로 식별에서 중의성 문제가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 중의성 문제 해결을 위해 학습 셋으로부터 패턴과 형태적 특성을 고려해 개체명 후보를 최대로 선택하고 선택된 개체명 후보의 중의성과 정확도를 높이기 위해 주변의 문맥 자질과 분별 확률 모델인 CRF를 이용해 중의성 문제를 해결한다.

  • In this paper we propose effective speech recognizer through two recognition experiments. In general, SVM is classification method which classify two class set by finding voluntary nonlinear boundary in vector space and possesses high classification performance under few training data number. In this paper we compare recognition performance of HMM and SVM at training data number and investigate recognition performance of each feature parameter while changing feature space of MFCC using Independent Component Analysis(ICA) and Principal Component Analysis(PCA). As a result of experiment, recognition performance of SVM is better than 1:.um under few training data number, and feature parameter by ICA showed the highest recognition performance because of superior linear classification.

  • The recently proposed Wasserstein generative adversarial network (WGAN) has improved some of the tricky and unstable training processes that are chronic problems of the generative adversarial network(GAN), but there are still cases where it generates poor samples or fails to converge. In order to solve the problems, this paper proposes algorithms to improve the sampling process so that the discriminator can more accurately estimate the data probability distribution to be modeled and to stably maintain the discriminator should be Lipschitz continuous. Through various experiments, we analyze the characteristics of the proposed techniques and verify their performances.
