In this paper, we define requirements for call distribution of service control logic in Intelligent Network, Also, we propose call distribution mechanism for every subscriber with different call distribution rates, The call distribution mechanism had been developed as a function of Premium-rate Service in Intelligent Network. Our call distribution mechanism applies to percentage distribution instead of circular or hierarchical distribution. The call distribution mechanism consists of call input. output. call distribution processing logic part, random number generator, and customers database. We propose the practical implementation of a call distribution mechanism and call distribution decision indicating number computation method. We show three methods, the rand() function in C language, microsecond by system clock, and proposed algorithm, to get call distribution decision indicating number. In order to optimal call distribution mechanism, we estimated the results of three methods on occurrence values and the number of occurrences.

This Technical Memo(TM) was written for the purpose of determining the type of UHF-band power divider which is applicable to KSLV-1. For this, some different kinds of power divider are compared with there types and characteristics. And then, we select three types of power divider(which is Wilkinson power divider, Quadrature hybrid divider and Ring hybrid divider) and perform Schematic and Momentum simulation for finding the optimized characteristics. With this results, in order to demonstrate the selected power divider, we manufactured UHF-band power dividers using FR-4 epoxy plate. By the measured results, we obtain the similar results compare with simulation and fabrication. And Quadrature hybrid power divider is suitable to application to KSLV-1.

In order to suggest the methodology for improving the equality of flow distribution in a distribution channel, wet tests were carried out for pilot plant which was scaled down to 1/8 of full scale distribution channel being operated in domestic K_water treatment plant. The correlation between various hydraulic variables and their effects on the equality of flow distribution was evaluated through wet tests using pilot plant. From the results of wet tests, the longitudinal baffle with orifices was installed in the distribution channel, the equality of flow distribution was improved on the condition that the Froude number in pilot plant was similar with that in the full scale channel. Also, the opening ratio of the orifices on the longitudinal baffled did not have influence on the performance of the equality of flow distribution when the average flow velocity and Froud number were relatively low (Froude number ${\fallingdotseq} 0.01$). In the other hand, the performance of the equality of flow distribution was improved with increasing the opening ration of on the longitudinal baffle under conditions of relatively high average flow velocity and high Froud number(${\gtrsim}0.1$)

This study was conducted to qualify the equality of the flow distribution from open channel between rapid mixing basin and flocculation basins in a domestic full-scale water treatment plant, and suggest a remedy for improving the equality. In order to evaluate the feasibility of the suggested remedy, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technique are used, and for verifying the CFD simulation results wet tests were carried out for the pilot scale channel based on geometric similarity. From the results of CFD simulation and wet tests, it was investigated that the modification of hydraulic structure in the distribution channel, which is to install the longitudinal orifice baffle in flow direction, could improve the equality of the flow distribution. Also, in the case that Froude number is relatively small (Froude number <<0.03), the open ratio of orifices on the installed baffle hardly affects the equality of flow distribution.

많은 센서 네트워크 응용분야에서 센서 노드는 개방된 환경에 놓이게 된다. 공격자는 개방된 환경에 놓인 센서 노드를 물리적으로 획득할 수 있으며, 포획한 노드를 이용하여 허위보고서를 센서네트워크에 삽입 시킬 수 있다. 삽입된 허위 보고서는 제한된 센서노드 에너지를 고갈 시키며, 허위 경보를 일으켜 심각한 문제를 야기 시킬 수도 있다. 이러한 공격을 막기 위해 Yu와 Guan은 Dynamic En-route Filtering(DEF) 방법을 제안 하였다. DEF는 인증키 재분배를 통하여 필터링 효율을 강화 시키지만, 키 분배 효율을 높일수록 인증키를 분배에 사용되는 에너지 소비가 커지는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인증키 분배에 소비되는 에너지를 줄이면서 효율적인 키 분배를 위해 퍼지 시스템 기반의 키 분배 거리 결정 방법을 제안하였다.

본 논문은 최소한의 정보량을 가지고 높은 안전성을 제공하는 타원곡선과 스마트 카드의 PIN을 동시에 이용하는 이미지 분배에 대한 프로토콜을 제안한다. 타원 곡선 공개키 암호 알고리즘의 이용은 이미지 분배과정에서 필요한 계산 속도를 빠르게 함으로써 실제로 분배 시스템을 구현하였을 때 보다 효율적이고 편리한 이용환경을 제공할 수 있고 알고리즘과 스마트 카드의 고유 PIN을 이용하기 때문에 가지는 높은 안전성은 사용자들에게 이미지 분배하는 과정에서의 지불시스템에 대한 신뢰성을 가지게 할 수 있다. 이와 같이 타원곡선 공개키 암호 알고리즘과 스마트 카드를 이용해 설계된 이미지 분배과정에서의 지불시스템은 이동 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 효과적으로 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 비축을 고려하는 경우에 요구되는 제품 분배 및 수송 계획을 수립하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 비축이란 수요 변동으로 인하여 생산량이 수요량을 총족시키지 못할 때 발생하는 제품 부족량을, 비수기에 생산하여 창고에 보관하는 상황을 말한다. 연구 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 비축을 고려하는 상황에서의 각 제품창고의 제품저장 원칙을 정한다. 그리고, 수송지까지의 제품 수송을 원활하게 수행할 수 있는 수송규칙을 수립한다. 둘째, 각 창고의 제품을 균등하게 공급할 수 있는 재고 분배 계획 및 수송계획을 작성한다. 이를 위하여 각 제품의 재고소진기간을 균등화시키는 제품 분배방법을 적용한다. 연구의 기대효과로는 개선된 분배방법을 적용하여 제품창고를 효율적으로 활용하고, 수요지간의 이동에서 발생할 수 있는 추가수송을 최대한 방지한다. 그리고 수요지간의 재고편중과 제품의 재고고갈을 막을 수가 있다.

본 논문에서는 전력 분배비를 변화시킬 수 있는 전력 분배기/합성기를 설계하였다. 전력 분배기/합성기의 ${\lambda}/4$ 전송선로 특성 임피던스를 결합선로 또는 하이브리드로 변환하여 설계하였다. 결합 선로나 하이브리드의 결합포트와 격리포트를 동시에 On/Off시킴으로써 변화하는 임피던스를 이용하여 전력 분배비가 1:1에서 1:0으로 즉 전력이 두개의 포트에 같은 크기로 전달되다가 모든 입력이 하나의 출력포트로 모두 전달되는 전력 분배기를 설계하였다.

인터넷 사용 인구의 폭발적인 증가로 인한, 네트웍상의 정보 교류는 이제 실생활에서는 빼 놓을 수 없을 만큼 하나의 큰 부분으로 자리잡고 있다. 이러한 상황에서 정보보호의 중요성은 정보 교류의 필요성 이상으로 심각하게 대두되는 문제이다. 현재 정보보호 서비스 시스템에서 빠질 수 없는 부분이 양단간 기밀 통신을 위한 키의 분배이며, 키의 분배는 시스템의 효율을 위해 세션키를 공개키 방식으로 암호화하여 분배하는 방법을 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 서로 다른 기종간에도 쉽게 적용이 가능하도록, 자바로 구현된 키 분배 서버를 제안하며, 이 키 분배 서버는 객체 기반으로 설계되어 정보보호 서비스 시스템에 적용한 후에도 쉽게 유지, 보수 및 확장이 가능하도록 되어 있다. 향후의 연구 과제로는 정보보호 서비스 시스템과의 더욱 원활한 이식을 위해 향상된 인터페이스의 개발은 물론이고, 키 분배 서버 및 정보보호 서비스 시스템 구성 요소에 관한 여러 관리 기능이 연구되어야 할 것이다.

We propose a vector analysis for designing multimode-interference power splitters, which can show an arbitrary splitting ratio. Power splitting is a fundamental characteristic in integrated optical circuits and its value would be multiplied for many applications if the splitting ratio could be selected freely. Since the vector analysis utilizes a graphical method based on the previously-reported mathematical results of multimode interference, it shows an excellent advantage especially for designing power splitters with an arbitrary splitting ratio.
