부산항 컨테이너부두 통합운영 방안

  • 부산항 컨테이너 하역시장의 안정화를 위해서는 시장의 구조적 문제해결이 긴요하다. 이 연구에서는 부산항의 현황과 문제점을 살펴본 후, 컨테이너 물동량과 유효하역능력을 비교 분석하여 운영구조 개편을 위한 컨테이너부두 통합운영 방안을 제시하였다. 특히 이 연구에서는 통합운영 구도 및 프로세스는 물론 신항으로의 북항부두 대체 적정시기를 제안하였다.

  • 최근 부산 영도를 중심으로 해상관광에 대한 논의가 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 그에 따라 해상관광에 대한 법률 및 항로 개정, 부산 북항-남항에 대한 여건변화가 지난 몇 년에 걸쳐서 현재까지 계속되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 부산 영도에서 이뤄지는 해상관광의 현황을 분석하고 해양도시에 적용할 수 있는 도시형 해상관광 네트워크 구축 방안에 대해 제안하였다.

The Forecast of the Cargo Transportation for the North Port in Busan, using Time Series Models (시계열 모형을 이용한 부산 북항의 물동량 예측)

  • In this paper the cargo transportation were forecasted for the North Port in Busan through time series models. The cargo transportation were classified into three large groups; container, oil, general cargo. The seasonal indexes of existing cargo transportation were firstly calculated, and optimum models were chosen among exponential smoothing models and ARIMA models. The monthly cargo transportation were forecasted with applying the seasonal index in annual cargo transportation expected from the models. Thus, the cargo transportation in 2011 and 2015 were forecasted about 22,900 myriad ton and 24,654 myriad ton respectively. It was estimated that container cargo volume would play the role of locomotive in the increase of the future cargo transportation. On the other hand, the oil and general cargo have little influence upon it.

  • The purpose of this paper is tthe first, diagnosing the effect of terminal operating strategy which Busan Port container operators established and executed by the strategy execution process (XPP) model, second, enhancing the competitiveness of Busan Port Container Terminal by presenting ways to improve the executive ability of strategies. In order to achieve the purpose, this study utilized XPP 6 steps diagnostic variables of Kaplan and Dr. Norton for problems of the strategy execution of Busan Port container operators and conducted the survey of 7-point scale targeting employees of Busan Port container operators for the variable measurement.

  • According to financial hub related law of government, new financial hub in Busan will be differentiated from existing other financial hubs by reflecting regional characteristics as financial cluster and by connecting with business hub. Based on an ongoing busan international finance center in Munhyun innovation city. this study is focused on suggesting development methodes for international competitiveness of Busan international finance center considering of maritime-specialization connecting with citizen park and busan north port renewal districts. through the financial hub concept, types, be valid conditons, competitiveness and international case studies over the analysis of development conditions and a development plans for developing fosterage-programs suppementary and strategy, guidelines of physical developmentde direction.

  • One of the most important indicators for measuring service level and productivity of the port may be a demurrage rate. Currently, in the case of grain terminal of Busan North Port, demurrage rate are recognized at a very high level, in order to improve this, it is tilted more effort operational. In order to reduce the demurrage, there is a way expansion of facility of hardware, such as the replacement of aging equipment, and how manipulative assignment rules of the apparatus of the operation on the software side, such as changing the order of facility allocation. If the financial reasons are out of question, it is possible to expand to reduce the demurrage rate by operational way. Therefore this paper deals with how to operate some of the allocation rules and silo allocation rules of equipment to reduce the work hours with model and how to operate basic equipment and grain terminal of Busan North Port want to be seen by comparative analysis.

Measurement of Net Photosynthetic Rates in Intertidal flats of Ganghwa-gun and Incheon North Harbor using Oxygen Microsensors (산소 미세전극을 이용한 강화군과 인천 북항 조간대 갯벌의 순광합성률 측정)

  • To find out temporal variations of net photosynthetic rate (NPR) of intertidal flats, we measured oxygen microprofiles in sediments with oxygen microsensors 4 times from December 2003 to June 2004. The study areas were the intertidial flats in Janghwa-ri and Dongmak-ri, located on the southwestern and the southern parts of Ganghwa-gun, respectively, and in Incheon North Harbor where the content of organic matter was relatively high. During the investigation, oxygen penetration depths in the tidal flats of Janghwa-ri and Dongmak-ri were high in December (mean values of 4.0-4.1 mm). Thereafter, the oxygen penetration depths declined to mean values of 2.2-2.8 mm and 1.6-1.8 mm in the two tidal flats. Interestingly, the oxygen penetration depths in the Incheon North Harbor tidal flat showed a lower range $(0.8{\pm}0.3\;mm;\;mean{\pm}1SD)$ over the period. The maximum NPR in the Dongmak-ri tidal flat was found in March $(11.1{\pm}2.8\;mmol\;O_2\;m^{-2}\;h^{-1})$, and those In Janghwa-ri $(6.1{\pm}4.1\;mmol\;O_2\;m^{-2}\;h^{-1})$ and Incheon North Harbor $(6.4{\pm}1.4\;mmol\;O_2\;m^{-2}\;h^{-1})$ were observed in May. During the period when NPR was most active, the highest oxygen concentration was found at 0.1-0.5 mm depth below the surface sediment, and was on average 1.8-3.2 times higher than the air-saturated oxygen concentration in the overlying seawater. Although we took into account of low in situ light intensity $(400{\mu}Einst\;m^{-2}\;s^{-1})$ during the investigation in June, NPR in the 3 study areas decreased significantly to less than $0.2\;mmol\;O_2\;m^{-2}\;h^{-1})$. Thus, temporal variations of NPR were somewhat different among the tidal flats. Generally, benthic primary producers inhabiting in the uppermost 0.5 mm of the sediment showed a peak photosynthetic activity in the study areas in spring. This is the first domestic report on photosynthetic rates of benthic microflora in the tidal flats with oxygen microsensors, and the use of the microsensor can be widely applied to measurements of benthic primary production of a tidal flat and the oxygen consumption rate of surficial sediments.

일본의 해상교량 건설 관련 법령 및 절차에 관한 조사 연구

  • 우리나라에서는 최근 인천대교를 비롯하여 북항대교, 광양대교, 울산대교 등과 같이 항행로 상에 해상교량을 건설 중이거나 계획하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 해상교량 건설시에 정형화된 기준 및 법령이 미흡하여 해상교량 건설을 위한 사전 평가에 이해 관계자들이 합의를 하지 못하는 중 많은 시간과 경비를 낭비하고 있는 실정이다. 이 연구는 해운선진국 증 해상교량을 많이 건설하였고 건설 전 평가를 해 본 경험이 있는 일본의 관련 기준과 법령을 조사 분석하여 우리나라에 적절한 해상교량 건설 관련 기준 및 법령 작성에 도움을 주고자 한다.
