  • 본 논문에서는 간접전류제어 기반 계통연계 시스템의 비선형 부하에 의한 출력왜곡 보상기법을 제안한다. 계통사고 발생 시 시스템은 비선형 부하에 지속적인 전력을 공급하기 위하여 의도적인 단독운전을 한다. 이때, 비선형 부하에 의한 출력전류 왜곡과 모드전환 시 전압의 과도상태는 시스템에 심각한 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 제안하는 간접전류제어 기법은 모드전환 시 전압의 과도상태가 없어 안전한 의도적인 단독운전이 가능하며 전류왜곡 보상기법을 추가하여 출력전류의 품질을 개선한다. 2kW급 시뮬레이션을 통해 제안하는 제어기법의 타당성을 입증한다.

  • We discussed load CUlTent sharing for Master/Slave convertedMSC) type two DC-DC Converters parallel operation using a single current sensor method. In the conventional method, two CTs have been used to share t the load CUlTent equally with two coηverters‘ This paper presents a novel load CUlTent distribution method u using a single CUlTent sensor that can share load CUlTent effectively with only one CT in the Master-Slave C conveη:ers(MSCs) type. To confirm parallel operational performance of proposed DC-DC converters parallel operation, two experimental prototype converters were designed, implemented and experimented under three a arbitrary conditions. A load cur‘rent shahring perforrnance of the proposed method was compared with that of a c conventional peak CUt${\gamma}$ent method requmng two CTs. Those experimental results show that load cUlTent s sharing performance of paralleled two converters using a single CUlTent sensor was good and operated as well a as conventional method (ex, Pe밟 CUlTent Method)

  • This paper presents the performance of a Phase Shift Full Bridge (PSFB) converter with inductive load and a new current control scheme to improve dynamic response of output current with various inductive loads. Enhanced dynamic model is used which includes leakage inductance and inductive load. Effect of changing of inductive load was analyzed in detail. Proposed current control scheme is designed based on phase margin specifications. As a result, the proposed current control scheme helps to improve the dynamic response in comparison with the existing current control scheme. The performance of the designed controller is verified by a 500 A PSFB converter. The results will be utilized for high current applications with high inductive load such as superconducting devices.

  • 본 논문에서는 양수발전용 동기발전기의 기동 및 회생제어를 위한 부하전류형 인버터(LCI) 시스템을 Matlalb/simulink를 이용하여 모델링하고 제어방법을 확인하였다. 부하전류형 인버터의 구성 및 동작모드에 대해 서술하였으며, 동기발전기의 안정성 확보를 위한 회생제어 모드에 적합한 제어 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 기존의 복잡한 제어구조와 달리 제어요소의 간략화로 제어의 강인성을 확보하였으며, 부하전류형 인버터 시스템의 기동제어 및 제안된 회생제어에 대한 성능은 시뮬레이션을 통해 검증하였다.

  • We derive the radiation field equation at the naar field region to analyse EMI by the rectangular horn antenna. The EMI loadk current calculated from the load current induced on the transmission line being close to the rectangular horn antenna using the field theory and the transmission line theory. We find the conditions minimizing the EMI from the load current transfer function of distance, frequency and impedances at sending and receiving end. The smaller sending end impedance, the larger EMI load current and the larger sending impedance, the smaller EMI load current.

  • This paper describes an early detection for indication of electric accident using current waveform which is measured in electric equipments consisted incandescent lamps. At first, it analyzes characteristics of current monitor in resistive electric circuit. In second, the electric equipment is consisted of incandescent lamps. And the electric accident is simulation of tracking according to KS C IEC(Korea Standard C International Electrostatic Commission) 60112 at some part of the electric equipment. The indication of the electrical accident is detected to analyzing current waveform measured by current monitor. As the tracking breakdown, electric accident, processes, as current pulse is bigger and ratio of appearance also is increased irrespective of amount of load.

  • This paper proposed a PFM(pulse-frequency modulator) boost converter which has dual pulse-width. The PFM boost converter is composed of BGR(band gap voltage reference generating circuit), voltage reference generating circuit, soft-start circuit, error amplifier, high-speed comparator, inductor current sensing circuit and pulse-width generator. Converter has different inductor peak current so it has wider load current range and smaller output voltage ripple. Proposed PFM boost converter generates 18V output voltage with input voltage of 3.7V and it has load current range of 0.1~300mA. Simulation results show 0.43% output voltage ripple at ligh load mode and 0.79% output voltage ripple at heavy load mode. Converter has efficiency 85% at light lode mode and it has maximum 86.4% at 20mA load current.

  • For boost PFC (Power Factor Correction) converters, various control methods are being studied to achieve unity power factor and low THD (Total Harmonic Distortion) of AC input current. Among them, average current mode control, which controls the average value of the inductor current to follow the current reference, is the most widely used. However, nowadays, as advanced digital control becomes possible with the development of digital processors, predictive control of boost PFC converters is receiving attention. Predictive control is classified into predictive current mode control, which generates duty in advance using a predictive algorithm, and model predictive current control, which performs switching operations by selecting a cost function based on a model. Therefore, this paper simply explains the average current mode control, predictive current mode control, and model predictive current control of the boost PFC converter. In addition, current control under entire load and disturbance conditions is compared and analyzed through simulation.

  • 초전도 케이블의 대용량 전력수송능력을 실계통에 적용하기 위해서는 정상상태 뿐 아니라 계통운용상 발생하는 비정상 상태에 대해서도 안정된 성능을 나타내야 한다. 계통운영시 가장 일반적으로 발생하는 비정상 상태의 하나인 계통불평형부하 상태에서의 초전도 케이블의 특성을 실증적으로 확인하기 위해 한전 고창전력시험센터에서 신뢰성시험을 실시하였다. 삼상 송전계통에서 각 상 도체전류는 각 상의 부하량에 의해 결정이 되므로 과도상태라 해도 상당한 시간동안 도체전류가 불평형일 경우 자기적으로 결합된 차폐층전류의 불평형상태가 발생한다. 차폐층전류는 삼상 순환회로의 중성도체가 존재하지 않는 경우 도체전류와의 차이가 발생하게 되어 자기차폐 실패의 원인이 됨으로서 AC손실 증가요인으로서 영향이 커진다. 본 논문에서는 도체전류의 불평형 상태를 실증적으로 모의 발생시켜 연관된 차폐층 순환전류의 형태 및 특성을 검토함으로서 삼상 초전도 케이블의 불평형 부하특성에 대한 연구 진행경과를 요약한다.

LDO regulator with improved regulation characteristics using gate current sensing structure (게이트 전류 감지 구조를 이용한 향상된 레귤레이션 특성의 LDO regulator)

  • The gate current sensing structure was proposed to more effectively control the regulation of the output voltage when the LDO regulator occurs in an overshoot or undershoot situation. In a typical existing LDO regulator, the regulation voltage changes when the load current changes. However, the operation speed of the pass transistor can be further improved by supplying/discharging the gate terminal current in the pass transistor using a gate current sensing structure. The input voltage of the LDO regulator using the gate current sensing structure is 3.3 V to 4.5 V, the output voltage is 3 V, and the load current has a maximum value of 250 mA. As a result of the simulation, a voltage change value of about 12 mV was confirmed when the load current changed up to 250 mA.
