하중운반체계의 동역학적 연구

  • 본 연구는 하중운반 보행시 지면반력에 미치는 하중운반체계의 효과에 관한 생체역 학적 연구로써 지면반력기, EMG system등을 이용하여 동역학적인 분석을 하였다. 피실험자는 2명이며, 무부하시와 하중운반시 지면반력의 동역학적인 변화, 근육의 활동전위를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과는 아래와 같다. 1. 20kgw, 30kgw의 하중운반 체계에서 비효율적인 보행동작으로 나타났으며, 30kgw의 운반체계는 지면에 큰 충격을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 2. 비복근, 전경골근, 내측광근, 외측광근의 활동전위는 부하의 증가에 따라 크게 나타았으며, 전경골근의 경우는 20kgw의 등 뒤쪽 부하시 활동전위가 감소되었다.

Analysis for Properties of Particle or Short Fiber Reinforced Composites based on Micromechanics under Pure Shear (전단응력하의 분산형 복합재료에 미시역학적인 특성평가)

  • Cracking of the reinforcements is a significant damage mode in particle or short-fiber reinforced composites because the broken reinforcements lose load carrying capacity. This paper deals with elastic stress distributions and load carrying capacity of intact and cracked ellipsoidal inhomogeneities. Three dimensional finite element analysis has been carried out on intact and broken ellipsoidal inhomogeneities in all infinite body under pure shear. For the intact inhomogeneity, the stress distribution is uniform in the inhomogeneity and non-uniform in the surrounding matrix. On the other hand, for the broken inhomogeneity, the stress in the region near crack surface is considerably released and the stress distribution becomes more complex. The average stress in the inhomogeneity represents its load carrying capacity, and the difference of average stresses between the intact and broken inhomogeneities indicates the loss of load carrying capacity due to cracking damage. The broken inhomogeneity with higher aspect ratio maintains higher load carrying capacity.

Vibration Analysis for the Defective Ball Bearing under Radial Loads (반경하중을 받고있는 결함 볼베어링의 진동분석)

  • In this study, comparison between Harris-theoretical values and experimental data of load-deflection characteristics in bearing was made. The experiments are conducted under the conditions of the various radial loads and speed of shaft. In the case of non-defective ball bearing, the experimental data agreed well with the Harris-theoretical values for the small steady radial load but not for the large steady radial load. For the radial load bearing, the experimental results show that the stiffness of bearing at the single and multiple defective bearing are bigger in the radial defectiion than in the axial deflection. Load-deflection characteristics for the bearing defect part make it possible to detect the presence of a defect in bearing.

  • Medical devices for helping the rehabilitation of the patients such as orthoses and prostheses should be designed to be strong enough. For the strength design, operational load should be identified first. Furthermore. medical devices are susceptible to dynamic load or shock frequently due to its characteristics. These type of the load may be identified by installing the sensors directly. However, it can modify the natural properties of the structures. Therefore, operational load should be identified indirectly from the system characteristics and responses such as vibrations. In this paper, the basic formulation of the indirect load identification is reviewed and the problems of conventional approach are checked. Then, the new approach based upon the principal component analysis is proposed and the validity of the proposed method is demonstrated using experiments.

  • 현재 제철소 냉연공장에서는 수지처리 강판을 생산하기 위하여 수지 coater를 사용하고 있다. 그런데 강판의 이면 피복 시, applicator roll에 대한 back-up roll의 균일 하중 부하로 수지의 균일한 피복이 실현되나, 전면을 피복할 때 하중 부하를 위한 별도의 tool이 없는 상태로 강판의 hunting에 대응 불가능한 현장 layout으로 되어 전면 수지부착량 편차가 크게 발생되었다. (중략)

  • In this paper, cooling system of power transformers is proposed for temperature optimized control. We predict the peak temperature of power transformer coils using load factors and construct a cooling system using weighting function. For the optimized temperature control for power transformer, a correlation function based on the load factor of a load current and the each temperatures for winding coils, for air and for oil is presented to predict the winding-coil peak temperature. Also, the results controlled by applying the power transformer is presented.

  • 공압쿠션실린더(${\psi}80{\times}500^{st}$)의 쿠션장치인 쿠션슬리브(${\psi}20{\times}28^{st}$) 4종(Model #a, Model #b, Model #c, Model #d) 모델을 제작하여 수직하강하는 실린더에 각각 장착한 후, 각 모델에 따라 압력과 부하 특성을 비교하였다. 동일한 실험조건인 공급압력($5kg_{f}/$\textrm{cm}^2$)과 부하하중($70kg_{f}$)에서 각 모델별 실험을 실행하였다. 각 모델별 실험에서, Model #c의 쿠션슬리브인 경우가 가장 적합한 형상임을 알 수 있었다.

  • Critical speed of high thrust liquid rocket engine turbopump is obtained through a rotordynamic analysis and a unloaded turbopump test is peformed for validation of the numerical model. The first critical speed predicted by the numerical analysis is correlated well with the test result for the bearing unloaded rotor condition only considering mass unbalance load. Using the previous rotordynamic model, critical speed variation is estimated as a function of varied bearing stiffness due to pump and turbine radial loads with relative angle difference. From the numerical analysis, it is found that the relative angle difference of pump and turbine radial loads greatly affects the critical speed. However, additional axial load reduces the effect derived from the relative angle difference of radial loads.
