  • 레이저를 통한 플라스틱 일체형 회로형성 기술은 레이저 직접 성형 (Laser Direct Structuring, LDS) 기술과 도금기술을 이용하여 기판 표면에 전도성 회로 패턴을 형성하고 소자를 집적하여 부품을 제작하는 기술이다. 종래에는 PCB 기반의 평면기판을 기반으로 하여 제작된 소자와 부품이 전자제품의 주를 이루었으나, 최근 소자의 집적화와 제품 디자인의 유연화(flexible)로 굽힘(bendable) 형태의 스마트 시계와 같은 웨어러블(wearable) 전자 제품이 출시되었으며, 레이저를 통한 플라스틱 일체형 회로형성 기술은 미래 사회의 주를 이룰 웨어러블 형태의 제품의 상용화를 가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 회로 집적이 가능하여 제품 혁신을 주도할 기술로 주목 받고 있다. 본 연구에서는 LDS 부품의 미세 회로 구현을 위한 공정 기술 개발에 있어서 고생산성 무전해 동도금액 및 부품 실장을 위한 표면처리 기술 개발에 대한 결과를 보고한다. 미세 회로 패터닝 기술의 상용화를 위해서는 도금액의 안정성뿐만 아니라 고속 공정기술이 필요하다, 현재 국내 무전해 동 도금의 석출 속도는 시간 당 $4{\sim}5{\mu}m$ 내외이기 때문에, 생산성을 향상시키기 위해서는 시간 당 $10{\mu}m$ 정도의 고속 무전해 동 도금 공정 개발 필요하다.

In this study will expect faults of mold and find the optimum of Casting Condition from the Simulation software (Z-CAST), tensile specimen is attempted for define the basic properties and process condition. In reasult, Diecasting of Seat Motor Housing is expected to be best fitted in Works.

LTCC기술을 활용한 VCO모듈

  • The key advantage of LTCC(low temperature co-fired ceramics) technology is the ability to integrate passive components such as resistors, capacitors, and inductors. More compact circuits with an increased scale of integration are needed with the development for advanced telecommunication system such as IMT-2000. LTCC technology can be obtained by removing these elements from the substrate surface to inside of ceramic body. And it can miniaturize the wireless phone through integration of planar patch antenna, duplexer, band pass filter, bias line, circuit of impedance matching and RF choke etc. Futhermore, with the multilayer chip process and its outstanding electrical material characteristics, LTCC is predestined for highly-integrated, cost effective wide band applications. This paper focuses on the general description of LTCC MCM technologies and the fabrication of the multilayer VCO module.

  • 최근 유가상승 및 환경오염으로 인하여 자동차 연비 개선에 대한 관심이 날로 증가하고 있어 자동차 제조사들은 다양한 접근방법을 통해 경량화를 달성하고자 하고 있다. 경량화 방법으로는 경량재료의 적용, 고강도 소재를 이용한 부품소형화, 조립식 파트의 일체형 모듈화 등이 있으며, 본 연구에서는 경량구조재료인 마그네슘 합금을 자동차용 스크롤 압축기에 적용하기 위하여 기존 알루미늄 합금부품과의 열팽창 및 열변형의 비교를 통해 마그네슘 합금 적용한 스크롤 부품의 설계시 고려되어야 할 요소들을 분석 및 제시하고자 한다.

  • There are many kinds of dielectric materials in microwave dielectric filters for mobile telecomunication. But It is need to new dielectric materials for IMT200O, Bluetooth, wireless LAN to miniaturize the dielectric filters. These kinds of materials should have high dielectric constants, high Q, and low firing sintering temperature(<900˚C ). Multilayer monolithic dielectric filters are manufactured by BiNb04, dielectric ceramics cofired at 875˚C .

  • Forging is a manufacturing process involving the shaping of metal using localized compressive forces and the process of deforming metal into a predetermined shape using certain tools and press according to the temperature. Forging provides stronger metal parts than that possible by casting or machining. Conventional clutch jaw parts have been developed through cold forging and precision machining; however, fabrication of integral clutch jaw parts for farm machinery has not been reported yet. These parts were developed by applying a complex forging technology combining cold and hot forging. The integrated forming technology proposed in this study will be useful for reducing the lead-time for manufacturing, improving the accuracy of products, and eliminating the welding process.

  • The CCD camera is easily deteriorated by radiation, and an integrated camera using an image pickup tube is used in a high radiation area. We implemented a radiation camera system which is divided into a camera head using radiation-resistant electronic components and a remote control using weak radiation-resistant electronic components such as TR, IC, etc. According to the experimental results, the first damage of the electronic parts was IC for horizontal and vertical sync generation, and it was confirmed that if the radiation of $2{\times}10^5{\sim}10^6rad$ is accumulated, the normal function is lost. In addition, the signal transmission cable for remoteization has added an input/output buffer circuit and reduced the closed loop area of the shield and the cable to eliminate signal loss correction and noise. Therefore, it is expected that the maintenance cost will be greatly reduced and practical because only the camera head part can be used instead of replacing the entire system.

Study on Tensile Properties of Polyamide 12 produced by Laser-based Additive Manufacturing Process (레이저 적층제조기술로 제작한 폴리아미드 12 시편의 인장특성 연구)

  • The application of 3D printing technology is expanding due to the production of the complex-shape parts and the one-step manufacturing process. Moreover, various technical solutions in 3D printing are emerging through continuous research and development. Representative technologies include SLS technology, in which a desired area is sintered and laminated by irradiating a powder-type material with a laser. In addition, high-performance engineering plastic parts are being manufactured in increasing numbers. In this study, tensile specimens were fabricated from polyamide 12, a widely available polymer, and the glass bead-reinforced polyamide 12. The specimen-build orientation was divided into 0°, 45°, and 90° on the fabrication platform, and the tensile test temperature was -25℃, 25℃, and 60℃. The test results showed that the tensile modulus of both materials decreases as the build orientation becomes closer to 90°. In addition, the tensile strength of glass bead-reinforced PA12 showed more dependence on the build orientation than PA12. In addition, the tensile modulus and tensile strength decreased with increasing test temperature.
