The effect of media modality and the valence of risk messages on affective risk perception and behavioral intention (미디어 형식과 위험 메시지 구성이 감정적 위험인식과 행위의도에 미치는 영향)

  • The current study explores how media modality and message frame interact to form individuals' affective risk perception and behavioral intention. Specifically, participants were exposed to positive and negative messages on irradiated foods in text, audio, and audio/video formats and their affective risk perception and purchase intention were measured. Results indicate that individuals' affective risk perception and purchase intention were influenced by media modality and message frame. The significant interaction effects between the two variables were also observed. The results indicate that the appropriate media modality should be carefully selected based on the message content for effective risk communication.

The Impact of SNS Advertising Attribute on Advertising Likeability and Purchase Intention: A Comparison of Difference According to Use Motive and Use Intensity of SNS (SNS 광고속성이 광고호감도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향: SNS 이용동기 및 이용강도에 따른 차이 비교)

  • This study investigated experimentally how factors of SNS advertising attribute impact on advertising likeability and purchase intention according to use motive and use intensity of SNS. Firstly showing difference according to use motive of SNS, in user of motive to managing human relation, reliability of advertising contents has effect the largest and entertainment of advertising interest has effect also as important factor. In user of motive to sharing interest information, irritation of advertising on using SNS has effect the largest negatively and information of advertising's information offering capability has effect larger as positive factor. Next showing difference according to use intensity of SNS, in user of high intensity, reliability and information of advertising contents has effect larger than other factors. In user of low intensity, irritation of advertising has effect the largest negatively and other factors have effect very small. This results can provide a practical contribution that explains important factors in producing effective SNS advertising according to using behavior characteristics of SNS.

  • 인터넷상의 웹사이트들은 성교육 정보를 얻을 수 있는 탁월한 정보의 제공원이다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 잠재적인 효용가치는 매우 크지만, 또한 공공의 사용자들에 대한 부정적인 효과도 야기할 수 있다. 웹 상에서 제공하는 성교육정보들은 그 질적인 수준이 같지 않으며 그 질을 평가하기가 쉽지 않다. 미국을 비롯한 정보선진국에서는 성교육 정보를 제공하는 웹사이트들에 대한 다양한 평가 기준이 제시되었으나, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들에 대한 명확한 평가기준은 마련되어 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 웹에서 제공하는 성교육정보의 질을 평가하기 위하여 15개의 평가 항목을 점검하였으며, 가장 중요한 15개의 항목을 신뢰도(3항목), 내용(6항목), 목적(2항목), 디자인 및 기술(4항목)로 구별하여, 한국의 성교육정보관련 웹사이트들을 평가할 수 있는 수단으로 사용하도록 하였으며, 이 기준을 이용하여 국내의 성교육 사이트들을 평가하였다.

A Study on Relationship of Salesperson's, Relationship Beliefs, Negative Emotion Regulation Strategies, and Prosocial Behavior to Customer (판매원의 관계신념, 부정적 감정 조절전략, 그리고 친소비자행동의 관계에 관한 연구)

  • Unlike the existing researches related to salespersons, this study intends to place the focus on salespersons' psychological characteristic as an element affecting their selling behavior. This is because employees' psychological characteristic is very likely to affect their devotion and commitment to relationship with customers and long-term production by a company. In particular, salespersons are likely to get a feeling of fatigue or loss, or make a cynical or cold response to customers because of frequent interaction with them, and to show emotional indifference in an attempt to keep their distance from customers. But the likelihood can vary depending on salespersons' own psychological characteristic; in particular, the occurrence of these phenomena is very likely to vary significantly depending on relationship belief in interpersonal relations. In the field of psychology, under way are researches related to personal psychological characteristics to improve the quality of interpersonal relations and to maximize personal performance and enhance situational adaptability during this process; it is a personal relationship belief that is recently mentioned as such a psychological characteristic. For salespersons having frequent interaction with customers, particularly, relationship belief can be a very important element in forming relations with customers. So this study aims at determining how salespersons' relationship belief affects negative emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior to customer. As a result, salespersons' relationship belief was found to have effects on their negative emotion regulation strategies and prosocial behavior to customer. Negative emotion regulation strategies was found to have effects on prosocial behavior. Salespersons with intimate relationship belief try to use active regulation, support-seeking regulation and salespersons with controlling relationship belief try to use avoidant/distractive regulation. Intimate relationship belief was found to have more prosocial behavior, controlling relationship belief was found to have less prosocial behavior to customer. salespersons' negative emotion regulation strategies was found to have effects on their prosocial behavior to customer. Active, support-seeking influence prosocial behavior to customer positively, avoidant/distractive regulation influence prosocial behavior to customer negatively.

An Empirical Study of Discontinuous Use Intention on SNS: From a Perspective of Society Comparison Theory (사회비교이론 관점에서 살펴본 SNS 이용중단 의도)

  • Social networking sites (SNS), such as Facebook, provide abundant social comparison opportunities. Given the widespread use of SNSs, the purpose of the present study was to examine the impact of exposure to social media-based social comparison on user's negative emotions and discontinuous use intention on SNS. We present evidence that under the use of SNS, social comparison activities diverge into three patterns, with explicit self-evaluation desire made against similar target (lateral comparison), self-defense desire made against less fortunate target (downward comparison), and self-enhancement desire made with more fortunate target (upward comparison). Such social comparison processes frequently arise, as people are increasingly using on SNSs, the downward contacts ameliorating self-esteem with positive emotions, but the upward contacts and standard contacts with lateral status enabling a person to compare his or her situation with others and simultaneously increase negative emotions due to its differences with others. In other words, as people increasingly relying on SNSs for a variety of everyday tasks, they risk overexposure to upward or standard social comparison information that may have a cumulative detrimental impact on future intention on SNS use. This study with survey with 209 SNS users found that these negative emotions lead to negative fatigue (attitude) and then discontinuous use intention (behavior) on SNS. Our findings are among the first to explicitly examine discontinuous use intention on SNS using social comparison theory and our results are consistent with those of past research showing that upward social comparisons can be detrimental.

  • 정보기술의 발달은 조직의 업무환경에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 동시에 다양한 정보보호 위협에 따른 사고 발생 등 부정적인 영향을 미친다. 조직에서는 보안사고 예방을 위하여 다양한 노력들을 경주하고 있지만 기술적 보안 솔루션에 의존하는 경향이 있으며, 그럼에도 불구하고 보안 사고를 완벽히 예방하는 것은 불가능하다. 최근 기존의 정보보호 접근방법의 한계를 극복하기 위한 새로운 접근방법인 인간 중심 보안(People Centric Security)에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 임직원의 자발적인 정보보호 정책준수에 대한 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구는 향후 인간 관점의 정보보호 연구의 발전을 위해 기존의 수행된 연구들을 분석하여 통합된 관점에서 연구방향을 제시하는 연구동향 분석 연구로서, 해외 4개의 저널에서 수집한 134개의 논문을 대상으로 연구 추세, 연구 주제, 연구 방법론 등을 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내의 인간 관점에서의 정보보호 관련 연구 활성화에 기여할 수 있을 것이라 판단되며, 조직에서 임직원의 정책준수에 영향을 주는 요인들을 참고하여 정보보호 정책 수립 시 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 최근 인터넷을 사용하연령대가 점점 낮아지고 있어 긍정적인 부분보다 부정적인 측면으로 중독 요인에 대하여 분석하고 인터넷 중독예방을 미연에 방지하기 위해 초등학교 정보통신 윤리교육의 필요성과 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 다양한 정보통신 윤리교재 개발과 교사 연수 등이 실시되고 있으나 교사와 학부모 대다수는 학교, 사회, 가정에서 정보통신 윤리교육이 매우 미흡하다고 보고 있다. 인터넷의 이용은 교육적 활용에 따라 많은 가치를 지니고 있는 반면 불건전 정보의 유통, 게임 통신 중독, 정보의 오 남용 등의 정보화의 역기능 또한 가지고 있다. 학생의 올바른 정보통신윤리 교육을 위해 설문 조사를 실시하고, 관련연구와 설문결과를 바탕으로 초등학생을 대상으로 한 인터넷 게임 중독 예방을 위한 정보통신윤리교육의 체계적인 교육 내용과 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

The Grounded Theoretical Study on Negative Emotion Recovery Process of Female College Students Through Bibliotherapy (독서치료를 통한 여대생의 부정적 정서 회복과정에 대한 근거이론적 연구)

  • Today. the mental health has a great deal of impact on individuals and the society surrounding. Therefore. this research is to propose a way of bibliotherapical intercession by stages and patterns as to examine the recovery process of students with negative emotion by using the grounded theoretical method. This research collected materials through focus-interview, participant observation and book reports of 4 experiments involving female college students aged from 21 to 23, all having emotional and psychological difficulties. The recovery process of female students with negative emotion involved causal factors such as "recognition of hidden wound" "Sense of inferiority", and "difficulty in forming relationships", as well as contextual factors like "sympathetic attitude". which altogether brought about the core phenomenon. "pursuit for healthy ego". This core phenomenon induced to recovering the bright and positive attitude through using the strategies of 'self insight' and application of 'management plan', influence by such incoherent conditions as 'intimate surroundings' and $\setminus$ 'support system patterns'. And as time passed. the recovery process appeared tin four stages: 'issues recognition'. 'emotional responses', 'issue solution' and 'self application'.

  • 현재 초등학교에서는 재량활동 시간을 활용하여 정보통신기술 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 컴퓨터 교육은 지식기반사회에서 강조되고 있는 ICT 활용 교육에 중점을 두어 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 교육과정 속에서 이루어지는 정보통신 윤리교육은 형식적이고 단순한 지식의 전달 수준에서 그치고 있는 실정이다. 정보화 사회에서 나타나는 부정적 측면의 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 기본, 기초 교육과정이 이루어지는 초등학교에서 정보통신 윤리교육의 바탕이 세워져야 하고, 그 위에 정보통신 기술교육이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 형식적이고 단순 전달식의 전통적 정보통신 윤리교육의 틀에서 벗어나 보다 더 큰 교육적 효과를 기대할 수 있는 YP 프로그램을 적용한 정보통신 윤리교육 교수 학습 과정을 개발하여 적용해 보기로 하였다.

The relation between mother's emotional expressiveness, parenting self-efficacy, verbal control style and child's peer interaction, ability to solve interpersonal problem (어머니의 정서표현력, 양육효능감, 언어통제유형과 유아의 또래상호작용 및 대인문제해결력과의 관계)

  • The purpose of this research was to examine the relationship of mother's emotional expressiveness, parenting self-efficacy, verbal control style and children's peer interaction, ability to solve interpersonal problem in an attempt to help improve mother's practical parenting style for promoting children's peer interaction and ability to solve interpersonal problem. The subject of this research were four to five year-old 212 children from five day care center in J city and their teachers. Teachers were tested by questionnaires and children were interviewed. There were the results of this research. There were significant positive correlation among mother's positive emotional expressiveness, positive peer interaction and ability to solve interpersonal problem. There were significant positive correlation among negative emotional expressiveness, negative peer interaction and ability to solve interpersonal problem. There were significant positive correlation between parenting self-efficacy and positive peer interaction. There were significant positive correlation among imperative verbal control pattern and negative peer interaction and ability to solve interpersonal problem. There were significant positive correlation among hierarchical verbal control pattern and negative peer interaction and ability to solve interpersonal problem. There were significant positive correlation among humanitarian verbal control pattern and positive peer interaction and ability to solve interpersonal problem. There were significant negative correlation between parenting self-efficacy and negative peer interaction. There were significant negative correlation between imperative verbal control pattern and positive peer interaction.
