제127차 UIA 이사회가 페루 수도 리마 해변에 위치한 Wyndham Costa del Sol Hotel에서 2015. 11. 6 ~ 7일 양일간에 거쳐 개최되었다. 참석자는 회장 Esa Mohamed를 포함한 사무총장, 재무관, 각 지역부회장, 전임회장, 각 지역이사와 대리이사, 교육위원장, 실무위원회위원장, 설계경기위원장과 공동위원장 등으로 총 약 40여명이 참석하였다. 우리가 포함된 제4지역에서는 부회장인 필리핀 Yolanda Reyes가 건강상 이유로 불참했고 중국, 인도, 호주 대표와 본인과 한영근 대리이사가 참석하였다. 둘째 날에는 UIA 2017 서울세계건축대회 준비사항을 보고하기 위한 한종률 조직위원장, 이건기 전서울시 부시장, 정유승 국장 그리고 조직위와 동행한 서울시과장, 팀장 등이 참석하였다. 본 이사회는 FPAA(판아메리카 건축사 연합회)이사회와 동시에 같은 건물 내에서 개최되었다.

본 논문은 카오스 발생회로(chaos generation circuit)를 설계 및 구현하고, 카오스 회로들간의 카오스 동기화(chaos synchronization) 알고리즘을 기초로 하여 카오스 변조통신을 구성하여 음성비화시스템의 구현에 관하여 실험적으로 검증했다. Pecorra와 Carroll 은 카오스 신호로서 카오스 시스템을 구동하면 카오스 동기화가 가능하다고 발표했다. 이러한 제어기법은 카오스 신호의 마스킹과 복원 알고리즘의 등장을 초래했다. 본 연구는 카오스 신호를 발생하기 위하여 상태변수 기법을 이용하여 로렌쯔(Lorenz) 카오스 발생회로를 하드웨어로 구현했다. 수치 실험 및 보드상의 실험에서 카오스 회로는 카오스의 동적특성을 나타냈으며, 카오스 발생회로들간의 카오스 동기제어를 아루었다. 음성비화를 위한 카오스 신호의 변조는 카오스 신호에 음성신호를 가산하여 송신하며, 광대역)spread spectrum)의 카오스 변조통신 (chaotic modulation communication)에서 음성정보는 수신시스템의 카오스 부시스템에서 카오스 신호를 빼내어 신호를 복원한다. 보드상에서 하드웨어로 구현한 카오스 변.복조 통신시스템을 구성하여 음성신호와 비화통신에 카오스 지능제어기법을 적용하였다.

미 안보지원역사는 좁은 의미로는 무기와 물품의 지원 및 판매 역사이며, 우리 의지와는 상관없이 세계정세 변화에 따라 국익을 극대화할 수 있도록 변화해 있다. 현 부시 행정부의 안보지원정책은 미래를 위한 "능력에 기초한(Capacity Based)" 모델을 추구하고 있다. 이를 뒷받침하기 위해 기존 NATO 위주에서 구매국 위주 정책으로 변환을 천명하고, 기동성이 떨어지고 유지비용이 많이 드는 무기는 과감히 도태시키고 있다. 이를 추진하기 위해 주요 핵심보직에는 전력기획 및 협상을 주도할 전문가를 보직하고, 대외 군사판매(FMS : Foreign Military Sales)를 자국 경제발전에 적극 활용하고 있다. 이러한 변화의 와중에서 미국은 어떤 특정국가를 챙겨 줄 여유가 없다. 우리 스스로 미국ㄱ의 전략변화와 안보지원관련 법규.제도와 업무수행 절차를 명확히 이해하여 미국의 변화 속에서 민첩히 대응하여 국가이익 차원에서 실리를 추구하는 방향으로 정책이 지향되어야 한다. 미국의 안보지원정책 변화를 정확히 이해하고 지혜롭게 활용함에 따라 국가의 위기가 될 수도 있고 도약의 기회가 될 수도 있다.

본 연구는 사용자들이 이동시에도 유무선 인터넷을 통해 모바일 단말기를 통해 데이터베이스에 접근할 수 있도록 제공한다. 이를 위해 별도의 노력 없이 유선 인터넷과 무선 인터넷간에 일관된 정보들이 제공되므로 이동시에도 관련 업무 정보들을 즉시 접근할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 XML 생성기, ML 생성기와 출판기 세 가지 부시스템으로 구성된다. 본 연구의 견과는 기업간 m-커머스로부터 보험, 영업, 판매, 택배 등 다양한 서비스 분야에서 기업이나 기관들의 생산성을 높이는데 중요한 역할을 담당할 것으로 기대된다.

Purpose: In recent years, weight reduction for improving fuel efficiency of the vehicle and cost reduction have been developed. The structure of suspension link is widely used as a single plate press structure which can reduce process and weight compared to existing pipe welding method. However, it was found that the lifetime of a single plate press structure is determined by initial defects that occurred during initial manufacturing rather than fatigue damage caused by driving. Methods: I research the mechanism of failure phenomenon of the single plate press assist arm of rear wheel. In addition, I investigate durability effect parameters to determine the link lifetime in inserting bush into single plate press process through durability test. Conclusion: I discover significant durability effect parameter in inserting bush into single plate press process. It is expected that the durability can be improved by suggesting a bush inserting process inspection guide for similar suspension link like single plate press structure.

국내 11개 지역(경기도 옹진군 덕적도, 경기도 의정부시 소요산, 강원도 춘천시, 충청남도 태안군 안홍, 경상북도 울릉군 울릉도, 전라북도 부안군 변산, 전라남도 신안군 홍도, 흑산도 비금도, 진도, 제주도)에서 채집된 달팽이 (A. despecta sieboleiana)를 대상으로 외부형태 분석과 동위효소를 검출하여 각 지역 집단간의 형태적, 유전적 유연관계와 변이 정도를 연구한 결과는 다음과 같다. 외부형태에 의한 집단간 유연관계는 안홍과 덕적도집단(average taxonomic distance, D=0.358)이 형태적으로 가장 유사한 집단으로 나타났다. Polyacrylamide gel을 사용하여 11가지의 동위효소를 검출한 결과 AKP, ACP, AO, EST, GPD, HBDH, LDH, SDH, XDH의 동위효소에서 유전적 다형현상이 나타났다. 전 집단의 평균 다형형의 빈도는 59.19%이며 이형접합자 빈도는 0.263이고 각 집단의 유전적 차이치는 춘천과 울릉도 집단이 0.066(genetic distance)으로 가장 높은 유사성을 보였다. 지리적 분포에 따른 외부형태 변이와 유전적 변이와의 관계는 유의성이 없었다.

The correlation between the propagation of electrical tree and distributions of partial discharge(PD) pulses accompanying with electrical tree of bush type in low density polyethylene were discussed. We measured the growth of electrical tree by using optical microscope and PD data simultaneously. The PD data detected and analyzed were PD magnitude, repetition rate, average discharge power, average phase angle, and $\psi$-q-n distribution pattern. The average discharge power and repetition rate of PD had good linear relation with area of tree. Repetition rate and peak discharge magnitude and width of discharge phase angle increased with the tree.

본 논문은 저가형 고정도 아날로그 디지털 혼합형 엔코더에서 센서 취부 오차에 의해 발생하는 정지 2축 좌표상의 두 아날로그신호의 크기, 위상오차 문제 보상에 관한 연구이다. 기존의 혼합형 엔코더에서 문제시되고 있는 두 아날로그 위치정보 신호의 크기문제는 상대 크기에 대하여 정규화 함으로써 해결하였으며, 센서 취부시 발생하는 위치오차문제는 정지 2축 좌표축을 센서의 위치 오차분을 보상할 수 있도록 회전함으로써 보상할 수 있었다. 또한 제안된 새로운 방식의 위치 검출기법을 DSP의 QEP기능과 A/D변환기를 사용한 실험을 통하여 그 타당성을 검증하였다.

Six soil subsampling methods were evaluated with explosive compounds-contaminated soils to quantify the variance associated with each method. The methods include modified grab sampling, simplified ripple splitting, fractional shoveling, coning & quatering, degenerate fractional shoveling, and rolling & quatering. All the methods resulted in significantly lower CV (coefficient of variation) of 1~5%, compared to common grab sampling that gave 8~98% of CV, possibly due to the reduction of grouping and segregation errors described by Gy sampling theory. Among the methods, simplified ripple splitting tends to result in lower explosive compounds concentrations, while the rolling & quatering gave the opposite result. Fractional shoveling method showed the least variance and the highest reproducibility in the analysis.

In Yoshimasu Todo (吉益東洞)'s book, the doctors' commitment is said to attack the poison of illness and this can be realized only by using the poison of medicine. From this point of view, he had denied the preceding medicine books, since there was no distinction between the food that raise the body and the poison that attack the poison of illness in the preceding medicine books. In addition, Every medicine has the respective results and one medicine treats one disease, otherwise, in the preceding medicine books, one medicine deals with more than one illness and also they have denied that the characters of medicines are cold or hot because they couldn't be proven by tasting or seeing.
