In this study, An active band grass filter for 2.14GHz have been designed with MMIC using negative resistance circuit. The negative resistance element was realized with a common-drain FET with series inductive feedback. The designed active filter showed an insertion loss of 0dB at 2.14GHz and a 3-dB bandwidth of 125MHz.

정보통신산업은 대규모 설비투자, 자연독점성, 망의 부성이 지배적으로 나타나고, 공급 및 수요의 잠김효과와 쏠림현상이 크며 기술의 혁신정도가 매우 크다는 규제의 대상이 되어 오고 있다. 그러나 최근 정보통신업은 다각적인 측면에서 급변하고 있다. 이러한 급격한 재반 변화는 규제자체에 대한 재고의 여지가 있고, 경쟁상황평가에 대한 근본적 인식의 전환이 요구되는 것이다. 본 고는 규제의 시발점이라고 할 수 있는 시장의 정의, 관련시장의 경쟁상황 평가와 시장지배적사업자 선정에 이어 규제옵션 및 규제수준을 설정하는 합리적 방향에 대해서 서술하고 있다.

It is well-known that the anode circuit of SCR has the current controlled negative resistance characteristic. Recently the present auther has shown that the gate circuit of SCR has the voltage controlled negative resistance characteristic for the constant anode voltage. It is shown of the equivalent model to SCR(when conducting) the voltage controlled negative resistance characteristic for gate circuit. And it is possible to make SCR gate oscillators with their desired characteristic for illustration.

In designing the high frequency oscillator with FET, it may be necessary to make the FFT unstable using feedback. For convenient realization, sir feedback type is usually employed. It is convenient to determine the load which makes oscillation possible, with the contour plot of the negative resistance of the FET positively feedback for each type. Analytic formulas are given for this contour plot in this paper, and the results are discussed.

This study presents a hybrid balanced voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) circuit which is suitable for low phase noise operation at sub-1V supply voltages. Half circuits of the proposed VCO use the varactor-integrated feedback capacitors in their respective circuit. The varactor-integrated feedback capacitors further increase the negative resistance of the equivalent tank thereby ensuring stable start-up of oscillation even at the sub-1V supply voltage. In addition, this work theoretically analyses the phenomenon of the increase of the negative resistance. Simulation results using a $0.18{\mu}m$ RF CMOS technology exhibit the phase noises of -122.4 to -125.5.8 dBc/Hz at 1 MHz offset from oscillation frequency of 4.87 GHz over the supply voltages of 0.6 through 0.9 V.

The effects on lubricity and the anti-seizure property of lubricant according to base oils and extreme pressure additives of sulfur type and phosphorous type in cold rolling were evaluated by a laboratory scale rolling mill, where the contact conditions between work roll and strip are very close to actual cold rolling mill. The important results were obtained as follows : (1) synthetic oil has better effect on lubricity than tallow, (2) lubricant with extreme pressure additives of sulfur type of phosphorous type has better effect than base oil noly, (3) the more amount of extreme pressure additives is, the better effect on lubricity is, (4) sulfur type has better effect on lubricity than phosphorous type and (6) phosphorous type has better effect on anti-seizure property than sulfur type.

In this paper, a novel push-push voltage-controlled oscillator(VCO) using microstrip square open loop resonator and tunable negative resistance is presented. The microstrip square open loop resonator has the large coupling coefficient value, which makes a high Q value, and has reduced phase noise of VCO. The VCO with 1.8V power supply has phase noise of $-124.67{\sim}-122.67dBc/Hz\;@\;100 kHz$ in the tuning range, $5.744{\sim}5.859 GHz$. The FOM of this VCO is $-202.83{\sim}-201dBc/Hz\;@\;100 kHz$ in the same tuning range. When it has been compared with single-ended VCO using microstrip square open loop resonator, and push-push oscillator using microstrip line resonator, the reduced phase noise has been -8.51dB, and -33.67dB, respectively.

The purpose of this paper is to classify OECD countries in regard to levels of supporting fathers' care work. Several meaningful conclusions were reached. First, examining the level of supporting fathers' care work and the strength of the traditional bread-winner model, OECD countries can be classified into 5 different clusters. The result is different from the mainstream typology of welfare states and suggests the new typology of welfare states. Second, the level of supporting fathers' care work and the strength of the traditional bread-winner model were found to be related to total fertility rates and women's labor market participation rates. Third, in regard to the level of supporting fathers' care work, Korea was the lowest among OECD countries. This result points to one of the important reasons to the low level of total fertility rat, and low rate of women's labor market participation in Korea.

By nuclear transplantation technology twenty eight mice have been produced after transfer of heterozygous biparental eggs. Also heterozygous gynogenetic eggs with two female pronuclei and heterozygous androgenetic eggs with two male pronuclei have been obtained by injecting a male or female pronucleus with Sendai virus into the perivitelline space of enucleated haploid zygotes at pronuclear stage. The success rate of enucleation, karyoplast injection and fusion of both the pronuclei was 80.3, 83.4 and 81.8%, respectively. The overall pronuclei fusion rates by this technique were 56, 50 and 56% in biparental, gynogenetic and androgenetic eggs, respectively. The evidence was ascertained that the gynogenetic and androgenetic eggs were also able to develop in vitro up to blastocyst stage, even though their developmental potential was greatly diminished beyond 2-cell stage. The gynogenetic eggs were able to develop in vivo up to day 10 of pregnancy, while the androgenetic eggs failed to develop in vivo during the same period.

In this paper, active resonator oscillator using active band pass filter with gain, active resonator with negative resistance using transistor(agilent ATF-34143) is designed and fabricated. Proposed active resonator oscillator for local oscillator in ISM band(5.8GHz) is designed with 5.5 GHz oscillation frequency. Designed active resonator oscillator implemented on the substrate which has the relative dielectric constant of 3.38, the height of 0.508mm, and metal thickness of 0.018mm. Active resonator oscillators using active band pass filter with gain show the oscillation frequency of 5.6GHz with the output power of -2dBm and phase noise of -81dBc/Hz at the offset frequency of 100kHz. Active resonator oscillators active resonator with negative resistance show the oscillation frequency of 5.6, 5.8GHz with the output power of -4dBm and phase noise of -91dBc/Hz at the offset frequency of 100kHz.
