최근 범죄 예방에 대한 관심도가 높아져 가고 있고, 이러한 요구사항을 수용한 다양한 모바일 앱이 제시되고 있다. 본 논문은 택시 범죄를 예방하고 승객의 안전 관리를 위한 모바일 앱의 설계를 제안한다. 제안하는 모바일 앱은 비전기반 증강현실을 이용하여 택시 번호판 조회 기능을 제공하고 GPS 위치 정보를 활용하여 길 안내 및 예상 경로 안내 서비스를 제공한다. 이를 통해 승객의 안정성과 편의성을 증대하도록 한다.

2012년 상용화가 목표인 국내 위그선 개발은 화물운송과 여객운송에 큰 변화를 가져올 것으로 판단된다. 특히 부산은 일본과의 여객에서 수요가 클 것으로 판단되며 이에 2012년 이후 상용화에 위그선 터미널 등 관계시설을 계획할 필요가 있지만 현재까지 북항재개발계획에 포함시키자는 단순 논의만 있을뿐 뚜렷한 계획이 없는 실정이다. 위그선의 경우 속도가 빨라서 현실적으로 북항지역에 터미널을 생성시 어려움이 있을것으로 판단되며 이에 현재 영도 동삼동 크루즈터미널이 북항재개발 지역에 신규 크루즈터미널이 만들어진 후 여유가 있을것으로 판단되어 이를 활용화할 필요가 있다. 이률 위해 영도 태종대와 롯데월드를 잇는 관광벨트와 부산역과 연계된 열차화물수송을 적극 활용할 수 있게 영도 경전철을 고려해 볼 필요가 있다.

자녀 교육에 대한 관심의 증대로 다양한 미디어를 활용하여 많은 유아 교육용 프로그램이 상용화되어 있다. 그 중 스마트폰의 활용 분야가 넓어지면서 자연스럽게 유아 교육 분야도 스마트폰에 접목이 되고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 동화책을 읽어주는 행위와 90년대 초중반에 유행했던 게임북을 스마트폰에 접목시켜 자녀와 부모가 함께 할 수 있는 유아 교육용 어플리케이션 설계를 제안한다. 본 논문의 어플리케이션은 동화를 보는 중 스토리 중간 중간 간단한 미니게임 및 문제 선택 결과에 따라 본래의 동화 스토리 또는 허구 스토리 동화로 진행되어 다양한 엔딩을 볼 수 있다. 또한 동요듣기, 악기다루기, 율동 배우기, 스트레칭 등 여러 옵션을 제공한다.

본협회는 작년(1963) 제2회 도서관대회의 학교도서관부회를 부산에서 개최한바 있다. 타도보다 비교적 앞섰다는 부산과 경남지방의 학교도서관의 실태를 보고자 G마이 전국에서 학교도서관관계자를 부산에 집결토록한 또 하나의 이유이다. 이지방의 학교도서관이 오늘 남보다 다소 앞설수 있게된 그표면에는 우연이 아닌 교육의 의지가 근간이 되었다. ‘근대적인 개념의 학교도서관’의 기치를 들었든 두분의 교장이 계심을 세상은 안다. 이 두분은 추월영(부산고교장) 선생과 박경원(경남고교장) 선생이다. 본협회 이종문사무국 이 지난 7월초 부산출장시 두 교장선생임을 모시고 지난 날의 회포와 아울러 당시의 실정에 관한 앙케이트의 답변이다. 참고가 되리라 믿어 게재한다.

Human milk was examined for antiangiogenic activities by using the chick embryo chorioallantoic membrane (CAM) assay and endothelial cell growth. The low molecular weight (20 KD>$\sim$ ) fraction of human milk stimulated the angiogenesis and increased the endothelial cell growth. These results suggest that the increase of angiogenesis and endothelial cell growth might be attributed to several growth factors and/or angiogenic factors in low molecular fraction (20 KD>$\sim$) of human milk.

The NFC technology is contactless communication technology that one of the RFID/USN technology. NFC is available dual function that read and write without specified reader, and it is received attention because of high security and low price. This paper proposes design of a school guide system using NFC tag. First School visitants such as delivery man or the other person are confused about the location of building, so this system will be helpful in this situation.

The 'Jwasuyeongseongji' (Site of naval wall-fortress in Suyeong) in Busan is the subject of this study. It has been desturbed mostly, and is named 'Suyeong historic site'. One of the important aspects of 'Jwasuyeongseongji' is that it was a historic place confronting with the Japanese Invasion of Chosun in 1592. This was the place where the Japanese Invasion of Chosun broke out and a number of people were slaughtered by the Japanese invaders. Now the place is converted to a playground. Although 'Jwasuyeongseongji' is the place of historic interest, the forest area is separated by paths and sidewalks. Further, there are sports facilities and relaxing people. Examples of advanced countries show that the abuse like Jwaisuyeongseongji is thoroughly prohibited. Although the Dangsan forest of jwasuyeongseongji remains in the megalopolis of Busan, it has been damaged and abused in spite of being a historic site. Nevertheless, Jwasuyeongseongji is an invaluable traditional cultural heritage. The objective of this study was to search for solutions of authenticity restoration for the remains of Dangsan forest at Jwasuyeongseongji in Busan. The Dangsan forest at Jwasuyeongseongji is a forest of Pinus thunbergii in an area of $130{\times}230m$. Jwasuyeongseongji is currently named Suyeong historic park, and is registered as monuments No. 8 by Suyeong-gu, Busan. The two Dangsan trees at Jwasuyeongseongji are registered as natural monuments No. 270 and No. 311. The complex management system needs to be designated as 'Dangsan forest of Jwasuyeongseongji in Busan', and managed as a natural monument or national historic site. Dangsan forest has a meaning of divine place. Therefore, the artificial facilities need to be removed from Dangsan forest so that the original features are restored with the spirit of Jwasuyeongseongji. Also, the administration needs to be transfered from Suyeong-gu, Busan to the Cultural Heritage Administration.

Korean Film Council (KOFIC) is entrusted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Republic of Korea, aiming to support and promote Korean films. With the government's policy for balanced regional development, KOFIC head office will be relocated to Busan. Busan is famous for the Busan International film Festival and their effort for Korean film industry. Until now, the Korean film industry is concentrated on the Seoul metropolitan areas. With the relocation of KOFIC, it is the time for KOFIC to recognize and promote and Busan as the Second key Cluster of Korean film industry. With the cooperation with Busan Film Commission, KOFIC needs to set up the new promotion plan for Korean film industry for future including building new film production studio, raising regional film production fund, and scouting new talented filmmakers.

유비퀴터스 환경은 차세대의 컴퓨팅 환경을 주도할 신기술로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 유비퀴터스 환경을 효과적으로 구축하기 위해서는 위치기반 기능이 효과적으로 구현되어야 한다. 이와 같은 배경에서 지리정보시스템의 기능을 유비퀴터스 환경과 결합하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 유비퀴터스 지리정보 시스템을 위해 필요한 기반 기술들을 제시하고 개발하였다.
