Despite the fact that Korea is ranked No. 1 in shipbuilding industry, it has encountered limitations in providing domestic ship finance. Therefore, there has been an increased demand for expanding ship finance through domestic financial institutions, which has been mostly discussed by political communities. In particular, the city of Busan has shown its keen interest in the vitalization of ship finance and proposed a plan to specialize in ship finance to promote the financial hub function. In this regard, we investigate the preference of Busan city for several effective policy options that can support the ship finance. Our investigation was carried out by opinion leaders of Busan city through AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Our results show that Busan city has a strong preference for the establishment of a Ship Finance Corporation which provide policy finance with ship industry only. This is different from preferences of the government and ship finance market.

지난 6월8일부터 12일까지 부산시 해운대구에 위치한 부산무역전시관에서 제7회 부산국제식품산업박람회가 개최됐다. 이번 행사는 6개국 88개 업체가 참가해 식품관, 식품기게관,포장기계관, 외식업프랜차이즈과 등의 4개 테마로 구성해 관람의 편의를 더했다. 부산국제식품산업박람회의 참가 업체 및 박람회의 이모저모를 살펴보았다.

The aim of this research is to analyze actual condition of port logistics industries in Busan For this, this research identified logistics, based on the concept and definition of port and logistics, and then, divided them into six categories, transportation, cargo handling, storage, service, packing, and information The results of the paper are, first, it was found that there are much differences among industries, in revenue scale, and number of employee and firm Secondly, it indicated that actual occupation rate of these industries in regional economy was not high, except for transportation related industries. Finally, from these findings, this research suggested that it was necessary to build different policies according to competitiveness level of firms, and strategies to promote many firms with low occupation rate.

부산시 상수원수를 대상으로 2001년 8월에서 2005년 12월까지 바이러스 검사를 실시하였다. 총 35개의 상수원수 시료 중 22개 시료에서 cytopathic effect가 확인되어 62.8%의 양성률을 보였다. 검출된 바이러스는 $1.92{\sim}11.90$ MPN/100L의 범위로 여름철과 초겨울에 분포하는 특성을 보였다. 원수에서 검출된 바이러스는 정수과정 중 제거 가능하지만 정기적으로 모니터링을 해야 한다고 생각된다.

During February 1982 to September 1983, a total of 105 domestic ducks (Anas platyrhynchos var. domestica Linnaeus) were collected from Ichon Gun, Pusan City, Chunchon City, Yanggu Gun, Taejeon City and unknown areas in Korea. In the results, six trematode and one nematode species of helminth parasites were obtained and described as follows: Amphimerus anatis Yamaguti, 1933, Echinostoma miyagawai Ishii, 1932, Echinochasmus japonicus Tanabe, 1926, Cryptocotyle sp., Notocotylus attenuatus (Rudolphi, 1809) Kossack, 1911, Apatemon sp. and nematode species, Heterakis gallinarum Schrank, 1788. From this collection, Amphimerus anatis Yamaguti, 1933, Echinochasmus japonicus Tanabe, 1926, genus Cryptocotyle Liihe, 1899 and genus Apatemon Szidat, 1928 were firstly recorded in Korea.

온천천은 부산광역시 금정구, 동래구, 연제구를 흐르는 도심 하천으로 부산 시민들의 도심 속 산책길, 자전거 길 등으로 활용되는 도시하천이다. 그러나 온천천 양안의 동래 곡저 평야가 시가지화 되고 온천천 발원지인 금정산 주변에서 무허가 상수도를 사용하고 각종 쓰레기와 하수의 유입으로 인해 하천 전체가 하수관으로 변해왔다. 이에 따라 부산광역시는 온천천 정비 계획을 시행하여 하천 정비와 함께 자동측정망을 설치하여 하천의 DO (dissolved oxygen), 탁도, TDS농도 등 자료를 수집하고 있다. 그러나 자동측정망으로 쌓여가는 데이터를 활용하여 DO농도 예측은 거의 이뤄지지 않고 있다. DO는 하천의 수질 오염 정도를 판단하는 수질인자로 역사적으로 하천 연구의 주요 연구 대상이 되어 왔다. 본 연구에서는 일 자료 뿐만 아니라 시 자료를 기반으로 RNN-LSTM 알고리즘을 활용한 DO예측을 시도하였다. RNN-LSTM은 시계열 학습에 뛰어난 알고리즘으로 인공신경망의 발전된 형태인 순환신경망이다. 연구에 앞서 부산광역시 보건환경정보 공개시스템으로부터 받은 자료 중에서 교정, 보수 중, 비사용, 장비전원단절 등으로 인해 누락데이터를 2014년 1월 1일부터 2018년 12월 31일의 데이터 전수조사 후 이상데이터를 확인하여 선형 보간하여 데이터를 사용하였다. 연구에서는 Google에서 개발한 딥러닝 오픈소스 라이브러리인 텐서플로우를 활용하여 부산광역시 금정구 부곡동에 위치한 부곡교 관측소의 DO농도를 시간 또는 일 예측을 하였다. 일 예측 학습에는 2014년~ 2018년의 기상자료(기온, 상대습도, 풍속, 강수량), DO농도 자료를 사용하였고, 시 예측 학습에는 연속된 자료가 가장 많은 2015년 3월 ~ 12월까지의 데이터를 활용하여 연구를 진행하였다. 모형의 검증을 위해 결정계수(R square)를 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다.

디자인 서비스 산업은 21세기의 국가경제와 지역발전을 주도해 갈 수 있는 성장 산업으로서 현재 부산이 안고 있는 다양한 문제인 기업의 해외이전, 인구감소, 관광자원의 고갈 등을 해결할 수 있는 방법으로 디자인 서비스 구축을 통한 발전방향을 제시하는 연구의 목적으로 한다. 연구방법에 있어서는 Online조사를 이용한 부산시의 특성에 대한 일반적인 견해를 조사하고, Offline 조사로 자국인 및 외국인(주둔 외국인)을 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시한다. 또한, 부산시가 가지고 있는 인상을 평가하기 위하여 SD법을 이용하고 분석을 실시하여 정량화된 데이터를 바탕으로 부산시의 디자인 서비스에 대한 방향과 방법을 제시하였다.
