  • 1982년 설립된 한국건강관리협회 부산광역시지부는 부산 시민들의 건강지킴이로 중추적인 역할을 담당해 왔다. 그 중추적 역할의 중심에 영상검진부가 있다. 전국에서 가장 많은 인력과 인프라를 확보하고 있으며 지역 고객들의 높은 만족도로 하루가 다르게 성장하고 있는 그들을 만났다.

Utilization Condition and Effects of HANARO Traffic Card at Pusan Metropolitan City (부산광역시 하나로교통카드 이용실태 및 효과분석에 관한 연구)

  • Pusan Metropolitan City has developed 'HANARO Card' system. It is a sort of multi-function card systems which has devised to resolve many traffic problems, to improve public transportation services, to build advanced transit information systems, to encourage reasonable operation of the public transit companies, and to obtain basic informations for devising transportation policies. This study aims at reviewing the systems of 'HANARO Card', analysing the situation of usage of the card, and suggesting some issues for improving the system. Main finding is that the major effects of the introducing HANARO traffic card are convenience (to pay a charge) in using transit, public parking lots, city freeway toll for citizens, and saving in personnel expenses, maintenance expenses for buses, subway and taxi companies. It is also found that HANARO traffic card system needs to be expended to be compatible with other fields of economic activities.

  • 부산시 국제공동의료보험조합은 환원사업의 일환으로 조합원에 대한 집단 자궁암 검사를 건강관리협회부산지부와 함께 실시했다. 조합원 5,000여 몇 중 약 1,000명이 검사에 참가했던 이번 검사사업은, 그 동안 자신의 건강을 방(?)했던 많은 사람들에게 질병의 조기발견과 이를 통한 건강관리의 중요성을 깨닫게 해 주었을 뿐 아니라, 보건교육이 얼마나 필요한 가를 새롭게 각인시켜 주었다. 어떻게 이루어졌고, 반응이 어떠했는지를 취재하면서 ‘근로자의 건강을 지키는 것이 곧 복지사회로 가는 길’이라는 국제공동의보의 적극적 태도에 깊은 감명을 받았다.

  • We tried to show the course of UTIS vitalization, promoting to introduce as part of the advanced traveler information system through analysis using traffic information gap model of service and structural equation modeling being used by drivers. The summary of the research is as follows. 1. We could find out the service matters needed to improve and what should be prior that make drivers' use increase through establishing the gap model of service. 2. We could establish the structural equation modeling through using traffic information use satisfaction rate, entire traffic information satisfaction rate as the observation variables. You can say it is the fruit of this research that it was confirmed the entire satisfaction rate of traffic information influenced extension, convenience, accuracy, economical efficiency in order. We could also arrange the base to determine the order of services for vitalization of UTIS in the future through grasping the priority of each service functions classified by factors. 3. It is confirmed that many drivers want multimedia function, driving support function and various functions for the personal convenience in situations except driving, which enable the drivers to enjoy leisures and interests rather than economical functions during driving due to the recent social and economic changes.

  • The evaluation regarding a transportation policy by an evaluation volition viewpoint there is a difference. Consequently the insurgent analysis which is simple compared to against the evaluation object it was accurate, the analysis which leads the order anger probably is necessary. The research which it sees for the evaluation regarding the transportation policy of the metropolis divided in road being understood, public transportation, parking and pedestrian environment, wide area transportation and transportation information and transportation field whole. And against these field it tried the ALSCAL method and MDPREF method which is a Multidimensional Scale method and it analyzed. The regression analysis result for a dimensional analysis ALSCAL method the case of the transportation policy star improvement degree which it follows in introduction presence of intelligence transportation system and MDPREF method it confronted to the transportation policy star improvement degree which it follows in expansion to construction of specific function appeared with the fact that it is the tendency probably. And the evaluation object and evaluation in the object which will cut the positioning one result was each divided in 4 group. And two methods all it was visible a similar tendency. The ALSCAL method currently transportation system construction degree condition in base and, the MDPREF method currently improvement degree of the transportation policy which it follows in traffic system construction appeared with the fact that it is desirable to establish a hereafter traffic policy in base.

  • In Korea, the importance of walking has not been stood out in relief because of the rapid increase of a car on a drastic economic growth in the past half a century. Walking has failed to be recognized as a traffic measure or one of basic human rights. Therefore this study brings up problems of weakened walking right from increase of cars and examines reinforcing policies for walking right of advanced countries. And this study presents institutional devices for introducing walking safety measures of advanced countries reflecting pedestrian satisfaction and opinions about walking right. The results of this study are, First, pedestrians' walking liberty is guaranteed, Second, how to repair walking environment is searched and practical measures are analyzed to find out what is applicable to Korea, can reduce pedestrian accidents and is wanted by pedestrians using GAP analysis and Structural Equation. Third, basic data for upcoming selection of policies are presented by analyzing pedestrian satisfaction assuming that selected measures are operated.
