The science & technology information is core point of the knowledge based society which will accomplish the role which economic development is lead. Simultaneously, Korea will jump at powerful country of knowledge information. But, There is not analysis about affects in the economic growth and various economic structure which follows in national knowledge information system development. This research analyses the economic ripple effects, in terms of production inducement effect, added value inducement effect, import inducement effect, labor inducement effect, of national knowledge information system development in KISTI from 2001 to 2008, using an input-output analysis of the bank of Korea(2007). It also examines economic propriety using an benefit-cost analysis for national knowledge information system development.

TV나 인터넷을 통한 비디오 콘텐츠 제공 서비스는 소비자가 콘텐츠를 선택하면 해당 콘텐츠를 재생하여 콘텐츠를 소비하는 정형화된 방식에서 벗어나 다양한 형태로 부가가치를 부여하고자 하고 있다. 이는 비디오 콘텐츠 제공업자의 수익 확대에 대한 필요성과 비디오 콘텐츠 사용자들이 적극적으로 콘텐츠를 소비하는 것에서 한 발 나아가 다양한 방식으로 콘텐츠를 제작하고자 하는 욕구가 맞물려 그 유인이 확대되고 있다. 본고에서는 비디오 콘텐츠에 부가 가치를 부여하는 대표적인 방법인 비디오 콘텐츠의 상호작용성(interactivity), 비디오 콘텐츠 추천(recommendation), 콘텐츠 관련 부가정보 제공 등을 중심으로 비디오 콘텐츠에 부가 기능 혹은 서비스를 제공하는 사례를 살펴보고자 한다.

The information security industry is technology-intensive, high value-added industries. South Korea's response has excellent ICT skills and experience and skills in a variety of cyber attacks, has become a benchmark in the world. However, the small size of the domestic information security company, supporting infrastructure is lacking. Domestic information security industry is the primary condition to activate the export. For the export of high value-added enterprise information security products and services, it is necessary the establishment of the domestic IT information security infrastructure of the industrial promotion is based overseas. Come to analyze the domestic information security industry, capital of this small, market reclamation of overseas expansion, information, manpower shortage was a problem. This fact, combined losses caused by cost-free period AS. Therefore, the study on information security in the infrastructure industry overseas bases is necessary. How to select and analyze the causes of infrastructure in selected overseas offices. By utilizing the infrastructure of overseas bases, can raise the added value of the products and services of the Information Security company, we can enable the export of small and medium Information Security company from overseas offices.

This study analysis the global market trends of information security industry expanding its area through the convergence with other technologies. domestic market of information security industry is expected to show a high growth rate, given that the share of the domestic market in the world market is very low, heightened awareness caused by several information accidents, and the expansion of physical information industry's exports. The crucial point to note is the prospect that the domestic market will be led by its product market, but global market will be spearheaded by its service market. Consequently, to overcome current slump, it is need to establish market promotion strategies focused on fostering the information security service market which is higher value added than information security product market.

Recently, VoIP technology is being accepted as are the most promising Internet telephony service, due to the substitution effect of traditional telephony service. Two standards, i.e, . H.323 and SIP. have emerged for signaling and control for Intemet telephony, of which SIP provides far lower complexity and rich extensibility. It is important to secure components of SIP in order to develop various services. Generally, open source codes provide basic functions of SIP as well as complicated structure, but are difficult to extend. In this thesis, we focused on offering interface mechanism between application and SIP User Agent to easily extend for various VoIP services. This thesis describes what function is needed for SIP User Agent, how to define the internal data structure, and how to define the internal processing procedure. The check iist derived through participating the interoperability event for stabilized SIP User Agent is also suggested.

본 논문은 무선통신 환경에서 다양한 위치정보의 응용서비스인 위치기반서비스의 공통적인 기능을 가지는 지오코더 서비스를 설계하는 것이다. 위치기반서비스는 망이나 GPS 등의 측위기술을 이용하여 휴대 단말 등 사용자의 위치정보를 제공하는 것으로 최근 부가가치가 기대되는 서비스이다. 지오코더 서비스는 주소 등의 요청에 대해 X, Y, Z 등으로 표현되는 지리적 위치정보를 제공하는 서비스와 역으로 지리적 위치정보를 포함하는 요청에 대해 주소 등을 포함한 정규화 된 정보를 제공하는 역지오코더 서비스로 정의할 수 있다. 국내의 많은 웹 기반의 GIS 서비스들이 지형지물 등에 의해 지리적인 위치를 탐색하는 지오코딩 기능이 구현되어 있으나, 지리 정보에 대한 각각 서로 다른 인터페이스들이 사용되고 있어, 확장된 활용성에 한계를 가지고 있다. 특히, 무선통신 환경의 발전에 따른 효율적인 지리적 위치정보의 활용을 통한 다양한 위치기반서비스의 개발 및 활성화를 위하여 국제동향을 고려한 정규화 된 지오코더 서비스의 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 지리적 위치정보를 포함하고 있는 지오코더 서비스를 위하여 기술규격 범위와 요구기능 정의, 서비스를 위한 데이터의 정규화 및 인터페이스를 설계하여, 국내 무선통신 환경에서 다양한 위치기반서비스의 활용성을 높이기 위한 서비스 시스템 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 또한, 주소 정의에 있어서 국내 주소체계를 충분히 분석하여 구축하였다. 이는 본 연구자가 LBS 표준화 포럼을 통하여 작성 중인 '지오코더서비스 인터페이스 기술규격'을 수용한 것이다.적으로 분석하고, 지형정보의 체계적 관리를 위해 가장 필요한 해안습지 지형분류도를 작성하기 위해 가장 기초적인 단계인 해안습지 지형분류체계에 대한 국내외의 연구성과를 비교하여 시안을 작성 표준화를 위한 첫 단계 시도를 소개하였다.분석 결과는 문장, 그림 및 도표, 장 끝의 질문, 학생의 학습 활동 수 등이 $0.4{\sim}1.5$ 사이의 값으로 학생 참여를 적절히 유도하는 발견 지향적 인 것으로 조사되었다. 그러나 장의 요약은 본문 내용을 반복하는 내용으로 구성되었다. 이와 같이 공통과학 과목은 새로운 현대 사회에 부응하는 교과 목표와 체계를 지향하고 있지만 아직도 통합과학으로서의 내용과 체계를 완전히 갖추고 있지 못할 뿐만 아니라 현재 사용되고 있는 7종의 교과서가 교육 목표를 충분히 반영하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 교사의 역할이 더욱더 중요하게 되었다.괴리가 작아진다. 이 결과에 따르면 위탁증거금의 징수는 그 제도의 취지에 부합되고 있다. 다만 제도운용상의 이유이거나 혹은 우리나라 주식시장의 투자자들이 비합리적인 투자형태를 보임에 따라 그 정책적 효과는 때로 역기능적인 결과로 초래하였다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 연구결과를 통하여 최소한 주식시장(株式市場)에서 위탁증거금제도는 그 제도적 의의가 여전히 있다는 사실이 확인되었다. 또한 우리나라 주식시장에서 통상 과열투기 행위가 빈번히 일어나 주식시장을 교란시킴으로써 건전한 투자풍토조성에 저해된다는 저간의 우려가 매우 커왔으나 표본 기간동안에 대하여 실증분석을 한 결과 주식시장 전체적으로 볼 때 주가변

월드와이드웹(World Wide Web)의 발전과 더불어 지리정보시스템(GIS)은 웹사이트를 통한 공간 데이터의 접근에 대해 많은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 이러한 진보는 지리정보 산업이 단순한 공간자료 전달이 아닌 지식과 정보를 전달하는 새로운 단계로 성장한 것을 의미하며, 또한 공공의 목적뿐만 아니라 민간분야의 사업에 활용되어 부가가치를 높이는 계기가 되었다. 웹을 이용한 지리정보 유통에 대한 관심의 증가로 등장한 geoportal은 유럽의 여러 선진국과 미국 등에서 지역적 국가적 세계적인 범위의 공간정보 관리를 위하여 연구되고 있다. 본 연구는 유럽과 미국 등 기존의 통합유통체계에 대한 사례조사를 통해 우리의 geoportal 아키텍처를 제시하였다. 아키텍처는 Web portal, Web service, Data management를 구성요소로 하여 상호운용을 위한 미들웨어에 대해 논의한다.

This paper computes the economic impact of handset subsidies using the recent Input-Output Tables and compares the results with other alternatives which telecommunications companies can choose. The first scenario is that telecommunications companies give handset subsidies to consumers and sales agents. The second is that the companies do not give the subsidies to them, but instead spend the same amount of subsidy on facility investment. The third is that the companies lower the prices of their mobile communications services and consumers spend the saved expenses on other goods and services. The result is that the production, value added, import, job, employment inducement coefficients of the first scenario is larger than those of the second and third scenarios. The reason is as follows. The handset subsidy results in the incentive to consumers for handset purchase or the incentive for sales agents to sell the telecommunication services of the companies. The former has larger production and import inducement effect, and the latter also has larger value-added, job, and employment inducement effect than those of other scenarios.

Recently, as the development of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology becomes active, the demand for services which can electronically manage the history and location information of major trees, including trees for cultural heritage restoration and nurse trees, has been increased. This information has been managed by separated drawings and documents or storing its information into PDAs and then structuring data files through input and computation. But, these methods imply limitations in terms of its extensibility and scalability. This paper has designed and implemented an RFID based Tree History Information System (THIS) for cultural heritage restoration. The purpose of the proposed system is to support to be able to effectively and consistently manage historical information of major trees and improve working processes by implementing mobile RFID services through wireless Internet or Local Area Network (LAN) as mobile communication networks. Through implementation, it is confirmed that the proposed system can manage the historical information of major trees more effectively than conventional methods and also improve previous field working conditions.

Recently, the value of ICT-based medical devices, equipments, software and service development are is increased according to strengthening the convergence among ICT, medical technologies and services. This paper presents the new convergence business models by applying cloud service to medical industry. In order to develop the new convergence business models, we checked the validity and feasibility through analyzing the medical market environments such as medical data backup, medical regulation etc. and present the new convergence business models and the direction of commercial business models for customer acquisition, market expansion and competitiveness improvement. This study is to provide the guidelines for establishing the core capacity strengthening strategy and partnership cooperation strategy when we design a new convergence business models in various industrial fields.
