  • This paper describes a positioning system for ultra-precision that will be utilized in semiconductor manufacturing field and precision machinery. This system is composed with laser scale unit with 10nm resolution, ball screw with LM guide, brushless DC servo motor, vibration isolator and is equipped in chamber for continuous measuring environment. The dynamic of table, the problem of servo control and the traceability for micro step motion are described. These data will be applied for getting more stable system with 50nm resolution.

  • 최근 급증하고 있는 전자상거래에서의 소비자피해를 줄이고 거래의 신뢰성을 높이기 위한 수단으로 온라인 에스크로 서비스가 이용되고 있으며, 관련 법제의 개정을 통한 제도 도입이 추진되고 있다. 매매당사자간 물품과 대금의 지급을 보장하는 에스크로 서비스는 전자상거래 소비자피해를 예방하고 사후적 피해를 실질적으로 구제할 수 있는 효과적인 거래안전장치임에 틀림없다. 하지만 소비자보호 측면뿐만 아니라 전자상거래의 지속적인 발전을 위해서는 관련된 제도적 보완이 필요하다. 우선, 현재 추진 중에 있는 전자상거래소보법의 개정 또는 기타 법률의 형태로 에스크로 서비스의 제도적 가이드라인을 제시하기 위한 입법화가 요구되며, 둘째, 온라인 거래의 당사자들이 누구라도 언제든지 에스크로 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 에스크로 제도의 도입을 강제하되 그 이용 여부는 거래당사자간 교섭에 의해 결정토록 하는 방안을 고려해 볼 수 있다. 셋째, 안전한 대금지급을 위한 정보제공의 차원에서 에스크로 서비스의 이용에 관한 사항을 소비자가 알기 쉽도록 의무적으로 표시토록 하고, 넷째, 에스크로 서비스의 공신력 제고를 위해 에스크로 사업자의 자격에 관한 별도의 기준을 마련하여 규제하는 것이 바람직하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 가상 악기 시스템의 제작에 대하여 기술한다. 가상 악기 시스템은 (이하 VMS라 칭한다.) 가상의 악기를 연주하는 것을 컴퓨터를 이용하여 체험해 볼 수 있게 한다. 또한 멀티 터치가 가능한 지능형 인터페이스 플랫폼인 Touch-Face를 기반으로 동시의 여러 사용자가 악기를 연주 할 수 있도록 한다. Touch-Face에서의 터치를 인식하여 맨손의 손동작에 의해 상호작용을 구현한다. 이 시스템은 특히 별도의 디바이스나 콘솔을 필요로 하지 않고 시스템 내에 가이드창이 있어 사용자로 하여금 쉽게 따라 할 수 있게 하고, 어린이들을 대상으로 하여 실감나는 연주 체험을 할 수 있으며, 악기를 다루는데 보다 경제적이고 효율적으로 학습하는데 활용될 수 있다.

  • Safety management for building deconstruction works has been received extremely limited attention in the domestic construction society. Lack of systematic safety management practices and defective education system lead to the high level of fatality compared to that of advanced countries. Under the above domestic deconstruction environment, the authors intend to develope an integrated safety management guidelines that covers both mechanical and partial deconstruction works. Research outcome includes such specific educational materials as safety manual, checklists, pocket pamphlets, and e-manuals. Furthermore, to validate the applicability of the above materials, questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted. Detailed descriptions are provided for each research outcome.

  • Competition among local governments in a competitive global festival and the festival is going to become the intensify regional strategies as enabled by the improved local image production and has been a symbol of the festival and each municipality is competitive. Is required as a symbol for the symbol can be passed to the consumer in this situation differentiated festive images efficient communication studies on the character. When viewed as a symbolic sign for the character representation of activities for the festival, Can provide a logical framework that is distinct from the idea of a character who relies on intuition and the creative semiotics. In this research paper a semiotic analysis of the character and the character string to enhance communication efficiency concept, Festival effect, we analyzed the correlation of the local culture. Empirical analysis of consumer images, Shared on the basis of empirical results to the consumer means, the paper shows that the influence of each of the other factors is reflected in the character according to the signifier local cultural characteristics and a character region on the concept of a character form culture semiotics interpretation element influences the guidelines of the characters that may be produced.

Design method of Top-down fog screen (하향식 포그 스크린 설계 방법)

  • A fog screen consists of tiny water drops and the viewers see the image transmitted through the fog screen. In contrast to ordinary screens, the viewers can see the actors passing through the image on the fog screen on stage. In this paper, we describe methods to build a top-down fog screen where fog particles generated in top space fall by gravity forming a flat vertical screen. We use a fog generation technique in which fog particles come out of the water surface when ultrasound vibrators immersed in water tank vibrate. We describe how fog particles form a flat screen while coming out of the fog passage tunnel, by generating guiding winds beside the fog screen. This technique utilizes the principle that fog particles are generated on the surface of a water tank by an ultrasonic vibrator placed in a water tank. The technique of forming a guiding wind on both sides of the passage exit where the fog comes out and the design and manufacturing method of the fog screen generating device are described so that the generated fog group can maintain one plane.

  • Launching tube is a kind of case to protect the guided weapons from external environments and conducted as a guide when they are fired. The guided weapons have been firmly kept at the launching tube and transferred, and would be separated at the required time when they are fired To meet the aim, it has been used explosive bolts which are reliable and efficient mechanical fastening devices having the special feature of a built-in release. The disadvantage of explosive bolt lies in that it is based on the high explosive effect of a pyrotechnic charge. When the explosive bolt is ignited, there are some bad effects; a flame, fragments and pyro-shock. Because of these bad effects there are many restriction to use bolt as joining devices to precision guided weapons. To solve these problems, the aim of the present work is to invent the ball-type separation bolt which is a pyrotechnically releasable mechanical linking device for two mechanical elements that does not suffer from such drawbacks. A standard pressure cartridge can moreover be easily integrated inside the device according to the present work and this with no modification to its structure. The present work was represented quantitatively the margin of separation safety and analysed separation mechanism in ball type separating bolt to perform the dynamic separation test.

  • The life expectancy of people has been steadily extended due to the improvement of living standards and the development of medical technology. Besides, the low birth rate and long life expectancy decrease the youth population while the elderly population is steadily increasing. Many elderly people have enough time and financial allowance, and the interest in health care is increased all over society. There are also increasing numbers of elderly people who exercise lightly in the playgrounds and parks such as running and walking. Outdoor fitness equipment that can be easily seen in neighbourhood parks, public spaces, etc. can be good health promotion tools that can be easily accessed in the daily life of the elderly. Outdoor fitness equipment Description Signs require a design that takes into account the declining vision of older users. Proper design is also important for the prevention of safety accidents in use. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of the elderly about outdoor fitness exercise equipment sign system and to find the problem of recognition. To do this, we conduct user observation and interview surveys for the elderly. As a result, the emphasis of the caveat or problems with the size of the writing were pointed out, and it was necessary to explain the picture rather than the text. Also, there was a high demand for refraining from using foreign words, using universal words and including motor effects in signs. Based on the results of the user observation and interviews, we propose guidelines for the use of outdoor exercise equipment.

  • Recently the interest in secondary use of medical information has emerged. But the domestic legislation or guidelines, such as being able to say that already specialize in healthcare information, can be seen a 'national medical privacy guidelines'. However the guidelines have suggested that only a violation of privacy laws in the medical information, it does not defined clearly with respect to protected health information(PHI) for secondary use. In this paper, we learn the HIPAA(Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) Privacy Rule of the US legislation which provides a non-identifiable screen instructions for secondary utilization of medical information, domestic guidelines and other country's guidelines. comparing with the HIPAA, national medical privacy guidelines and the domestic studies, we propose a new domestic target non-identifying information suitable for the domestic field and present future research direction.
