안드로이드 환경은 디컴파일을 통해 개발자가 작성한 코드를 쉽게 획득할 수 있고, 해당 코드의 분석을 통해 유사 앱을 개발하거나 기능을 변조할 수 있다. 이러한 문제에 대응하기 위해 다양한 난독화, 안티 디버깅 기법을 개발하여 적용하고 있다. 하지만 해당 기법들은 충분한 시간과 노력을 투자한다면 분석 및 우회가 가능하므로 개발자는 분석을 원천적으로 막기보다 분석을 지연하는 목적으로 활용하고 있다. 안티 디버깅을 지원하는 대부분의 상용 SW 또한 이런 한계를 크게 벗어나지 않고 있으며 적용하는 안티 디버깅 기법의 종류와 수의 차이만 있다. 특히 기존의 연구는 안티 디버깅 기법의 우회에 집중하고 있으며 해당 연구는 분석을 위한 사전 단계의 개념이며 실제 분석 단계에서는 활용하지 못해 분석 효율을 올리지는 못한다. 본 연구에서는 분석의 관점에서 안티 디버깅을 무력화하고, 실제 분석 시 활용할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다.

The shuffle-exchange graph is known as a structure to perform the parallel algorithms like Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT), matrix multiplication and sorting. In this paper, the layout for the shuffle-exchange graph is described and this layout places emphasis on the placement of nodes that has the capability to have as small area as possible, have as a small number of crossings as possible, and have as short wires as possible. The algorithm corrdsponding these conditions is proposed and each evaluation factor and the placement of the N-node shuffle-exchange graph is performed with FORTRAN and BASIC program, and these results are calcualted.

2006년부터 시행 중인 「교통약자의 이동편의 증진법(교통약자법)」 제6조에 따라 교통약자의 이동편의증진을 위한 5년 단위 국가계획인 제4차 교통약자 이동편의 증진계획(2022~2026)이 수립 중에 있다. 2021년에 조사된 여객선의 기준적합 설치현황을 보면, '19~'20년 기준 여객선의 기준적합 설치율이 34.9%로 타 교통수단에 비해서 매우 낮은 설치율을 보이고 있다. 해양수산부에서는 2000년부터 연안여객선의 교통약자 이동편의시설 설치를 통한 장애인 노약자 등 교통약자의 이동편의 증진을 위해, 연안여객선 교통약자 이동편의시설 설치 지원 사업을 진행 중에 있으나, 여객선의 구조적 특성으로 인한 이동편의 개선의 한계로 인해 획기적 개선은 이루어지지 않고 있다. 본 발표에서는 제4차 교통약자 이동편의 증진계획 수립을 위해 해양 교통수단의 특성, 이용 만족도 및 선박의 안전성 등을 고려한 여객선 교통약자 이동편의 증진 대책을 소개하고자 한다.

해양정보의 디지털화, e-Navigation 개념의 해양서비스 개발, 차세대 전자해도 도입, 자율운항선박 기술 개발 등 해양 분야의 주요 이슈에 대응하여 핵심 항해안전지원 시설인 항로표지 역할 변화가 요구되고 있다. 특히 국제항로표협회(IALA)의 해양자원명(MRN) 지침과 항로표지 정보교환 표준(S-201) 개발을 통해 항로표지 정보의 디지털화와 정보 서비스화를 강조하고 있으며, e-Navigation 개념의 해양 서비스 개발을 논의 중이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 항로표지 정보시스템 현황을 분석하고, 국가 연구개발 사업으로 추진 중인 스마트 항로표지 및 정보협력 시스템의 구조를 분석하였다. 또한 항로표지 기본 및 수집정보를 이용한 항로표지 정보 서비스 종류를 식별하고 서비스 운영개념을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 항로표지 정보 서비스 운영개념에 따라 항로표지 정보 서비스 센터 구축 및 국제 정보표준 개발 활동이 추진되어야 할 것으로 사료 된다.

빠르게 변화하는 해양 교통 환경은 항상 선박과 관련 산업 종사자 등의 안전을 위협하고 있다. 특히나 선박의 안전하고 효율적인 접이안을 지원하는 약 300여 명의 도선사와 70여 척의 도선선은 안전 운항의 최전방에 배치되어 있으며 관련 사고가 발생할 시 타 사고에 비해 그 피해가 극심하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내외의 과거 도선선 충돌 사고 사례를 분석하고 이를 안전 문화의 관점을 통해 바라보면서 미래의 안전 도선 환경 마련을 위한 대응책을 모색하였다.

국제항로표지협회는 항로표지 정보교환과 해양자원의 디지털화를 위해 국제표준을 개발한 바 있으며, 해양정보의 공유와 서비스 제공을 위해 해양서비스 표준개발에 협력하고 있다. 해양수산부는 미래 해상교통 환경변화에 선제적 대응을 위해 스마트 항로표지 고도화 및 정보협력시스템 개발에 관한 연구개발 사업을 수행 중이며, 항로표지 정보협력시스템 실증에 관한 연구성과를 기반으로 항로표지 정보서비스 센터를 구축할 계획이다. 항로표지 정보서비스 센터는 항로표지 기본 정적정보 관리, 항로표지 상태와 영상, 해양기상에 동적(실시간)정보관리, 항로표지 신서비스 운영 및 제공이라는 핵심 기능을 가지며, 향후 항로표지 및 연계정보의 체계적인 관리를 통한 항로표지 관리지원, 정보공유 및 신서비스 제공이 기대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 항로표지 정보서비스 센터의 핵심 기능과 추진 계획을 기술하였으며, 관련 연구개발 사업의 진행과 함께 항로표지 관리 운영 및 서비스 이용자 그룹과의 긴밀한 협의를 거쳐 항로표지 정보서비스 센터의 기능과 구성을 구체화해 나갈 계획이다.

국방부와 각 군은 1970년대 말부터 장교자력표 전산화를 시작하여 군별, 인사기능별로 정보화를 추진하였고 1990년대 중반에 현재의 수준으로 업그레이드하여 운영하고 있다. 그러나 인사정보화는 종합적인 Master-plan도 없이 각 군 본부 실무자의 단위업무를 지원하기 위한 응용프로그램 위주로 개발됨에 따라 국방차원에서는 중복개발, 예산낭비, 기관별/기능별 상호 운용성 결여 등의 많은 문제점이 노출되었다. 본 논문의 연구방법은 군 인사체계의 현실태를 분석하여 문제점 및 개선방향을 도출하고 이를 기초로 새로 구축할 국방인사정보체계의 모델과 정보화 전략을 제시하고자 한다.

Jeju soybean industry is not competitive in areas of food-safety, quality, price, and bargaining power. Also, the processing products of soybean are simply-processed product. They are short of diversified product. The size of processing company is very small. The purpose of this study is to review and suggest programs for the construction and management of a network among farmhouseholds, agricultural cooperatives, manufacturing companies, related research institutes, and the local government, which are integrated vertically, horizontally and systematically. Jeju soybean cluster consists of production system, research & development system, industrial-support system, practical technology-support system, and center of operation. This system will help farmers get stable sales market & income. Also, It will help farmers produce the production of environment-friendly agricultural raw products.

The objective of this research is to find out antecedents and consequences that would affect franchisee's fairness in a franchise system. The factors of antecedents include support, reward and communication, and those of consequences consist of commitment and profit. With a survey of the 120 stores of N franchise, the country's outstanding food service company, the results of structural equation model show that support and reward in its headquarters scheme had an effect on distributive fairness in franchisee's fairness sense, but did not influence procedural fairness. However, communication affected both distributive fairness and procedural fairness. On the other hand, distributive fairness and procedural fairness impacted relationship of a franchise system and commitment in variables. And only distributive fairness influenced profit.

Korea's experiences in the use and development of nuclear energy are recognized as a successful model as a developing country in the international nuclear community. With these experiences, Korea is able to contribute to the progress of Korean nuclear industry and international society as a nuclear advanced country. This paper reviews and analyzes the current situation and major issues in securing the international legal status of RCA Regional Office hosted by Korean Government since 2002. In this connection, major political environments and relevant issues in facilitating the revision of RCA Agreement and securing legal status of the RCARO are also investigated. It is essential to amend the 1987 RCA Agreement or to conclude the its supplementary agreement for the securing of the international legal status of RCA Regional Office at the RCA policy meeting prior to extension of the agreement in 2017 and after. It is recommended for the Korean Government to establish and operate the inter-ministry governmental task force teams to facilitate and support the required actions in the national and diplomatic actions in the regional level for the sustainable development of the RCA and RCA Regional Office.
