  • Supply of electric power and electricity safety for whole system and network are essential element. Electricity safety technology need rating for product and research about certification as product development that is done cotton flannel mixed with development of u-IT technology consists. Study on serve to develop electricity safety integration supervision system to apply product to u-City electric power appliance and cotton flannel mixed of u-IT appliance, Connection badness sensing instrument made device built-in electric power IT cotton flannel mixed in outlet that is used most in electric power appliance terminal. Using sensor on ZigBee, RFID performance estimation of communication and module for remote safety check of electricity safety integration supervision system. A performance experiment and estimation in PD, Arc detection diagnosis system and certification KS, electricity safety about product that get fitness finding.

The Development and Effect of Convergence Fundamental Nursing Program with Empowering Vocational Basic Competencies (직업기초능력강화 융복합 기본간호 프로그램의 개발 및 효과평가)

  • This study to examine the effects of the convergence fundamental nursing program on nursing students' communication competence, interpersonal relationship, and compassion. One-group pretest-posttest design was used. The data were collected from 40 students in the second grade who took the fundamental nursing and fundamental nursing practice. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and paired t-test. As a result, it was significantly found that communication competence(t=-3.452, p=.001), understanding of interpersonal relationship(t=-5.405, p=<.001) and compassion(t=-7.226, p=<.001). The results of this study suggest that convergence fundamental nursing program of nursing students can contribute to nursing job competency improvement and necessity to apply them various major subjects.

  • Shape memory alloy has been used to improve the tensile strength of composite by the occurrence of compressive residual stress in matrix using its shape memory effect. In order to fabricate shape memory alloy composite, TiNi alloy and A16061 were used as reinforcing material and mix, respectively. In this study, TiNi/A16061 shape memory alloy composite was made by using hot press method. However, the specimen fabricated by this method had the bonding problem at the boundary between TiNi fiber and Al matrix when the load was applied to it. A cold rolling was imposed to the specimen to improve the bonding effect. It was found that tensile strength of specimen subjected to cold rolling was more increased than that of specimen which did not underwent cold rolling. In addition, acoustic emission technique was used to quantify the microscopic damage behavior of cold rolled TiNi/A16061 shape memory alloy composite at high temperature.

  • The problem of delamination of composite tubes by impact has been acknowledged in aerospace and automobile industry. Non-destructive testing(NDT) methods in composite material structure are important to evaluate reliability of composite structure. There are many kinds of NDT methods which can detect the inside defect of the composite material such as Infrared Thermography(IRT). Infrared thermal imaging of object is different from that of a defect, in heated composite tubes with an internal defect, and then location and size of a defect can be measured by the analysis of thermal imaging pattern. In this study, Lock-in Infrared thermography detect internal defects of Impacted composite tubes by the inspection of infrared lay radiated from the surface of composite tubes.

Studies on Fabrics woven with Silk/Polyester Compound Yarn (고치와 폴리에스텔 복합사 직물의 시직)

  • This study was carried out investigate the characteristics of Habutae and Chiffon woven with silk and polyester(S/P) compound yarn. The S/P compound yarn could be produced by the automatic reeling machine with attachment of air jetting device, polyester yarn guider and tension control apparatus. The surface structure, tensile property and dyeing fastness of S/P compound fabric were examined for the fabric properties. Electron microscopy revealed that most part of S/P compound yarn was well interlaced and some silk part of compound yarn were hidden by polyester on an examination of surface of chiffon fabric. By the one bath and two step dyeing of disperse and acidic dyes, the colour fastness of S/P compound fabrics were 4 grade above. The tenacity and initial modulus of the finished S/P compound fabric were lower than those of grey and degummed fabrics, but reversed in elongation.

  • Demand for Sea & Air intermodal transport has increased between north-China costal cities and Incheon since China's international airline network was not established completely. It will be big opportunity for Incheon to be logistics hub of Sea & Air intermodal transport in the north-east Asia, musing large sea-air cargoes to be transferred at the port of Incheon. Therefore, this study aims to propose competitive strategy on Sea & Air intermodal transport system of Incheon. In this analysis results, this paper shows that sea & air cargoes rather from china to U.S. than from China to Europe is very significant, considering geographically for Incheon and is also devote to not only providing high quality services but also activating RFS(Road Feeder Service) system, enlarging toward Shanghai, Weihai, and Yantai.

  • An addressable conducting network (ACN) makes it possible to monitor the condition of a structure using the electrical resistance between electrodes on the surface of a carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP) structure. To improve the damage detection reliability of the ACN, the contact resistances between the electrodes and CFRP laminates needs to be minimized. In this study, silver nanoparticle electrodes were fabricated via printed electronics techniques on a CFRP composite. The contact resistance between the silver electrodes and CFRP were measured with respect to various fabrication conditions such as the sintering temperature of the silver nano-ink and the surface roughness of the CFRP laminates. The interfaces between the silver electrode and carbon fibers were observed using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). Based on this study, it was found that the lowest contact resistance of $0.3664{\Omega}$ could be achieved when the sintering temperature of the silver nano-ink and surface roughness were $120^{\circ}C$ and 0.230 a, respectively.

Studies on the compound spun silk and its fabrics (복합견방사 및 그 제품개발에 관한 연구)

  • In this study several kinds of spun silk yarn-synthetic filament compounded yarn was manufactured, and several fabrics woven from above mentioned silk compound yarn for evaluation of serviceability as clothing materials. The following results were obtained: 1. Degumming agents are in the order of sodium silicate, sodium hydroxide, sodium carbornate, soap and water. 2. When the concentration of sodium hydroxide is exceeded 3%, degradation of floss silk property is resulted because of excessive dissolving out of silk protein. 3. Degumming effect is much improved by concentration of degumming agent and less by its treating time. 4. Simultaneous application of more the 2 kinds of degumming agent is desirable for improvement of floss silk. 5. Application of natural organic acid brings very good results in keeping original scooping and color of the silk. 6. Load and elongation it increased by compound with synthetic filament yarn. 7. Even the evenness of compound yarn is largely dependent on the quality of floss silk and extent of degumming, the C.V.% of silk compound yarn in the experiment was 8-12%. 8. Single bath dyeing technique was impossible for their cloth, and dyeing was performed in 2 bath system separately for silk and synthetic fiber. 9. Shrinkage ratio due to the dyeing of fabric was 23% in case of polyester and spun silk fabric. 10. The final woven cloth can be applicable to (a) Blouse in care of thin cloth (compound silk fabric) (b) Korean costume for women in case of thick cloth. (compound hand spun silk fabric)

Analysis of Composite Response Based on Microstructure Details (복합재료의 미시특성에 따른 기계적 특성해석)

  • Present investigation shows the analysis results for ceramic reinforced metal matrix composite under uniaxial transverse tensile loading. The resulting deformation, the projected damage type, and stress-strain behavior were computed depending on microstructure details such as the type of periodic reinforcement array, and the type of interface bonding. A two-dimensional finite element analysis was conducted based on the unit-cell of square, hexagonal, or diagonal periodic away For composite with strong interface bonding, the transverse stress vs. strain curve was generally increased with the increase of the ceramic volume fraction. For the composite with weakly bonded interface, however, the transverse stress vs. strain curve was reduced against the ceramic volume fraction. The decrease was caused by the interface debonding-induced stiffness reduction of the composite. For the composite of weakly bonded interface, the relative reduction rate in the final limit stress for hexagonal array was larger than that for square array. Outcome of the present study was compared favorably with the published literature data.

Effect of Commercial Multi-Emulsifiers on Rheological Properties of Cake Flour (상업용 복합유화제가 박력분의 물성에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was carried out to evaluate the rheological properties of cake flour with 3% of commercial multi-emulsifiers(P company, W company, O company) based on flour. Rheological properties were analyzed by Falling number, RVA, Alveograph and Farinograph. In Falling number, viscosity of cake flour with multi-emulsifiers was increased. In RVA, initial pasting temperature was increased by adding multi-emulsifier except for W company. and peak viscosity, final viscosity and setback were increased but breakdown was decreased. In Alveogram, P and P/L value were decreased but L and G value were increased. In Farinogram, water absorption was decreased but dough development time was increased and stability was increased except for P company.
