Interference Signal Control using Neural Network in Digital Mobile Communication (이동 무선 통신에서 신경망을 이용한 간섭 신호 제어)

  • In this paper, a back propagation neural network teaming algorithm based on the complex multilyer perceptron is represented for suppressing narrowband interference of the received signals in DS-SS mobile communication system. We proposed neural network adaptive correlator(NNAC) which has fast convergence rate and good performance with combining back propagation neural network and the receiver of DS-SS. We analyzed and proved that NNAC has lower bit error probability than that of traditional RAKE receiver through results of computer simulation in the presence of the tone and narrow-band interference and the co-channel interference.

  • In this paper, a composite controller cosisted of bandpass feedback controller and LQG/LTR controller is applied to a quarter-car model moving on a randomly profiled road. The LQG/LTR controller is used to achieve a design transfer toop. A bandpass feedback controller is adopted to eliminate the response due to the disturbance, which generally can not be measured, confined within an interested frequence range. The random road profile considered as colored noise is shaped from white noise by use of shaping filter. The performance of the composite control system is compared with that of an LQG/LTR control system.

  • 세계적인 에너지 전환 흐름을 기반한 깨끗하고 안전한 에너지공급을 위해 석탄, 원전을 감축하고 재생에너지의 확대와 에너지 다소비 구조를 선진국형 에너지 고효율, 저소비로 전환며, 분산형 에너지 시스템을 확대에 따라 다양한 에너지 운영환경이 형성. 이에 맞게 새로운 운영방식의 융복합 모델 개발의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 융복합 모델의 효율적 운영을 위해서는 발전시스템의 요소별 운전 정보를 수집, 분석하여 제어할 수 있는 능동형 제어가 필요하다. 본 문에서는 태양광발전(PV)을 연계한 ESS(Energy Strorage System)의 효율적인 전력제어를 위한 PMS를 개발하여 성능 검증하고자 한다.

  • 농업 생산시설의 환경제어장치를 one chip microcomputer를 사용하여 설계, 제작하였으며 실시간 복합 제어 기능을 수행할 수 있는 운영 프로그램을 개발하였다. 제어 장치의 microcomputer 는 6 개의 analog input 선을 포함하여 45 개의 입.출력선을 가진 8 bit microcomputer chip을 사용하였다. 농업환경인 온도, 습도, 조도는 센서를 직접 접속하여 계측 할 수 있도록 계측 module을 포함시켰다. (중략)

  • Attitude Control System for a Hydrofoil type catamaran in wave is designed using a Decentralized Adaptive Control technique which is announced already by authors. This automatic attitude control system is designed for its good seaworthiness and for robustness on the variation of center of gravity. The performance is compared with a PID controller and the results show that the Decentralized Adaptive controller has better stability on the variation of the center of gravity.

  • 나노입자의 제조 및 성장제어와 열 및 물질전달과 에어로솔 공학분야의 연구에 주력하고 있는 최만수 교수(44세). 최근에는 나노입자의 융합속도를 제어하는 새로운 나노입자 성장제어 기술을 개발해 학계의 관심을 모으고 있다. 최교수는 앞으로 융합촉진을 이용하는 나노입자 제어기술을 복합나노입자를 포함한 여러 다양한 나노입자의 제조와 나노물질의 제조에 응용해 나갈 것이며 이론적 모델리의 개발도 병행해 나갈 계획이다.

  • This paper presents an electronic ballast using a novel complex modulation method for the metal halide lamp. The proposed modulation method, which has a modulating signal of swept complex frequency, can eliminate the acoustic resonance more effectively than the conventional modulation method, which has a modulating signal of constant frequency. For the purpose of future application specific integrated circuits (ASIC). the controller of the proposed ballast has been designed only with erasable programmable logic devices (EPLDs), but without a microprocessor. In this paper, detailed proposed modulation schemes are described and experimental results on the proto type 150W metal halide lamp ballast with the proposed modulation method ate discussed.

  • In this paper, a hybrid mass damper using AC-servomotor was designed and developed in order to reduce vibration levels of a 5-story test structure under base excitation. Control performances of the HMD under random and earthquakes excitations are compared with those of TMD through experimental test. It is confirmed that the HMD is more effective to reduce the vibration levels of the test structure especially for the earthquake excitation which excites more than 2 vibration modes of the structure simultaneously.

  • The attitude control, station keeping and wheel off-loading at GEO-KOMPSAT-2 are realized by thrusters firings. Thrusters 1, 2 and 3 are mounted on the same axis as the solar array, which generates the plume disturbance largely. Therefore the effect of plume disturbance should be analyzed from satellite design phase. In this paper, we described the calculation method of plume disturbance and analyzed the plume disturbance of thruster 1,2 and 3 using GEO-KOMPSAT-2 initial configuration.

Vibration Control System Design of Composite Shell by Profile Optimization of PVDF film (PVDF 필름 형상최적화에 의한 복합재료 쉘의 진동제어 시스템 설계)

  • The active vibration control of laminated composite shell has been performed with the optimized sensor/actuator system. PVDF film is used fur the material of sensor/actuator. Finite element method is utilized to model the whole structure including the piezoelectric sensor/actuator system, The distributed selective modal sensor/actuator system is established to prevent the adverse effect of spillover. In the finite element discretization process, the nine-node shell element with five nodal degrees of freedoms is used. Electrode patterns and lamination angles of sensor/actuator are optimized using genetic algorithm. Sensor is designed to minimize the observation spillover, and actuator is designed to minimize the system energy of the control modes under a given initial condition. Modal sensor/actuator profiles are optimized for the first and the second modes suppression of singly curved cantilevered composite shell structure. Discrete LQG method is used as a control law. The real time vibration control with profile optimized sensor/actuator system has been performed. Experimental result shows successful performance of the integrated structure for the active vibration control.
