A Hybrid Product Design System for Financial Product Factory (금융 프로덕트팩토리를 위한 복합상품 설계시스템의 개발)

  • Product factory is a real-time financial product design system for the Internet customers. The hybrid product is a product taking combined characteristics of two different products. Hybrid product factory is a product factory that designs hybrid products from two different products based on both business rules and customer requirements. Though the importance of product factory is emphasized in the industry, there has not been much research peformed regarding product factory. In this research, we developed a product factory system that designs hybrid products. To design a hybrid product, it is necessary to have a method to combine attributes and values of two different products, and a method to control the combining operations to properly reflect business requirements. In this research, we developed low different combining operators and business rule representations. rn addition, to prove the effectiveness of this methods, we implemented a prototypical system and demonstrated on cases regarding financial loan products.

Simple Solution for Multi-commodity Transportation Problem (복합상품 운송 문제의 간단한 해법)

  • This paper proposes a heuristic optimal solution of multicommodity transportation problem. The proposed algorithm has 3 steps. First the proposed algorithm transforms multicommodity transshipment problem to a general transportation problem, but if the problem is a multicommodity transportation problem, it is not transformed. And the multicommodity is disassembled to a single commodity. Second if it is a multicommodity transportation problem, the algorithm selects the minimum cost according to commodity, on the other hand if it is a multicommodity transshipment problem, the algorithm directly selects the minimum cost based on demand area. And the algorithm assigns carloadings to be satisfied the supply and demand quantity. The algorithm repeats these processes until a given demand quantity is satisfied. Last if it has a condition that is able to reduce the transportation expense, the proposed algorithm controls the assignment quantity of the initial value that got from the step 2. The proposed algorithm was applied to two multicommodity transportation problem and three multicommodity transshipment problem and it got more good result than an existing linear programming method.

  • 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 유동 소비자가 서비스의 유동성을 보장받을 수 있는 지능형 여행정보서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 유비쿼터스 환경에서 여행자가 필요로 하는 정보획득을 돕기 위해 다양한 상품제안, 그 상품들 간의 연계를 통한 맞춤제안을 목적으로 설계되었다 여행정보시스템에 연관된 상품들은 호텔, 비행사, 자동차, 여행지 정보, 음식점 및 Business Trip 등이다. 따라서 여행자의 요구 및 상황의 변화에 맞게 연관상품의 Schedule 맞춤을 위한 지능형 여행 최적정보시스템의 연구가 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 Traveling Service 지원을 위해 첫째 여행자의 요구에 따른 단일상품의 복합상품화(Product bundling)를 위한 방법론을 제안하였다. 둘째, 복합상품을 구성하기 위해 필수적인, 개별정보시스템에 이질적인 형태로 저장되어있는 단일상품에 대한 정보를 공유하기 위해, 여행상품과 온톨로지의 구축이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 OWL 기반의 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 온톨로지 기반의 여행정보시스템은 향후 시맨틱 웹서비 기반의 지능형 여행정보시스템 구축을 위한 초석으로 활요될 것이다.

  • In this research, we are suggesting intelligent information system fur traveling which is focusing on product bundling and integration of information from various resources on ubiquitous computing environment. It is necessary for products structure to easily integrate according to customers' requirements because traveling product is integrated by various traveling resources like airline, hotel reservation, and so on. To guarantee of traveler's mobility in ubiquitous computing environment, we need product bundling and modification process to configure products and semantic web service which supports ontology based traveling information system to support immediate integrating of traveling information from various resources. In this research, we offer a product bundling and integration of information. It is based on the semantic web service, with several components (single products) to reconfigure a bundle of traveling products.

  • There are crafts industry has a complex nature of the artistic and cultural features. Artistic features are deemed to be areas of strong artistic personalities of the artistic and intellectually formative activities that embody creative ideas. Crafts and cultural features of the culture industry "creates" are as that meet the essential needs of human being sand has been used on part of cultural goods industry. Cultural industry crafts cultural products in terms of culture and traditional craft industry is tinge creativity to express ethnic uniqueness production is intended to study the part of the surge in demand by examining income levels and cultural life of modern man. In this study, we investigate the status of the craft industry for cultural goods. Based on this study of what is likely a problem with the craft industry and research, we propose away to melt complex ways.

Study concerning the survey scope of the product for the Application of the U.S. Antidumping Law (미국반덤핑법 적용을 위한 상품의 조사범위에 관한 연구)

  • Having ahead the Korea-US FfA come into effect by beginning of the 2012, the interest to U.S. trade law has been highly increased. The abuse of U.S. antidumping measures, especially, have been alleged by many developed countries, that's why it need to be studied. For initiating antidumping investigation, the scope of "subject merchandise" has to be determinated. But there is no regulation about the term "subject merchandise(or product under consideration)" on WTO Antidumping Agreement as well as U.S. Antidumping Law. U.S. antidumping law defines domestic like product as "a product that is like, or in the absence of like, most similar in characteristics and uses with, the article subject to an investigation under this title". Thus, the reference point from which the like product analysis begins is "the article subject to an investigation". The Department of Commerce should interpret the subject merchandise in accordance with customary rules, beginning with its ordinary meaning. The note of caution is that the DOC generally exercises 'broad discretion to define and clarify the scope of an antidumping investigation in a manner which reflects the intent of the petition. This paper investigates the survey scope of product in U.S. antidumping law through related regulations and cases. In addition, it was carefully examined because the scope of subject merchandise has effect on antidumping duty order.

  • 기존 바다낚시공원을 비롯한 바다낚시시설은 이용률 저조, 연계 프로그램 및 관광상품 부족, 편의시설이나 숙박시설 등 부대시설 부족 등으로 인해 바다낚시를 중심으로 증가하는 해양레저의 수요에 대응하지 못하고 있다. 따라서 바다낚시 및 해양레저 수요에 대응하여 가족이 즐기고 힐링할 수 있는 낚시복합타운의 조성이 필요하며 이에 본 연구는 국내 해양레저복합공간의 사례분석을 바탕으로 낚시복합타운 개념을 정립하고 낚시복합타운의 유형을 분류한 다음 유형별 시설구성안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • 본 연구는 대형 유통상업시절에 멀티플렉스 영화관등 잡객시절을 복합개발에 따른 효과를 분석하는데 중점을 두었다. 국내외 문헌연구자료와 실제 사례시절 고객조사를 통한 실증분석을 하여 잡객시절의 효과를 규명함으로서 복합유통상업시절의 개발전략에 적용할 수 있는 전략요인들을 파악하였다. 향후 복합유통상업시절을 개발하는 경우 상권특성을 물론 개발시절의 목표객층과 상품특성 등을 면밀하게 분석하여 잡객시절의 복합여부 및 적절한 시설선택이 이루어져야 할 것이다.
