20세기 막바지에 들어 서면서 21세기를 바라보는 정보화사회는 어떠한 과학기술의발전을 필요로 하는 것일까? $10^{12}$ 집적도, $10^{-8}$cm 원자공간, $10^{-12}$-$10^{-15}$ 초등 시간대역에 대한 도전과[ 테라바이트 메모리], [테라바이트 컴퓨터], [테라비트 광통신] 등을 앞세우면서 고속화, 대용량화, 초미세화, 다기능화, 고기능화, 지능화를 지향하는 미래 정보통신 기술 실용화를 위하여서는 어떠한 성질의 신소재들이 개발되어야 할 것인가? [20세기 전자시대] 의 대표적 정보운반자인 [전자] 에 대한 연구는 21세기에는 어떻게 전개될 것인가? 새로운 정보운반자로서 부상하고 있는 [광자],[뉴런],[생체분자]등에 대한 연구는 어떠한 방향으로 전개될 것인가? 신개념의 정보통신 기술을 구체적으로 실용화 하기 위하여 연구되어야 할 신소재는 어떻게 전개되어야 할 것인가\ulcorner 초미세구조, 양자효과, 비선형효과, 원자가공, 원자조작, 인공신소재, 초격자 지능신소재, 초전도 유기물, 분자, 광논리, 광신경망, 생체노리, 생체컴퓨터등 신개념의 창출로부터 비롯해서 의료, 복지, 장애. 기후. 환경. 지각.해양. 항공. 우주에 이르는 다차원적 통신과 지능형 정보를 가능케 하는 신소재 연구의 조건들과 그에 따른 도전을 전망해 본다.에 따른 도전을 전망해 본다.

The analysis was conducted for studying the degree of internet addiction and the difference between addicted group and non-addicted group based on usage time. The target group is consisted of 30 people who receive the training at home. The purpose of this training is to reduce digital divide for the disabled with reduced mobility. As a result, the typical user group, less than the 31-point appeared as 4 cases, the potentially dangerous user I group, from 31 to 54 points appeared as 25 cases, the potentially dangerous user II group, from the 54-67 points appeared as only one person. However, there was no game addiction case, more than 67 points. In addition, there was no significant difference in impulsivity and aggression between the high-risk group of 9 persons using internet more than 2.7 hours and the typical user group of 21 persons with less risk. From the result, there are two possibilities. On the one hand, an increase of the usage time for the disabled might not lead to addiction. Or, on the other hand, a measure of addiction for non-disabled might not suitable for the disabled addiction examination.

본 연구는 첫째, 정보통신기술의 발달이 시각장애인 복지 증진에 미칠 수 있는 가능성에 대한 이론적인 부분을 고찰하였다. 둘째, 우리나라 시각장애인 정보화의 문제점과 해결책을 도출하였고 셋째, 시각장애 사용자를 위한 전자상거래 인터페이스 디자인의 분석 및 설계를 통해 전자상거래에서 시각장애 사용자들이 큰 제약없이 사용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 현재 시각장애인들의 웹 사용을 보면 시각장애 전용 S/W의 보조 하에 사용을 하고 있다. 그러한 보조 도구의 실정에 맞도록 텍스트 버전 및 Non-Frame버전, Alt-Text 옵션, 캡션 등을 넣어 접근성을 확보하고 인터넷을 큰 제약을 받지않고 이용할 수 있도록 웹 페이지의 설계가 필요한 실정이다. 이를 위하여 먼저 시각장애에 대한 개념과 원인 및 종류 그리고 특성을 통해 시각장애인에 대한 이론적 배경을 파악하였다. 그리고 시각장애인의 정보화 환경과 이용 현황과 시각장애인의 정보 접근을 제도적, 기기 및 소프트웨어 개발 측면에서 분석을 하였고, 장애인을 위한 정보통신기술 중 대표적인 사례를 검토해 보았다. 다음으로 국내외의 대표적인 전자상거래 사이트에서의 인터페이스를 화면구성(Layout), 텍스트(Text), 그래픽(Graphic), 멀티미디어(MultiMedia) 측면에서 분석을 하였다. 분석한 내용을 바탕으로 시각장애 사용자의 입력(User Input) 부분을 고려한 인터페이스 방향을 제시하고 프로토타입을 개발하여 시험 대상 사이트와의 만족도를 시각장애 사용자를 통해 비교 ·분석하였다. 결론부분에서는 정보불평등을 해소하고, 정보통신기술이 장애인의 복지향상에 기여하도록 하기 위해 전자상거래 싸이트에서의 시각 장애인들을 위한 방향을 제시하고자 한다.박의 표현, 등록 및 색인방법 (c) 공급 선박의 분류와 표현 방법 (d) 에이전트의 정보 수집을 위한 메시지 표현 방법 (e) 수집된 선박정보의 데이터베이스 저장 표현방법 (f) 요구 선박을 찾아주는 정보제공 서비스가 요구된다.동을 보여 조사대상 5호분, 6호분, 7호분, 중 가장 심한 거동을 보이고 있다. 이는 고분 벽돌의 깨짐이 6호분이 가장 심하다는 사실과 무관하지 않은 것으로 판단된다. 봉분내부의 토양층구조에 대한 지오레이다 영상단면을 분석한 결과 무령왕릉 연도상부의 누수지방지층이 심하게 균열되어 있음을 발견하였다. 이 곳은 고분내부로 직접누수가 발생하는 곳이다. 직접누수와 지하수 형태로 유입된 침투수는 고분군 주위의 지반의 함수비를 증가시켜 지반의 지지력을 약화시키고 또한 고분내로 서서히 유입되어 고분내부의 습도를 100%로 유지시키는 주된 원인이다. 이러한 높은 습도는 고분내의 남조류의 번식을 가져왔으며 남조류의 번식은 현재 6호분이 가장 심각하고 7호분이 우려되는 수준이며 5호분은 문제가 없는 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 고분군의 발굴후 인위적인 환경변화와 지속적인 강우침투 및 배수 불량의 영향은 고분군의 안정성에 상당한 위험을 초래하였으며, 현 상태는 각 고분에 대한 보강이 불가피한 것으로 판단된다. 고분 벽돌의 깨짐, 고분 벽체의 거동, 조류의 서식등을 포함하여 송산리 고분군에서 발생되고 있는 보존상의 제반 문제점들을 일차적으로 누수 및 침투수에 의한 결과이다. 그러므로 무엇보다도 고분군 내부 및 고분 주변으로의 강우 및 지하수 침투를 막는 차수 대책이 시급한 것으로 판단된다. 또한 이미 발생한 변위가 더 이상 진행되지 않도록 하중을 경감하고 토압의 균형을 이루는 보강대책이 시급한 실정이다. 고분군

ICT environment to the survey released by the Bureau of Statistics 2012 Household Finance. The purpose of this study is to analyse on the internet use of Korean older adults focused on their socioeconomic characteristics. For this study, data were collected through the face to face interview with aged over 60 using a questionnaire for the residence of Daegu and Kyungsang Buk-Do areas. Subjects were divided into socioeconomic characteristics such as gender, education level, economic level, religion, and life satisfaction. The data were analysed the elderly's internet use such as frequency of internet access, motivation of internet use, utilization of internet, and usefulness of internet based on their socioeconomic characteristics. The results of this empirical study revealed that there exist a significant differences between internet use and socioeconomic characteristics in elderly people. It is hoped that the results of this study provide an essential data for developing the policy of the elderly's digital divide and welfare.

This study generated the suggestions to minimize the duplicated cultural programs offered by various regional public service institutions via promoting effective collaboration among the institutions with the limited local resources while making the public libraries as the center of the partnership. We measured the level of program duplicability; conducted statistical analysis of the cultural program offering; and analyzed program participation status as well as the participation surveys. This led to the following results: 1) public libraries focused on offering humanities general education related programs; 2) participants had high expectations on the reading and writing programs; and 3) social welfare organizations offered programs, which targeted the older population, and the corresponding participants had high satisfaction rate. According to the results, the institutions including the public libraries should take into account of the ages and preferences of the potential participants when offering various programs. In addition, the public libraries should continue to offer humanities general education as well as information use programs.

The digital divide has become an important social issue in the two waves of informatization and aging society. This study is to comprehensively examine various theoretical approaches and discussions on the mechanisms of the digital divide and to synthetically understand the features of the digital divide in old age. This study examines 1) four theoretical approaches on the mechanisms of digital divide among people in general, 2) three theoretical perspectives and six specific explanations on the digital divide in old age, and 3) five controversial features and concepts of the digital divide in old age. Consequently, this study suggests the need for a comprehensive approach to the multi-dimensional digital divide in old age and more attention to the digital divide in old age in terms of individual well-being and social inequalities. Further implications and limitations are discussed.

A communication is one of the most important factors for the human beings. Therefore, people who have some problems in communication need an Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC) intervention to live in the human societies and several AAC systems have been developed to help the people. Lately, smart-phone is widely used to people as a communication device which can connect between persons. It can provide many useful methods and Apps to the user. If the AAC system is unified to the smart-phone, it is very effective device to the people with disabled because they can reduce the excessive expense and easily accommodate themselves to the AAC system. In this paper, an AAC program which is installed in the smart-phone or tablet PC is introduced. It has basic AAC solutions and can send SMS message to other people. We expect that the developed device can help the communication of the people with disabled and solve the social isolation of the disabled person.

This study aims to figure out the relation between the demographic characteristics and job satisfaction of those who work at fashion companies. The subject of this study is those who work at fashion companies beyond the small and medium sized businesses and designer brand employees in Busan. We used SPSS/WIN 10.0 to analyze the data for this study. The job satisfaction was found to increase in proportion to the satisfaction with the job itself, the senior of official, wage and colleagues, which increases along with the level of post. The job satisfaction was found to be proportional to the level of work specialization, satisfaction with the company and welfare. The job satisfaction and the performance would improve if the work environment for employees is made better by making their works more diverse and discretionary to ensure a successful growth of fashion companies.

Data from Panel Survey of Employment for the Disabled(4th year, 187 workers) was used for analyzing the difference between hearing aid users and nonusers for their job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction. The analyses result shows that there are no significant differences in both job satisfaction and daily life satisfaction between hearing aid users and nonusers. However, job satisfaction of hearing aid users has a positive role in daily life satisfaction. Although hearing aids to the hearing impaired played very important role, it was thought to be resulted that some influence factors such as the increase of using IT devices and the expansion of communication support services weren't applied because of the nature of the panel data. These limitations of the study and implications are presented at the conclusion.
