${\bullet}$미 FTA 의약품분야 체결에 따른 국내 제약회사의 셀프 메디케이션 유통의 활용 방안 연구

  • 의약품 산업은 소득 수준의 향상에 따라 건강에 대한 관심이 고조되고, 과학 기술의 발달에 따라 난치병 치료제가 개발되면서 세계 의약품 시장이 지속적으로 성장하고 있어, 21세기의 가장 주목 받는 차세대 성장 동력 산업 중 하나로 분류 된다. 이러한 의약품 산업은 정밀 화학이나 생명 공학 기술의 첨단 산업 분야로서 고도의 두뇌 인력을 필요로 하는 고부가가치 산업이기 때문에, 부존자원이 빈약하고 인적자원이 풍부한 우리나라의 경우 차세대 성장 동력 산업으로 육성하여야 하는 산업이다. 본 논문은 2007년 4월 2일 한${\bullet}$미 FTA 의약품 분야 체결이 한국 의약품 유통에 미치는 영향올 분석 및 검토한 후, 국내 제약사의 위기 상황을 극복하기 위한 대응 방안으로서 새로운 사업 모델인 셀프 메디케이션의 활용 방안에 대해 연구하였으며, 전략적 관점에서 선택과 집중의 이슈를 유형별로 나눈 후 국내 제약사의 강점인 일반 의약품, 대체 의약품 시장의 효율성과 기능을 강화할 수 있는 방안에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위해 의약품의 특정과 경로 별 유통구조의 특정 그리고 우리나라와 선진국의 사례를 비교 분석한 결과 유럽 제약회사의 경우처럼 R&D 등 기술 혁신에 필요한 투자가 부족하면 세계의약품 시장의 경쟁에서 뒤떨어지고, 반대로 쥴릭 파마 코리아의 경우처럼 선진 다국적 물류회사의 국내 의약품 도매시장 석권이라는 현상도 알 수 있었다. 또한 미국과 FTA를 체결한 국가들의 많은 부작용 사례와 한${\bullet}$미 FTA 의약품 분야의 이슈를 비교 검토한 결과 많은 부정적 영향이 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 국내 제약사의 위기 상황을 극복하기 위해 셀프 메디케이션을 전략적 관점에서 선택과 집중의 이슈에 대해 국내 제약사의 유형별로 대웅 방안을 제시하였다.

Introduction and Current Status of Ultra Supercritical Circulating Fluidized Bed Boiler (초초임계 순환유동층 보일러 기술 소개 및 현황)

  • The increase of world's population and economic development are the keys drivers behind growing demand for energy. Especially the demand for electricity would eventually result in an increase of coal usage. Therefore ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler has been developed as solutions of economic eco-friendly technologies for coal and of increasing supplies of low grade fuels. Ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler has an once through type of steam cycle different from drum type in subcritical circulating fluidized bed boiler. Also, the duplication of a proven commercial module with 100-300 MWe subcritical circulating fluidized bed might be the key for design of 500~800 MWe ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler. After 2017, ultra supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler might become standard model over subcritical circulating fluidized bed boiler. Therefore, this paper will help you to understand ultra super critical circulating fluidized bed (USC-CFB) through describing the background, status and prospect of the CFB technology.

  • In order to solve the problems that fingerprinting technologies and image identification technologies for digital music and videos identification scanned have not yet been enough to identify scanned cartoon books, the copyright project granted from the Korea Copyright Commission(Project title: Identification and Copy Protection Technology of Scanned Text/Comic Books) secured basic solutions for scanned cartoon books. The first result of the research project in 2013 was focused on the identification technology applied to abnormally scanned cartoon books. As subsequent research for the project, studies in the year of 2014 has been to provide solutions to identify cartoon books which abnormally scanned and occurred with transformations and distortions and solutions to protect the system from trials to devitalize functions of the identification system through various attacks. This paper is to propose a model for a system for identifying abnormally scanned cartoon books as a way of enhancing the identification rates for identifying abnormal bookscans and transformation attacks.

  • As the broadcasting and communications are digitalized, future broadcasting can provide us new services and content which we have never experienced before. For the services, the development of high-quality content is important as well as the development of efficient technologies. However, if there are no proper methods for protecting and managing content, we can hardly expect the creation of high-quality content to be flourished because much money, time and endeavor should be paid in producing high-quality content. Many activities are under progressing for the protection and management. However, the activities mainly concern general Internet environment which doesn't fully reflect the characteristics of broadcasting. In this paper, we provide a framework model for the protection and management of broadcasting content. First, we analyse the functionalities that must be satisfied in the broadcasting, and we propose a framework model.

  • Making a model that is an accurate replica of the oral structure requires precision and efficiency. Nowadays, rapid technological advances bring digitalization in dentistry. One of the most important works in digital dentistry is three-dimensional modeling of the oral cavity and digitizing the 3D data. Among the three components of CAD/CAM, (1) data capture component (digitizers), (2) design component (CAD software), (3) manufacturing component (CAM), the basic component that has a significant impact on the other processes is the data capture component, i.e. intra-oral scanners. This literature review discusses the principles and clinical use of intra-oral scanners in dentistry based on recent publications of the past 5 years using the PubMed and Google Scholar databases.

  • Based upon the provision of limitation of copyrights, libraries may provide the document delivery service which supplies copies of journal articles and book chapters owned at other libraries by request of users. However, more proactive information service is required as more users want to use the digital delivery of documents published overseas. This study reviews copyright law of Korea and international conventions related to the document delivery service. It then examines foreign cases to see how overseas information centers clear copyrights. Finally this study suggests that copyright clearance methods be adopted to make a proactive information service. Through those methods, a new information service model may be planned, which meets various information needs while protecting copyright.

  • There are many problems caused by data sharing between general heterogeneous digital devices due to various interfaces. To solve this problem, this paper proposes heterogeneous data sharing with cloud service and mobile through D2D communication that supports communication between different devices. The proposed technique is used to reduce the load on the server to perform data synchronization. Also, in order to minimize data latency caused by data replication between different devices, a technique to enhance the speed of data writing with copying only the modified parts in the chunk list is adopted and cloud service model integrated with mobile environment is realized in order to minimize the network bandwidth consumed for synchronization for data sharing. Therefore, it is possible to share data in different spaces efficiently with maintaining data integrity and minimizing latency in data.

  • Digital Contents are increasing the modification of the contents by individual user and the modified or copied contents are simply distributed though the ultrahigh speed internet and the negative pervasive effect on the contents market is increasing. The solutions for copyright protection from illegally distributing contents are developing by various standardization groups and contents manufacturers and its commercia use is partly practiced. The MPEG was developing the IPMP technique to apply existed MPEG standards as a way of digital contents protection. However, as these IPMP techniques did not provide a satisfactory function for contents protection, the DMP standard was suggested as an alternative plan. In this paper, the system is designed and materialized to apply the TooIPack concept of DMP which ensure the interoperability of DRM system. With this paper, it is expected that the practical use and the possibility of the DMP standard in the DRM market would be verified and DMP standard may presents as a reference model for more systematic standardization operations.

  • The diffusion of internet infrastructure and a fast increase of Population to use it is becoming a base of the service that can use various information, data and digital contents which were provided through off-line physically and used. Recently, the. techniques for copy deterrence and copyright protection have been important in e-commerce because various contents in digital form can be duplicated easily. The Access Control(AC) technique that only a user having the qualifications can access and use contents normally has been studied. The Conditional Access System(CAS) used in a satellite broadcasting md Digital Right Management System(DRMS) used for contents service are representative models of current commercialized access control. The CAS and DRM can be considered as an access control technique based on the payment based type(PBT). This paper describe the access control method of payment free type(PFT) suggested in [5] which are independent on the payment structure. And then we suggest a new access control method of payment free type which is more efficient than the previous one.

  • In the current business environment where dependence on IT has increased rapidly, the risk from disasters or cyber-attacks is also increasing. Business continuity, the ability to continue to provide service in the event of a business disruption caused by a disaster, is essential. In other words, you need to have a plan in place to keep your core business functions uninterrupted with rapid recovery within a predetermined Recovery Time Objective (RTO) and Recovery Point Objective (RPO) time frame. In this paper, we propose a disaster recovery system construction method that can minimize RTO and RPO to ensure business continuity. The system configuration adopts Tier 7 disaster recovery model, synchronous storage replication, hot disaster recovery site, and operation management automation solution. This ensures continuity of core business with virtually no data loss and minimal RTO and RPO.
