본 논문에서는 벡터 부울함수의 비선형성의 척도인 선형 함수군까지의 거리에 대해 알아본다. 특히 S-Box의 내부 함수로 이용될 수 있는 출력의 균등 분포성을 만족하는 벡터 부울함수의 선형함수군까지의 거리의 하계를 유도한다. 더불어 EDS에서의 S-Box내부함수의 비선형도를 산출하고 보다 비선형도가 높은, 즉 선형 함수군까지으 거리가 더 먼 새로운 S-Box의 존재를 밝힌다.

It is crucial to derive a protection ratio between two communication systems before deploying a new communication systems in the vicinity of frequencies occupied by the existing communication systems. In this paper, computer simulation based protection ratio estimating scheme between ASTC (Advanced Television Systems Committee) digital broadcasting systems and WiBro (Wireless Broadband Internet) systems is proposed. The proposed scheme can be effectively exploited when a new communication services are deployed in the surplus frequency band after the expiration of the analog television broadcasting scheduled in 2012 in Korea.

To estimate the effect of preventing the Maillard reaction between casein and glucose coated by freeze drying with corn starch slurry or mixture slurry of corn starch and sucrose, the reactants were treated into five groups of nonbrowning material(control), uncoated browning material, browning material coated casein alone with starch slurry, browning material coated both of reactants with starch slurry and browning material coated both of reactants with mixtrue slurry. All samples had a moisture content of about 15%. Browning reaction was carried out by storage for 30 days at $37^{\circ}C$, 67% RH. In vitro available lysine contents were decreased by the browning regardless of coating the reactants and were higher about 20.5% in the browning materials coated with mixture slurry than in the uncoated browning materials. Fructosyl-lysine contents were increased about tenfold by the browning regardless of coating and were decreased about 15.8% in the browning materials coated with mixture slurry as compare with the uncoated browning materials. The materials showing the greatest resistance to the browning reaction in the coated materials were those in which both of reactants were coated with the mixture slurry of corn starch and sucrose.

원전의 보호계통은 발전소의 비정상 운전시 원자로를 보호하고, 관련 기기를 작동시켜 사고를 완화시키는 기능을 수행한다. 따라서, 보호계통은 안전등급으로 분류되고, 안전기준에 따라 개발되어야 한다. 본 기고에서는 우리나라를 비롯한 원자력선진국의 보호계통 개발동향을 기술한다. 또한, 원전 계측제어계통 개발 사업을 통해 개발되고 있는 보호계통과 안전등급 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)에 대한 설계특징과 그 구성에 대해 논의한다.

This study looked at the conflict between the aspect of the use of personally non-identifiable information for the development of the big data industry and the digital advertising industry and the aspect of personal information protection. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study focused on literature research such as thesis, legal texts, administrative regulations, and recent media articles. As a result of this study, the main issues related to the protection of personally non-Identifiable Information in digital behavioral advertising were 'conflict between freedom of advertising expression and personal rights', 'personalization of unidentifiable information', 'information imbalance'. In this regard, as measures to protect personally non-identifiable information in digital behavioral advertising, it was proposed to 'harmonize with freedom of advertising expression and personal rights, 'improve notification and consent. process', and 'reinforce the right to control personal information'.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of Korean child welfare facilities using the DEA analysis method and to present policies. The input variables for the analysis of this data were the number of employees, the number of facilities, and the number of gardens, and the output variables were the current sources. The results of the study are as follows. As a result of CCR analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities and comprehensive facilities. As a result of BCC analysis, inefficient facilities were identified as temporary protection facilities. As a result of SE analysis, inefficient facilities were found to be temporary protection facilities. The suggestion is as follows. First, adjustment of the capacity of temporary protection facilities is required. Second, it is necessary to strengthen the professionalism of workers in child welfare facilities. Third, strengthen the expertise of the child welfare facility manager.

비약적으로 발전하고 있는 디지털 기술을 이용하여 유럽과 미국 등 선진국에서는 지상파를 이용한 HDTV 서비스 개시를 서두르고 있다. 따라서, 국내에서도 지상파 디지털 TV 방송 일정을 서두르고 있으며, 이때 서비스 영역 및 간섭 계산에 필수적인 보호비 기준에 대해 미국과 캐나다의 경우를 비교하고, 양국 기준 사이의 차이점을 분석하였다.

마이크로소프트(MS)의 윈도우 비스타(Vista, 이하 비스타)는 윈도우 XP의 뒤를 잇는 버전으로 06년 11월말 기업용이 출시되었고 2007년 1일 31일 개인사용자용이 출시되었다. 비스타는 이전 버전인 윈도우 XP에 비하여 한층 강화된 보안기능을 탑재하고 있어 인터넷 사용시 악성코드 감염 등의 위험이 많이 줄어들 것으로 예측되고 있다. 그러나 비스타에서는 하드디스크 전체를 암호화 할 수 있는 BitLocker 기능 등이 추가되어 포렌식의 관점에서 보면 기존 XP와 달라진 점이 다수 존재한다. 본고에서는 기존 XP와 비교하여 비스타에서 변경된 부분을 포렌식 관점을 중심으로 기술하고자 한다.

방통위가 지난 3월초 우리나라 민간영역의 개인정보보호 수준을 측정한 개인정보보호지수를 발표했다. 개인정보보호지수는 민간부문 의 개인정보보호 수준측정과 정부의 정책성과 평가 및 정책방향 수립 등을 위해 지난 2007년부터 실시한 것으로, 2008년 하반기에 실시한 정보보호 실태조사 결과를 반영해 최초로 공개한 자료다. 이번 자료에 따르면, 2008년 민간영역의 개인정보보호지수는 64.3점으로 2007년 결과인 52.2점에 비해 크게 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 기업 영역 세부지표와 개인영역 세부지표로 구성된 이번 조사결과를 통계를 중심으로 살펴보자.
