산업용 사물 인터넷(IIoT)은 자원 관리 및 최적화, 신속성, 지속가능한 생산, 자동화 등의 특징으로 인해 다양한 산업분 야에서 활발하게 사용되고 있다. 수많은 IIoT 기기에서 발생된 데이터를 처리하는 것은 기존 중앙 처리 시스템에 큰 부담을 주게 된다. 이러한 데이터들의 효과적인 관리를 위해 데이터가 발생한 엣지 기기, 엣지 서버 등 로컬위치에서 실시간으로 프로세스를 실행하여 네트워크 대역폭 절약, 낮은 지연 시간 등 특징을 가진 엣지 컴퓨팅 기술을 사용한다. 하지만, 엣지 컴퓨팅 적용 시, 인터넷과 연결된 IIoT 기기 수 증가, 취약한 IIoT 기기, 분산된 환경으로 인해 공격 표면 확장되어 엣지 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 새로운 보안 위협이 발생할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 IIoT 및 엣지 컴퓨팅 정의, 아키텍처, 각 산업분야별 적용한 사례에 대해 살펴보고, 엣지 컴퓨팅에서 발생 가능한 보안 위협을 분석하였다. 또한, 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반 IIoT에 대한 각 산업 분야별 보안 연구 동향에 대해서 분석하였다.

This paper proposes a scheme to collect video data of the vehicle black box in order to strengthen the public safety. The existing schemes, such as surveillance system with the fixed CCTV and car black box, have privacy issues, network traffic overhead and the storage space problems because all video data are sent to the central server. In this paper, the central server only collects the video data related to the accident or the criminal offense using the GPS information and time in order to investigation of the accident or the criminal offense. The proposed scheme addresses the privacy issues and reduces network traffic overhead and the storage space of the central server since the central server collects the video data only related to the accident and the criminal offense. The implementation and experiment shows that our service is feasible. The proposed service can be used as a component of remote surveillance system to prevent the criminal offense and to investigate the criminal offense.

정보보호 핵심 기반 구조인 PKI는 인증서 검증에 따르는 클라이언트의 부담 및 CRL의 적시성 부재와 관리 문제, 또한 각각의 환경에 따라 구축된 PKI 도메인 간의 상호 연동 등 해결해야 할 문제점들이 있다. ETRI/VA는 클라이언트의 인증서 검증을 대신하여 클라이언트의 부담을 줄이고, 인증서의 상태 검증의 적시성 및 OCSP를 사용함으로써 CRL의 문제점을 해결하며, PKI 상호연동을 지원 및 도메인간의 인증서 정책을 중앙집중 관리함으로써 기존 PKI의 문제점들을 제거할 수 있다 본 논문에서는 이러한 ETRI/VA의 각 모듈 및 프로토콜에 대하여 간략히 소개하고 ETRI/VA의 인증서 검증 방법을 설명하였다.

우리나라는 1991년 동물에 대한 학대행위 방지 등 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리하기 위하여 필요한 규정을 만들어 동물의 생명과 그 안전을 보호하고, 생명의 존중 등 국민의 정서 함양에 이바지하게 함을 목적으로 '동물보호법'을 제정하였다. 그러나 당시 법에서는 반려동물과 실험동물을 대상으로 한 동물학대 금지 및 유기동물 등에 대한 조치와 동물을 교육 학술연구 및 기타 과학적 목적으로 이용시 고통을 주지 않토록 하는 내용을 규정하고 있다. 그 후 우리 국민의 동물보호 복지에 대한 관심과 의식수준이 점차적으로 향상되면서 국민들의 요구에 따라 그 간 수차례 법령을 개정하였고, 2008년에 전면 개정된 법령에는 반려동물과 실험동물뿐아니라 농장동물에 대하여도 동물학대 금지 및 해당 동물을 적정하게 보호 관리토록하는 동물보호 복지 개념을 도입하게 되었다. 우리가 이처럼 농장동물복지에 대해 초보단계에 있는 것과 달리, 이미 세계동물보건기구(OIE) 및 동물복지 선진국은 농장동물복지 정책에 대해 많은 기준을 만들고 다양한 연구를 수행하고 있다. 또한 한-EU FTA 협상과정에서 EU측이 농장동물복지를 의제화 할 것을 요구하는 등 국가간 통상에서도 농장동물 복지가 중요한 이슈로 작용하고 있어 이 분야에 대한 깊은 관심과 정책개발이 필요하다고 하겠다. 따라서 일반 국민뿐아니라 축산업계에서도 '과연 농장동물복지란 무엇인가'에 대한 궁금증과 더불어 '국내 소비자 및 축산농가에 큰 부담을 주지 않을까'하는 우려를 하고 있는 것이 현실이다. 이에 동물복지란 무엇인가에 대하여 간략히 알아보고, 농장동물 복지에 대한 국제동향 및 국내정책의 방향에 대해서도 논의하고자 한다.

This study investigated the job satisfaction of care worker affect on service quality. It was intended to provide the basic information for enhancing the Job satisfaction and making better quality of service. In order to meet the above purpose, the questionnaire method was applied for the care workers who worked at the 16 home care facilities located in Busan metropolitan city. 250 sheets of questionnaire were distributed and the total of 216 sheets were sampled among the collected questionnaire and analyzed. For data analysis, the statistics package of SPSS/WIN 12.0 was employed to perform reliability test, descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. And the obtained results are as follows: As the result of the regression analysis to find out how care worker's job satisfaction will affect towards the quality of the service, service quality increased as the care worker's job satisfaction rate was higher. For the job satisfaction's sub-variables, it showed high service quality as the satisfaction was increased in the order of task satisfaction level and job safety level.

The purpose of this study is to identify a potential user's need for use and operational of the elderly day care center and to identify the problems and suggest development directions. The data collection was conducted on 320 ordinary people living in J-do through a questionnaire, and sought to understand the operational status of in-depth interview institutions for the heads and employees of six center. As a result of the analysis, a potential user's ware not aware of the functions and specific roles of day care center, the cost of facilities was covered by the government, and that facilities and the environment were important factors when using the center. In-depth interviews show that the current policy or system is far from reality and does not fit the status or role of the workers and the operational status of the agency, requiring the re-establishment of the on-site system. Based on the research results, the development direction of day care facilities requires active promotion and strengthening of family support for improving and enhancing awareness of day care facilities to citizens at the national level. Second, the quality of nursing services should be enhanced through improvements in facilities and the environment that reflect users' needs. Third, The government should improve the quality of nursing services by improving the poor employment conditions and treatment of workers to fit the reality.

Archaeological Heritage is material testimony of national and regional history, and it is one of the tourist's attractions. So it has very important meaning and identical value for a local residents. Public concern on the heritage site elevate higher day by day. They are willing to use it for a multiful purpose, cultural, educational, and even commercial one. But Archaeological Heritage is fragile, and visitors can impact negatively for protection and management of the authenticity on the heritage site. In this research I try to compare legal and administrative measure for the protection, management, and culturalization of Archaeological Heritage in many countries. And I suppose sustainable and practical strategies for keeping integrity of heritage.

Inequality of environmental impact is forecast to deepen due to the damage of environmental risk by the interaction between environmental and social inequalities causing more harms to environmentally vulnerable population. This study assessed the integrated cumulative impact of Seoul using Environmental Health Screening Tool developed by Environmental Protection Agency of California. In order to screen vulnerable area to environmental health, 10 indexes have been selected according to the environmental burden of exposure to environment and public health effects, population characteristics of sensitive populations and socio-economic factors. As a result of assessment conducted on cumulative impact of Seoul for years 2009~2011 through Environmental Health Screening Tool, risk factor for districts of Gangseo and Gangnam of Seoul showed high - Gangseo area indicated high risk factor both in environmental burden and population characteristics, while Gangnam area appeared high in environmental burden. The result of survey will be able to suggest scientific basis to push through fair and effective environmental policy in consideration of environment vulnerable population.

As the number of recent information security incident occurrence increases, more and more workload and liability pressure are given to info-security professionals, which results in decrease of morale level of working groups in the field. In order to solve this problem, Korean government is providing various action plans to improve the morale level of info-security professionals, and also requiring financial companies to submit its own action plan of increasing morale of info-security professionals to Financial Service Agency. For this study, based on the previous studies and relevant professionals' interviews, we selected 16 critical morale increase variables, and performed survey for empirical analysis. As a result, 3 features; role, system, and relationship were presented as the main factor of morale increasement of info-security professionals. This study also suggests a decision making method of utilizing the developed morale measurement model for individual organizations.
