본 논문에서는 혼합보증기간이 있는 수리 가능한 시스템에 대한 최적의 교체정책을 제안한다. 이 교체정책은 보증기간이 재생되는 경우와 재생되지 않는 두 가지 경우에 대해서 고려되며, 최적의 교체주기를 결정하기 위해서 사용자 관점에서의 단위 시간당 기대비용을 사용한다. 시스템의 고장시간이 와이블 분포를 할 때 수치적 예를 통해서 제안된 최적의 교체정책을 설명한다.

This study suggests the level of guaranteed reserves that should be accumulated in order to provide guaranteed interest contracts to pension members. To calculate the guaranteed reserve, this study employs the method using variable insurance contracts with guaranteed interest options. The average return of three major pensions (national pension, private teacher's pension, civil servants pension) funds, from 2010 to 2018, is set as the target rate of return and then we establish 0%, 1.0%, 1.5% and 2.0% each as our minimum guaranteed returns for their respective guaranteed reserves. Our results firstly show that gaps between each guaranteed reserves are increasing as times goes on. Second, the probability of shortfall reserve is on the decrease as the pension fund is mature. Conclusively, a long-term conservative balance between risk and return is one of the best investing strategies in pension funds providing the guaranteed interest.

This paper considers the periodic preventive maintenance model for a repairable system following warranty expiration. We consider three types of warranty policies: free repair warranty, pro-rata repair warranty, and combination repair warranty. Under these preventive maintenance models, we derive the expressions for the expected cycle length, the total expected cost, and the expected cost rate per unit time. In addition, we explain the optimal preventive maintenance period and the optimal preventive maintenance number by minimizing the expected cost rate per unit time. Finally, the optimal periodic preventive maintenance policy is given for a Weibull distribution case.

본 논문은 5대 재벌 계열사들을 대상으로 재벌의 상호지급보증이 재벌의 지배구조 및 자본구조와 어떤 관련이 있는가를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 지급보증을 분석하면 지배주주의 지분율이 작은 회사일수록 그리고 상장기업일수록 타계열사에 대한 지급보증이 커진다는 것이 확인되었다. 한편 피지급보증을 보면 지배주주 지분율이 별로 영향을 주지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 결과는 지배주주와 소액주주사이의 대리인문제가 계열사로부터의 피지급보증보다는 주로 계열사에 대한 지급보증에서 나타나고 있는 것을 시사하고 있다. 부채의존도가 높은 기업일수록 계열사에 대한 지급보증이 크다는 분석결과는 우리나라 금융기관과 재벌사이의 부채의 대리인문제가 심각하다는 것을 시사하고 있다.

무기체계의 품질보증을 위해서는 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증을 발전시켜야 한다. 무기체계의 소프트웨어 의존도는 증대되고 있으나 소프트웨어에 대한 품질보증 및 형상관리는 미흡했던 것이 사실이다. 품관소는 '01년부터 소프트웨어 품질보증팀을 창설하고 국방규격화 업무수행에 착수한 바 있다. 앞으로도 각 기관과 유기적인 협조를 통해 소프트웨어 규격화 및 품질보증업무를 수행하고 재사용과 성능개선이 가능하도록 관련자료를 국방자산의 하나로 유지하고 관리함으로 국방예산 절감에도 기여할 수 있어야 하겠다.

본 연구에서는 국내외 원자력 품질보증 시스템의 변화추세하에서 연구개발에서의 품질보증 시스템 적용환경과 적용범위를 문헌조사를 통해 분석하였으며 현재 개발되어 있는 국외 원자력 산업계의 품질보증 기준과 연구개발 품질보증의 적용사례를 비교, 분석하였다. 또한, 이의 도입을 위하여 연구원들의 품질에 관한 인식도를 설문을 통하여 조사하였으며 이를 토대로 원자력 연구개발 품질보증 매뉴얼을 어떤 방식으로 구성하는 것이 보다 현실적인지를 연구, 제시하였고 이의 정착을 위한 구체적인 시스템 수립 및 적용방안에 대해서도 고찰하였다.

대부분의 일차원 보증정책에 대한 비용분석은 소비자 사용률이 모든 사용자들에게 동이란 것으로 가정하고 있다. 하지만 현실적으로 사용률은 소비자에 따라서 다르기 때문에, 일반적인 경우 소비자 집단을 ${\kappa}$ 범주로 나눌 수 있다. 즉, 동일한 제품에 대해서 생산자는 ${\kappa}$ 범주에 속하는 다른 보증정책을 제시할 수 있고, 보증비용은 이런 옵션들 가운데 소비자가 자기의 입장에 맞는 보증기간을 선택할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소비자의 사용률이 변화하는 경우를 고려한 무료보증정책을 갖는 기대보증비용 모형을 분석하고, 이에 따른 수치예제를 제시한다.

현대 사회에서 소프트웨어에 대한 의존도가 과짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 품질이 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이런 이유로 인해 소프트웨어 품질보증 활동의 필요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 소프트웨어 품질보증은 프로세스 또는 직업 산출물이 명시된 요구사항과 계획, 표준을 따르고 있음을 보증하기 위한 활동이다. 최근에는 프로세스 품질보증을 통해 품질의 향상을 시도하는 노력이 많아지고 있고 많은 관련표준과 방법들이 제시되고 있다. 하지만 관련 표준들과 방법들에서 제시된 내용은 추상적이고 세부적인 절차나 방법들에 대해 언급하고 있지 않다. 따라서, 표준들과 모델들에서 제시된 내용을 실무에 적용하는 데에는 어려움이 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 CMM과 CMMI외 소프트웨어 품질보증 관련부분, 품질보증 활동에 관한 표준, 그리고 기존 연구의 분석을 통해 소프트웨어 프로세스 품질보증에 대한 프레임워크를 연구 개발하고자 한다.

This study has been carried out in order to observe the status of performance warranty contracting system currently being implemented at the advanced countries including Europe, U.S.A., and Japan, review the introduction feasibility and possibility. For this purposes this study has surveyed the concept and necessity of performance warranty contracting system as well as the status of domestic performance warranty contracting system. Especially the application environment for the performance warranty contracting system of Europe, U.S.A., Japan and Korea in terms of maintenance guarantee liability system, performance warranty regulations for design-build contracting system, selection method of successful bidder, performance warranty means, project contracting system including maintenance cost, and specifications and contract conditions for performance warranty system have been comparatively evaluated. And introduction methods of performance warranty contracting system were suggested.
