The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of explicit and implicit product warranties on consumers' attitudes toward the products, and particularly, the main effects of product types and level of manufacturers' business ethics on the relationship between warranty types and consumers' attitudes. For this purpose, relevant literature was reviewed and thereupon, a survey was conducted for an empirical analysis. As a result of empirically analyzing the relationship between warranty types and consumers' attitudes and the main effects of the product types (search goods vs. experience goods) and level of business ethics (high vs. low) on the relationship, it was found that consumers' attitudes toward the products were more positive when the product warranty was explicit than when it was implicit, and that such relationship was stronger for experience goods than for search goods one. And, the relationship was stronger when the level of business ethics perceived was lower. However, such moderating effects were not significant for consumers' attitudes, but significant for their purchasing intention.

In developing countries where many of these institutions exist in relatively weak form, the investment pattern of VCs in developing countries may differ from one of VCs in developed countries. Given this situation, the research question of this study is how venture capitals invest new technology based ventures in developing countries. To address the research question, our study employs insight from signaling theory and examines two ways. First, what are the internal value of new technology based ventures and the identity of endorsing organization signaling to venture capitals' investment in developing countries? Second, Do venture capitals play a pivotal role for the growth of new technology based ventures in developing countries? This study then tests these hypotheses using the new technology based ventures in Korea which is regarded as an example of developing countries in Northeas tern Asia. Entrepreneur's prior work experience in a related industry in the human capital variables and collaboration with business groups and certification of venture company in the endorsement variables result in obtaining venture capital's investment and superior new technology based venture's growth whereas entrepreneur's educational level has no effect on venture capital's investment and firm's growth.

This study provides the importance and value of selection and dissemination of Korean proven bulls by analyzing an economic impact. The results of economic impact analysis show that selection and dissemination of Korean proven bulls have a significant role in development of Korean bulls industry. The results of this study we found that the economic effect was 498.49billion won based on the condition of over grade 1. And the economic effect was 521.22 billion won based on the condition of over grade 2. It also insists that a continuous research and development of selection and dissemination of Korean proven bulls is needed for development of Korean bulls industry.

Warranty contracting for pavements construction has been widely used in Europeans countries, Japan, and the U.S. and the benefits of warranty contract has been proven. This research investigated the European, U.S., and Japanese warranty contract policies and compared pros and cons. The most appropriate warranty contract policy solution is developed to fit in the Korean construction industry culture. Three main conclusions have been developed in this study: (1) performance specifications should be developed; (2) the systematic method is required to estimate the appropriate costs of performance bond and warranty period, etc.; and (3) short and long term plans for adopting performance warranty contract in Korea are suggested.

소프트웨어 프로젝트가 대규모화되고 복잡해짐에 따라 체계적인 품질보증이 더욱 필요해지고 있다. 고품질의 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해서는 작업산출물(work product)에 대한 품질보증뿐 아니라 개발 프로세스(process)에 대한 품질보증 활동을 동시에 수행해야만 목표하는 품질에 접근할 수 있다. 그러나 소프트웨어 품질보증은 다양한 품질특성이나 개발 주체간의 시각 차이에 따라 달라지는 가변성을 지니고 있어 품질보증에 적지 않은 어려움이 내재되어있다. 이러한 품질보증의 어려움이 소프트웨어 품질을 저해하는 원인으로 작용하여 기업의 품질 경쟁력을 떨어뜨리고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 품질보증 활동의 어려움을 해결하고 나아가 품질향상을 달성하기 위한 방법을 개발하고자 하였다. 품질향상을 위해서 품질보증 활동을 보다 계획적이고 체계적으로 수행하기 위한 SQA(Software Quality Assurance) 방법론을 개발하였다. 일반적으로 방법론이란 모든 프로젝트에 그대로 적용하기란 어렵다. SQA 방법론 또한 프로젝트의 특성이나 조직 특성에 따라 적절히 커스터마이징(Customizing)되어 사용하여야만 효과성을 제고할 수 있다. 그리하여 본 SQA 방법론에서도 품질보증활동을 체계적으로 지원하기 위해 수행되어야할 품질보증 태스크가 리파지토리로 구성되어 있다. 프로젝트 특성 둥에 따라 필요한 품질보증 태스크를 이 리파지토리로부터 선정하여 활용할 수 있게 된다. 마지막으로 프로젝트 특성 등에 따라 필요한 품질보증 활동을 커스터마이징하기 위한 전문가시스템 접근방법을 제시한다.

에너지절약전문기업 지멘스(주)는 2010년 12월 천안시청 건물 에너지 합리화 사업을 수주하였다. 이번 사업은 '성과보증계약 방식'의 에너지 절약 사업으로 1) 최근 공공기관의 ESCO추진 의무화와 2) 에너지 절감효과를 ESCO시행업체가 책임지는 '성과보증계약' 확산의 취지에 발맞춰 정부의 저 탄소 녹색 성장에 부응하는 사업으로 평가되고 있다.

본 Study는 휴대용 CST Deck부의 신뢰성 개선/보증활동 중에서 출하수명 보증을 위해 개발한 가속시험에 관한 것이다. 휴대용 CST의 사용 환경과 Deck부의 고장 특성을 고려하여 진동 Stress를 가속 인자로 검토하였고, 예비 시험을 통해 타당성을 확인하였다. 3 수준에서 실시한 수명 Data를 역거듭 제곱 모형을 적용하여 사용자 수준에서의 신뢰성 정보를 추정하였고, 이를 시장 Data와 비교하여 모형의 타당성을 검토하였다. 3 수준 중에서 가장 Stress가 높은 수준에서의 시험을 출하 수명 보증 시험으로 선정하였고, 이 때 가속 효과는 약 55배인 것으로 추정된다.

일반적으로 원자력 관련 연구개발은 타 산업 및 사회에 미치는 파급효과가 크고, 참여 연구원 및 대중 안전에 대한 위험도가 높으며, 대규모의 투자비용이 요구되는 특성을 지니고 있다. 이러한 이유로 원자력 산업은 일찍이 품질보증 개념을 도입하여 원자력 시설의 안전한 이용을 도모하여 왔다. 최근에는 원자력 연구개발 분야에서도 연구결과의 신뢰도 확보 및 안전한 연구수행을 보장하기 위하여 품질보증 적용의 필요성이 강조되고 있다.(중략)

'하도급 거래 공정화에 관한 법률' 법률이 일부 개정되어 지난 5월 28일 공포되었다. 이 법령은 오는 11월 29일부터 본격 시행된다. 개정된 주요 내용은 ${\Delta}$계약체결일로부터 30일 이내에 원사업자는 수급사업자에게 공사대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사대금 지급수단이 어음인 경우 만기일까지, 어음대체 결재수단인 경우 하도급대금 상환기일까지 대금지급 보증 ${\Delta}$공사이행 중 원사업자가 공사대금 지급보증 사유 소멸 시 소멸일로부터 30일 이내에 공사대금 지급보증(다만, 일정한 경우 보증 제외) ${\Delta}$원사업자가 수급사업자에게 공사대금 지급보증을 하지 않은 경우 수급사업자가 한 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없도록 했다. 이로써 그동안 어음 수령으로 보호받지 못했던 대금지급 보증을 받을 수 있게 되었고 원사업자의 대금지급보증 면제사유(신용등급 A 이상, 발주자 대금직접지급, 한 건의 공사금액이 천만원 이하)가 소멸된 경우에도 30일 이내에 대금지급 보증을 해주는 등 대금지급 보증 범위가 넓어져 보증금을 원활히 받을 수 있게 됐다. 또한 원사업자가 대금이행 보증을 하지 않을 경우 하수급인의 계약 불이행을 사유로 계약이행 보증을 청구할 수 없는 조항이 신설되어 앞으로 대금지급보증 교부율이 높아짐은 물론 하수급인에 대한 보증을 주로 하는 대한설비건설공제조합의 보증 리스크 감소 효과가 기대된다. 대한설비건설협회(회장 이상일)와 대한설비건설공제조합(이사장 김기석)은 그동안 대부분의 하도급업체인 회원 및 조합원사의 권리보호와 원도급자의 불법 불공정 하도급 거래행위를 개선하기 위해 국회, 국토교통부, 공정거래위원회 등 관련부처에 지속적으로 건의하며 제도개선을 추진해 왔다. 이같은 협회와 조합의 공동노력에 의해 이번에 공정거래위원회에서 일부 개정한 것이다. 개정된 하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률은 다음과 같다.

최근 세계 주요국가들은 4차 산업혁명 시대의 새로운 도약의 기회이자 글로벌 금융위기 이후 경제발전 전략의 하나로 스타트업 생태계 발전을 가속화하고 있다. 한국 또한 새로운 일자리 창출과 경제성장의 핵심 원동력으로 스타트업 생태계 활성화에 주력하고 있으며, 이러한 시대적 흐름에 따라 창업금융의 중요성 또한 커져가고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 한국 스타트업 생태계의 현황과 문제점을 진단하고, 이러한 문제점 해결에 일조하기 위해 신용보증기금이 운용하고 있는 창업금융 프로그램중 퍼스트펭귄보증, 투자옵션부보증, Start-up Nest 등의 프로그램을 살펴본다. 이렇듯 구체적인 지원사례를 파악하고, 성과분석을 통해 해당 프로그램이 가진 장점과 추가로 보완할 점에 대해 명확히 인식하고 향후 창업금융의 발전방안 및 나아갈 방향을 모색하고자 한다.
