질적 보장은 전문직 종사자에 의하여 수혜받는 대상자를 보호하기 위하여 전적으로 필요한 프로그램이다. 이러한 질적보장을 통하여 전문직의 자율성과 책임을 튼튼히 할 수 있는 의무는 전문직 종사자 모두의 관심사가 되어야 한다. 미국에 있어서 질적 간호에 대한 관심은 이제 새로운 이유가 아니다. Beyers(1988)는 건강체계 지도자 사이에 가장 중요한 문제로 강조하는 것이 수혜자의 이용의 용이성(Access), 숫가(Cost) 그리고 질적인 제공(Quality)이 라고 피력 하였다. 미국 건강사업 평가자와 조정자(Regulator)들은 질(Quality)을 위한 자율적인 프로그램에 많은 에너지를 투입하여 전반적인 건강사업 즉 의료계의 질보장, 더 나아가서는 간호의 질을 향상 시키기 위한 많은 프로그램을 분석 연구한다. 이 논문은 간호에 있어서 질적 보장을 위한 내용으로 주요점은 질적 보장에 사용되는 용어, 역사적 배경, 질적 보장을 강조하는 이유, 질적 보장제도의 개발, 질 사정(euali assessment)과 질적 보장에 있어서 간호 전문직 개입을 차례대로 설명하였다. 구미의 경우 1970년대부터 간호직에 있어서는 질적보장제도개발에 우선순위를 두게되어 미 간호협회에서는 Professional Standards Review Organizations (PSRO)에 근거하여 간호실무를 위한 표준을 내어놓았다. 질적보장을 위한 평가방법으로 구조, 과정, 결과 그리고 수혜자가 간호계획을 세우는데 사정에 참여하는 방법 등 4가지를 간략하게 설명하였다. 질적 보장을 향상시키기 위해서는 전문직과 공공의료기간이 서로 협동체가 되어 중추역할을 해야함을 강조하고 이렇게 서로 협력하므로써만이 비로서 우리의 목적을 성취할 수 있다고 생각된다.구 등이 이용된다. $^{166}$ Ho, $^{198}$ Au, $^{32}$P, $^{90}$ Y, $^{169}$ Er, $^{186}$ Rc, $^{131}$ I, $^{211}$ At 등 의 방사성 핵종의 교질, 미소구 또는 단세포군 항체표지 형태로 직접 종양내 또는 공동이나 체강에 투여하는 치료법이 있다. 류마치스 관절염의 슬관절에 $^{165}$ Dy colloid를 주사하는 $^{166}$ Ho-MAA도 활발히 이용되고 있다. and computed groundwater levels. 본 논문에서는 가파른 산사면에서 산사태의 발생을 예측하기 위한 수문학적 인 지하수 흐름 모델을 개발하였다. 이 모델은 물리적인 개념에 기본하였으며, Lumped-parameter를 이용하였다. 개발된 지하수 흐름 모델은 두 모델을 조합하여 구성되어 있으며, 비포화대 흐름을 위해서는 수정된 abcd 모델을, 포화대 흐름에 대해서는 시간 지체 효과를 고려할 수 있는 선형 저수지 모델을 이용하였다. 지하수 흐름 모델은 토층의 두께, 산사면의 경사각, 포화투수계수, 잠재 증발산 량과 같은 불확실한 상수들과 a, b, c, 그리고 K와 같은 자유모델변수들을 가진다. 자유모델변수들은 유입-유출 자료들로부터 평가할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 Gauss-Newton 방법을 이용한 Bard 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 서울 구로구 시흥동 산사태 발생 지역의 산사면에 대하여 개발된 모델을 적용하여 예제 해석을 수행함으로써, 지하수 흐름 모델이 산사태 발생

Objective: We evaluated the efficacy of a newly-developed spinal orthoses (V-LSO) by comparing the stabilizing effect, abdominal pressure, and comfort of 3 different semirigid LSOs (classic LSO, V-LSO, and Cybertech^®) during various body movements. Method: Thirty healthy volunteers (23~47 years, 24 males, 6 females) were selected. A dual inclinometer measured the range of motion (ROM) while the participants performed flexion/extension and lateral flexion of the lumbar spine with 3 LSOs. The LSO's pressure on the abdominal surface was measured using 9 pressure sensors while lying, sitting, standing, flexion/extension, lateral flexion, axial rotation, and lifting a box. Comfort and subjective immobilization were analyzed by a questionnaire. Results: V-LSO had a statistically significant effect on flexion over Cybertech^®. No significant differences were noted during extension and lateral flexion between the 3 LSOs. The abdominal pressure showed no significant differences while supine. While sitting, standing, and lifting a box, the mean abdominal pressure for V-LSO were significantly higher than those for Cybertech^®. During lumbar flexion, the mean abdominal pressures for classic LSO and V-LSO were significantly higher than that of Cybertech^®. For extension, lateral flexion and axial rotation, the abdominal pressure for V-LSO was significantly higher than those of classic LSO and Cybertech^®. In the subjective analysis, V-LSO and Cybertech^® scored best for comfort. Conclusion: The V-LSO and Cybertech^® were more comfortable than the classic LSO, and hence, may have improved compliance with decreased discomfort. V-LSO may be superior to the other LSOs in restricting lumbar movement and increasing intraabdominal pressure.

본 논문은 VoIP 시스템에서 적용 가능한 QoS 구조를 연구하였다. 현재 망 구조에서 실시간 트래픽은 최선형 트래픽과 구별이 되지 않아 보장받지 못한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 QoS 구조를 위해 IETF에서 제안된 차등화서비스와 Intserv over Diffserv를 개관하였고, 이런 환경에서 VoIP 트래픽에 대한 품질을 보장하기 위한 QoS 구조를 연구하였다 또한, 측정기반 수락제어에 의해 기존망에 비해. 보다 좋은 품질을 제공할 수 있는 VoIP 시스템 구조도 함께 연구하였다.

일반적인 사이버 범죄 중에서 포탈사이트 게시판에 명예를 훼손할 목적으로 글을 올린 경우를 생각해보자. 인터넷 웹브라우저 내용을 출력하거나 화면캡쳐 도구를 이용하여 생성한 파일은 웹브라우저 내용을 클라이언트가 임의로 수정하여 출력하거나 화면캡쳐 파일을 수정할 가능성이 존재하고 무결성 보장이 힘들다. 본 논문에서는 실제 내컴퓨터의 모니터에서 보이는 화면은 얼마든지 조작이 가능함을 예를 들어 보일 것이며 화면캡쳐 파일의 무결성 보장을 위한 시스템을 제시하려고 한다.

The handicapped are so desperate for other's help, but it is not enough. The number of social workers who offers help for the handicapped has annually increased, it is still not enough of these compared to the number of the handicapped. And then volunteers are needed information to service about welfare centers and the procedure. In this paper, we developed offering help and information of welfare android application for the handicapped of the vulnerable class of the society. This application was developed for the handicapped who are in need of help and the volunteers who want to help the handicapped. It basically displays position of welfare centers surrounding user on Google map. The handicapped who needs help of another indicates their current position with messages, the handicapped positions are displayed for volunteers. In addition, we developed bulletin board to be transaction and swapping for assisting device information.

This paper is concerned with the problem of designing a guaranteed cost state feedback controller for singular systems with time-varying delays. The sufficient condition for the existence of guaranteed cost controller, the controller design method, and the optimization problem to get the upper bound of guaranteed cost function are proposed by LMI(linear matrix inequality), singular value decomposition, Schur complements, and change of variables. Since the obtained sufficient conditions can be changed to LMI form, all solutions including controller gain and the upper bound of guaranteed cost function can be obtained simultaneously. Moreover, the proposed controller design method can be extended to the problem of robust guaranteed cost controller design method for singular systems with parameter uncertainties and time-varying delays. The validity of the proposed design algorithm is investigated through a numerical example.

The rapid increase of Sinlge-person household and the increase in the use of smart devices necessitate the context analysis of Sinlge-person household and specific design direction for Sinlge-person household products. Previous studies have analyzed the overall context of smart devices without distinguishing between Sinlge-person household and a household. However, since the number of family members, age distribution, and residential space are different in the case of Sinlge-person household, it is necessary to analyze the different behaviors of smart devices. Therefore, this study limits the use environment of smart device of Single-person household to the scope of investigation, and based on the theoretical background, defines the existing comprehensive context based on user's situation that lasts for a certain interval. For the concrete and empirical research results, Consolidated Flow Model was constructed through Contextual Task through user research. This shows the interaction characteristics such as the guarantee of physical space, efficiency, lifestyle reflection, and safety assurance of Single-person household.

협대역 ISDN은 사용자-망 인터페이스가 디지탈화되므로 사용자 정보를 보호하기 위한 기능을 비교적 저렴하게 사용자-망 인터페이스에서 제공할 수 있다. 그러나 음성, 화상, 데이타 등 정보의 종류가 다양하고 여러 채널을 통한 다양한 서비스 기능이 있으므로 실제적인 구현에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 이러한 문제들을 고려하여 본 논문에서는 ISDN 사용자 정보의 비밀보장 서비스를 위한 키 분배 및 인증 방법을 제안하였다. 따라서 먼저 ITU-T(구 CCITT) 권고안의 표준을 중심으로 ISDN 사용자-망 인터페이스의 구조와 ISDN의 각종 서비스에서 우려되는 정보침해 요소론 분석한 후, 이 분석 자료를 근간으로 하여 비밀보장 서비스를 위한 기본적인 정책을 수립하고 적합한 프로토콜 구조를 제안하였다. 그리고 Diffie-Hellman이 제안한 공개키 분배방식을 기반으로 하여, 호(Call)설정시 Q.931 메세지 교환을 통하여 키 분배 및 인증이 안전하게 이루어지도록 적합한 키 분배 프로토콜을 제안하였으며, 키의 분배 및 인증의 명확성 여부를 GNY 로직을 이용하여 검증하였다.
