Partial Discharge Characteristics of Silicone Rubber for Insulators due to Appling Voltage Time (애자용 실리콘 고무의 전압인가시간에 따른 부분방전특성)

  • 전기절연재로서의 성능이 우수하며, 다른 물질과의 결합 및 성형의 편리성 및 경량화에 부합할 수 있는 실리콘 고무의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 현수애자에 사용중인 실리콘 고무를 선택하여 제조시에 발생할 수 있는 내부보이드에 대한 전기적특성을 알아보기 위해 실리콘 고무를 3층으로 적층하여 중간층 중심에 비슷한 체적으로 인공보이드를 원통 및 삼각기등형의 보이드를 제작하여 보이드형상 변화에 따른 부분방전전하량을 측정하였다. 위상(${\Phi}$)-전하량(q)-빈도(n)에 대한 데이터를 3차원그래프로 나타냈으며, 또한 평균방전전류 및 방전전력 변화를 통한 보이드 결함 특성을 파악하였다. 그 결과, 전압인가 시간에 따라 원통보이드의 경우 초기에는 방전전류 및 방전전력이 증가 하다가 일정시간이 경과하면 감소하는 형태를 나타냈으며, 삼각기둥보이드의 경우 계속적으로 증가하는 모습을 보여주었다.

A Stud on the Self Healing Characteristics of MPPF by Voids (보이드에 의한 MPPF의 셀프힐링 특성 연구)

  • This paper describes the self healing characteristics of a metalized polypropylene film(MPPF) by voids under a.c condition. PDIVs were increased with the number of pre-self healing due to void defects, and several pre-self healing events took place at lower voltage than the critical breakdown voltage of a PPF. Self healing mainly occurred at pin tips, wrinkle sides, and cross points of wrinkles, and the main self healing voltage was increased with PPF thickness. The burn out area at self healing was increased with the applied voltage, and the peak currents in a grounding conductor at self healing was also increased with the applied voltage.

  • 몰딩 공정중에 발생된 보이드(void)는 제품의 기계적인 물성치에 큰 영향을 준다. 미세균열(micro crack)이나 박리(delamination)등의 결함을 유발하는 보이드의 형성을 최소화시킬 수 있는 방법으로 진공 몰드를 제시하였다. 본 연구에서는 대기압 상태와 진공 상태에서 나타나는 유동 선단에서의 보이드 생성과 소멸을 실험관찰 하였고 몰드 패키지의 현상을 실험적으로 비교하였다. 아울러 진공 몰드의 공정 이론과 조건을 구하였다.

  • 산업의 고도화 및 환경오염의 문제로 1970년대부터 실리콘고무를 이용한 애자의 사용이 시도되기 시작되었다. 그로 인해 실리콘 고무의 표면열화에 대한 수많은 연구가 현재까지 행해지고 있다. 그러나 고온성 형압즉방식으로 제작하는 유기애자의 경우 제조시 발생할 수 있는 내부보이드에 대한 연구는 미흡한 현실이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 실리콘고무의 내부보이드의 형태변화에 따른 전기적열화특성을 연구하기 위하여 3층으로 적층시킨 실리콘 고무의 중간층에 임의적으로 4가지형태의 내부보이드를 성형하여 전압을 변화시키면서 방전전류 및 방전전력을 측정하였다. 그 결과, 보이드의 존재로 방전전류 및 방전전력의 증가를 볼 수 있었으며, 보이드형상의 내부각이 좁을수록 방전전류 및 방전전력값이 커지는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

  • 본 논문은 XLPE 절연재료의 보이드에 따른 방전빈도를 와이블 함수로 조사하였으며, 또한 방전빈도와 결함에 대한 상관관계를 와이블 해석을 이용한 진단시스템을 제안하고 있다. 인가전압은 교류 60[Hz]를 방전개시전압을 기점으로 1[1kV]씩 승압하였으며, 전하량이 512[pC]이상이 발생하면 검출한도를 초과하므로 실험을 멈추었다. 그 결과 보이드 시료에서 큰 형태파라메터값을 나타냄을 확인하였다.

  • This paper is measured partial discharge of low density polyethylene by using acoustic emission measuring method when the electrical tree grow its length in LDPE. Acoustic emission's pulses and its amplitudes of partial discharge are measured by acoustic emission measuring devices. Theorem of skewness are used for breakdown prediction of LDPE. So, it is found that the breakdown of LDPE could be predicted by its skewness's value. There are two kind of specimen of no void and specimen of artificial void, this one's electrical tree grows very faster than that one's.

  • Ductile fracture of dual phase steel begins with void nucleation, at martensite-ferrite interface of deformed martensite particle. In this study, void nucleation, growth, and coalescence under various strain were studied in dual phase steel. Therefore, by means of the heat treatment of low carbon steel, the study deals with void nucleation and growth for ferrite grain size and martensite volume fraction of dual phase steel using statistical method. Void nucleation and growth with increasing strain are shown depend upon the ferrite grain size. Voids volume fraction generally increase as ferrite grain size decease.

A Geographic Routing based Data Delivery Scheme for Void Problem Handling in Wireless Sensor Networks (무선 센서 네트워크에서 보이드 문제 해결을 위한 위치 기반 데이터 전송 기법)

  • In wireless sensor networks (WSNs), geographic greedy forwarding fails to move a packet further towards its destination if the sender does not have any closer node to the destination in its one hop transmission region. In this paper, we propose a enhanced geographic routing, called CGR(Cost based Geographic Routing) for efficient data delivery against void problem environment. CGR first establishes Shadow Bound Region and then accomplishes Renewing Cost Function Algorithm for effective greedy forwarding data delivery. Our simulation results show significant improvements compared with existing schemes in terms of routing path length, success delivery ratio and energy efficiency.

  • In this paper, AE(Acoustic Emission) signals detected from the growth of the electrical tree in an epoxy resin under ac high-voltage application were analysed to diagnose the insulation deterioration of cast-resin power transformer. Frequency spectra of AE signals generated from the magnetizing and the load currents in the actual operating cast-resin power transformer of 500[kVA] under distribution system of 22.9[kV] were also analysed to distinguish the AE signals due to void discharges from the magnetic circuit noises in the core of the transformer. As the experimental results, we could distinguish the AE signals whether those signals were caused due to the void discharges or due to the magnetic circuit noises by analyzing the frequency spectrum of AE signals. The frequency spectra of AE signals generated from the cast-resin power transformer in operation due to both the magnetizing and the load currents appeared in the range of 40-120[kHz], but the frequency band of AE signals emitted from the void discharges in an epoxy resin sample was about 50[kHz] to 230[kHz].

  • Greedy routing which is easy to apply to geographic wireless sensor networks is frequently used. Greedy routing works well in dense networks whereas in sparse networks it may fail. When greedy routing fails, it needs a recovery algorithm to get out of the communication void. However, additional recovery algorithm causes problems that increase both the amount of packet transmission and energy consumption. Communication void is a condition where all neighbor nodes are further away from the destination than the node currently holding a packet and it therefore cannot forward a packet using greedy forwarding. Therefore we propose a VODUA(Virtually Ordered Distance Upgrade Algorithm) as a novel idea to improve and solve the problem of void. In VODUA, nodes exchange routing graphs that indicate information of connection among the nodes and if there exist a stuck node that cannot forward packets, it is terminated using Distance Cost(DC). In this study, we indicate that packets reach successfully their destination while avoiding void through upgrading of DC. We designed the VODUA algorithm to find valid routes through faster delivery and less energy consumption without requirement for an additional recovery algorithm. Moreover, by using VODUA, a network can be adapted rapidly to node's failure or topological change. This is because the algorithm utilizes information of single hop instead of topological information of entire network. Simulation results show that VODUA can deliver packets from source node to destination with shorter time and less hops than other pre-existing algorithms like GPSR and DUA.
